Abstract

This study aims to develop a supervisi klinik model based on proses manajemen pengetahuan in improving the quality of learning. The research design uses research and development (R & D) with the stages of data collection, product planning and design, initial product development, product validation, revision of validation results, field trials, and revisions and final product improvements. Information system development outcomes at the stage (1) identification of potential teacher condition as supervisor; (2) implementation of supervision activities through pre-observation, observation and post-observation stages with clinical instruments that can be stored online; (3) the best practice of learning that can be accessed to share instructional innovations; (4) the existence of an online teacher performance appraisal archive

Abstract

Teacher qualifications, even though they are bachelor, do not guarantee that each teacher is able to draw up a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), as evidenced by the 8 teachers in SD Negeri Mojodanu II Ngombang District, Jombang, which are still 25% capable of preparing lesson plans independently, so supervision activities related to academic supervision in the preparation of the RPP . These conditions are influenced by: (1) teacher busyness, (2) lack of training and guidance as well as mentoring and (3) lack of socialization. Related to the above problems, there needs to be adequate handling assistance. In this case the effort made is to carry out training and guidance, which aims at improving teacher skills in the preparation of RPP according to SNP independently. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis. The study was conducted in stages of the cycle, each cycle consisting of 4 (four) steps including: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of this study, 8 teachers from schools that were the subjects of the study, all showed increased competency in accordance with established indicators of success. Suggestions proposed are: (1) it is necessary to intensify the improvement of teacher skills in preparing lesson plans through mentoring activities or the like (2) the need for means such as IHT, so that they can exchange experiences through academic dialogue

Abstract

Educational institutions, especially tertiary education, are designed to spearhead the development of the quality of human resources. The strategic role needed by tertiary institutions makes intensive attention to improving its quality. This article discusses how to analyze Muhammadiyah Universities (PTM) to transform institutions from national to international scale. This article is carried out by discussing case studies from PTM. Data collection was carried out through several meetings gathering desk research, interviews, and document studies. Analyzes were performed by pattern matching, cross-case synthesis, and explanation building. The results show several aspects of PTM internationalization. Good governance in achieving the objectives of internationalization must be carried out in the form of a vision, mission, goals, quality policy and strategic plan. An internationalization process that demands specialized institutions that require international cooperation and activities. To support internationalization, the development of HR and decision-making systems that are fast and not rigid are important to consider.

Abstract

Fakta dan data dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa guru dalam menetapkan KKM belum berdasarkan analisis dan belum memperhatikan prinsip serta langkah-langkah penetapan, oleh karena itu perlu ada kegiatan pada awal  tahun pelajaran yang dapat memberikan informasi kepada guru yang dijadikan  pedoman dalam penetapan KKMTujuan penelitian ini adalah peningkatkan kemampuan guru kelas IV dalam menetapkan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal  ( KKM ) melalui KKG di Gugus II Kecamatan SumobitoYang menjadi subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SDN kelas IV yang ada di gugus II di Kecamatan Sumobito berjumlah 18 orang. Sedangkan yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah kemampuan guru dalam menetapkan Kriteria Ketuntasan MinimalDari analisis diperoleh bahwa terjadi peningkatan kesiapan dan Kinerja guru dalam menetapkan kriteria ketuntasan minimal dari siklus I ke siklus II. Ketercapaian indikator kinerja terdapat pada tindakan II.  Disamping itu juga, terjadi peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam menetapkan Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal melalui pembinaan berbentuk KKG  dari siklus I ke siklus II dan mencapai target minimal yang telah ditetapkan  yakni 85 %, artinya 85 % guru telah efektif dalam menetapkan Kriteria Ketuntasan MinimalDengan demikian dapat disarankan kepada pengawas atau peneliti yang lain bahwa kegiatan KKG dapat dipakai sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan Kinerja guru  dalam menetapkan kriteria ketuntasan  minimal.

Abstract

Menjadi seorang kepala sekolah merupakan tanggung jawab yang sangat besar. Kepala sekolah memiliki peranan penting dalam memimpin sekolah untuk mewujudkan pendidikan yang lebih baik. Dalam manajemen berbasis sekolah, pelaksanaan program-program sekolah didukung oleh adanya kepemimpinan yang demokratis dan professional. Kepala sekolah adalah manager pendidikan professional. Oleh karena itu perlu meningkatkan kemampuan dewan guru yang menjadi mitra kerja dalam satuan pendidikan yang dipimpinnya dalam hal penilaian proses pembelajaran baik dalam proses pembuatan, pelaksanaan maupan dam menganalisanya.Penilaian ini pada dasarnya bertujuan adalah agar guru SDN Bakalan memiliki kemampuan dalam menyusun soal tes Ulangan  Akhir Semester (UAS) dengan baik sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan soal yang benar.Penelitian ini berdasarkan rumusan permasalahan: Apakah dengan mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan program Kolektif yang telah disusun dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru sebagai Evaluator dalam menyusun soal tes Ulangan Akhir Semester (UAS) di SDN Bakalan kecamatanSumobito kabupaten Jombang tahun pelajaran2018/2019.Metode yang  diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi pengolahan kegiatan menyusun soal Ulangan Akhir Semester melalui kegiatan program Kolektif .Berdasarkan analisis data, dari penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penerapan program Kolektif dalam menyusun tes Ulangan  Akhir Semester (UAS) sangat efektif.. Melalui program Kolektif pula dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru di dalam menyusun tes yang baik hal ini terlihat pada kegiatan siklus pertama dan siklus kedua dengan peningkatan yang sangat signifikan yaitu dari rata rata nilai 66,7 dengan prosentase ketuntasan 45,5 % menjadi rata-rata nilai tes 85,7 dengan prosentase ketuntasan 100 % . Tes dikatakan layak apabila minimal 75 % kriteria bisa terpenuhi.Dengan demikian pada siklus pertama 100 % guru sudah mampu menyusun tes Ulangan Akhir Semester ( UAS)

Abstract

 The focus of the study is to determine the effectiveness of ?Bidikmisi? scholarship program implementation at Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa). This qualitative research uses a case study approach to find wider and deeper understanding of the data collected. The data collection methods are through interviews, observations, and documentations. Research data is then analysed to define the efficacy of ?Bidikmisi? at Unesa. The results of the study imply that Unesa has implemented government policy to provide access to higher education to people with low economic backgrounds. The effectiveness of ?Bidikmisi? at Unesa is based on the accomplishment of the program objectives, explicitly (1) equitable access to education, (2) numbers of on time graduates, and (3) students increasing achievements. The result of the research data analysis has shown that Bidikmisi program is effectively implemented at Unesa. Factors inhibit to the enactment of the program at Unesa are the lack of coordination between the program managers and related units, less information to Bidikmisi recipients, incomplete monitoring and evaluation process, and less committed Bidikmisi recipients to their individual responsibility.

Abstract

Kondisi guru di SDN Kepanjen 2 menunjukkan masih jauh dari kondisi ideal. Hasil survei awal yang dilakukan peneliti dalam pelaksanaan tugas guru, tujuh aspek kompetensi pedagogik guru belum tampak menunjukkan keterampilan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Supervisi akademik adalah tindakan yang dipilih peneliti untuk membantu guru mengembangkan kemampuan pedagogik guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan siklus demi siklus sesuai dengan konsep penelitian tindakan, direncanakan ada 2 siklus dengan masing masing siklus dilaksanakan langkah-langkah Perencanaan (planning), Pelaksanaan (Acting), Pengamatan (Observating). Refleksi (Reflecting). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil analisa data diperoleh paparan yang membuktikan bahwa dari tujuh kompetensi yang menjadi sasaran penelitian diperoleh nilai rata-rata peningkatan 86%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SDN Kepanjen 2 Jombang pada tahun 2016

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to help schools namely SDIT Baitul Izzah (Baiz) Nganjuk Regency to solve human resource problems by using USG matrix analysis techniques. This research uses a qualitative research approach by conducting field studies directly observing the field, interviewing the principal as a resource person, and conducting documentation studies relating to the recruitment process of new teachers. The results of this study found: (1) the problem of human resources in schools about the prospective teachers recruited lacking the ability to study, (2) USG matrix analysis techniques used to analyze human resource problems in schools, (3) suggestions and solutions to schools to solve the problem of human resources about prospective teachers recruited lacking the competence to read through the results of problem analysis using USG matrix techniques. Keywords: USG Matrix, teacher, competence Abstrak: : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu sekolah yakni SDIT Baitul Izzah (Baiz) Kabupaten Nganjuk untuk menyelesaikan masalah sumber daya manusia dengan menggunakan teknik analisis masalah matrik USG. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan studi lapangan pengamatan langsung ke lapangan, wawancara dengan kepala sekolah sebagai narasumber, dan melakukan studi dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan proses rekrutmen guru baru. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan: (1) masalah sumber daya manusia di sekolah tentang calon guru yang direkrut kurang memiliki kompetensi mengaji, (2) Teknik analisis masalah matrik USG yang digunakan untuk menganalisis masalah sumber daya manusia di sekolah, (3) saran dan solusi kepada sekolah untuk menyelesaikan masalah sumber daya manusia tentang calon guru yang direkrut kurang memiliki kompetensi mengaji melalui hasil analisis masalah menggunakan teknik matrik USG. Kata Kunci: Matrik USG, guru, kompetensi

Abstract

The principal has an important role in leading the school to realize better education. In school-based management, the implementation of school programs is supported by democratic and professional leadership. The principal is a professional education manager. Therefore it is necessary to improve the ability of the board of teachers who become partners in the education unit they lead in terms of assessing the learning process both in the process of making, implementing and analyzing it. Basically, this assessment aims to make the Bakalan Elementary School teacher have the ability to compile the Final Examination Test questions (UAS) properly in accordance with the rules of writing correct questions. This research is based on the formulation of the problem: Whether by optimizing the implementation of the Collective program that has been compiled can improve teacher competency as an Evaluator in compiling the test questions End of Semester (UAS) in SDN Bakalan Sub-district Sumobito Jombang district in the school year of 2018/2019. The method needed in this study was obtained through observing the processing of activities compiling the End of Semester questions through Collective program activities. Based on data analysis, from this study it can be concluded that the application of the Collective program in compiling the End of Semester Test (UAS) is very effective. Through the Collective program can also improve the ability of teachers in compiling a good test this is seen in the first cycle and cycle activities second, with a very significant increase, from an average value of 66.7 with a percentage of completeness of 45.5% to an average test score of 85.7 with a percentage of completeness of 100%. Tests are considered feasible if at least 75% of the criteria can be met.
