<![CDATA[Digital literacy is one of the most needed 21st century skills. The effectiveness of integrating the use of technology in project-based learning has proven to be effective in increasing digital literacy skills. Toy App is an Android-based application designed as a medium for learning basic literacy and numeracy. The purpose of this community service activity is to implement the Toy App application and project-based teaching modules to increase digital literacy in students. This activity was carried out for students at SD Negeri 1 Padenganploso, Pucuk District, Lamongan Regency. The results of this activity show that the implementation of the Toy App and project-based teaching modules has a positive impact on increasing digital literacy in students. In addition, the learning process is also more fun. Based on these results, the application of the Toy App application and project-based teaching modules can be used as an alternative in supporting digital literacy in elementary school students.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the ways to utilize the yard of the house is by using the aquaponics method and cultivating fish in buckets (budikdamber). The activity of keeping or raising fish using limited land is something that is quite difficult to do in the Semangat Karya Village, Barito Kuala Regency, which is dominated by swamps. There is no assistance in empowering village communities in fish farming activities, which is the main factor in the lack of community interest. Therefore, this service activity aims to provide knowledge and training to support skills in cultivating fish in buckets (budikdamber) and aquaponics. The method for implementing this service activity begins with filling out a pre-test questionnaire, presentation of material by the supervisor, then continues with a post-test and activities to assist participants in cultivating fish in buckets (budikdamber) and aquaponics. The result is an increase in knowledge, understanding and skills in bucket fish cultivation (budikdamber) and aquaponics in the village of Semangat Karya, Alalak District, Barito Kuala Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[Sumunar Elderly Posyandu is in Sumber, Surakarta. Elderly (elderly) is someone who has entered the final stages of life. The elderly will experience biological decline which can be seen as symptoms of physical decline as well as physiological changes and changes in the digestive tract. This change will have an impact on all aspects of life, including health. Therefore, knowledge and behavior about healthy lifestyles is very important for elderly people with all the limitations or health problems they have. The aim of this service is to carry out the Community Service component of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The benefit of this service is increasing knowledge about healthy lifestyles in the elderly. Implementing a healthy lifestyle according to the type of disease in elderly people who suffer from disease disorders will really help control their disease, so that in the end they can improve their quality of life. The service methods used are lectures, demonstrations and health checks as well as dental and oral examinations. The target audience was 60 elderly people at the Sumunar Elderly Posyandu. The results of the service showed that the activity ran smoothly and participants were enthusiastic about participating in the activity. Participants are expected to be able to implement a healthy lifestyle in their daily lives, by consuming healthy food, exercising regularly and getting enough rest.]]>

<![CDATA[The lack of access to lighting in the RT 39 area, Manggar Village, Balikpapan City, results in frequent traffic accidents for motorists crossing the road and without crimes at night or in dark conditions. It was also found that the majority of MSME actors use conventional promotions to market their business or products. Based on this, the Bina Desa Community Service team is trying to provide a solution by implementing a solar cell system as street light lighting in RT 39 and training activities on the use of digital marketing for MSMEs as a business promotion medium. The results of the implementation of Community Service activities have been the installation and functioning well of 2 units of solar panel-based street lighting in RT.39 and outreach activities regarding solar panels and how to maintain them have been carried out. There have also been training activities on the use of digital marketing for MSMEs in the Manggar area which received a positive response from the participants. In this community service activity, Bina Desa also handed over 2 units of solar panel-based village street lighting to the sub-district which were immediately received by the Head of Manggar Balikpapan Village. The results of the pre-test and post-test analysis showed a 20% increase in participants' knowledge regarding solar panels and their use, a 70% increase in knowledge about digital marketing, a 30% increase in participants' use of social media as an alternative to promoting their business or trade.]]>

<![CDATA[The Tanjung Village of Jepara Regency is located on the slopes of Muria Mountain. Most of the livelihood of the villagers is farming. one of the plants that are suitable to be planted in this area besides rice is coffee. Most of the residents grow coffee only for personal consumption and not for sale. This is because the selling price is cheaper. The partner we invite to cooperate in this service activity is Tanjung Java Coffee. It was initiated by Mr. Nor Rokhim in 2018 with 5 employees. Previously in Tanjung Village, there was no coffee business so Tanjung Java coffee was a pioneer who started a coffee business there. The Partners Had problems are 1) at the roasting steps still using the 2nd party so that the roasting cost is expensive, 2) Marketing is still manual with a consignment system and offers to coffee shops in Jepara. Solutions to overcome these problems are through socialization methods, IoT and internet marketing training, application of roasting equipment and training on layout, mentoring, evaluation and monitoring. The results of this activity benefit partners by increasing the production capacity 33%, assets 60%, benefits 2%, and skills partners.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of this Community Service program is part of the activities of the Production Systems Laboratory of the Industrial Engineering Department, FTI Trisakti University, as an effort to share knowledge in industrial society. PT TIJ is a women's bag company located on Jl. Raya Bogor km.38 No.1 Cilodong - Depok. grow with family management. Companies need knowledge sharing in order to increase efficiency and company performance for plans to increase bag production capacity. Community service activities in the form of counseling and mentoring activities to industrial community, namely employees of the PT TIJ bag company. Based on interviews and observations, it can be seen that there are inefficiency problems in production process activities, plans to increase production capacity and the need for finished product warehouse layout design..Counseling activities are carried out using zoom media followed by visits to companies to provide consultations in the context of assisting companies to understand the utilization of Industrial Engineering knowledge, namely Lean Production to improve company performance. PkM activities at PT TIJ with the topic of Utilizing Lean Production include material: Lean Production Systems, Facility Layout Design, Time Study and Movement Study as well as Machine Maintenance material which has been carried out well, it is hoped that this can reduce the inefficiencies that occur thereby improving the performance of the company's manufacturing system.]]>

<![CDATA[Teaching and learning activities in schools aim not only to provide knowledge to students but also to open their minds so that they can give meaning to the knowledge they receive. SMA Negeri 17 Jakarta is one of the best public schools in DKI Jakarta province. Improving the quality of education is one of the focuses of SMA Negeri 17, evidenced by the transformation of the digital learning platform after the covid-19 pandemic. Aiming to support the development of Education at SMA Negeri 17, the Industrial Engineering Department of Trisakti University carried out Community Service Activities with the theme Training on the Application of Statistical Methods and Google Workplace Integration in Educational and Teaching Evaluation. PkM activities will be carried out with training on the Google Workspace platform and Google Data Studio, which are accessible statistical data processing applications belonging to the Google platform. This platform can be used by teachers at SMA Negeri 17 for various educational activities, both for the teaching process and for improving school management. The results of the training showed that the teachers' knowledge and skills increased by 96.67% from the previous 14.67%. This activity is expected to increase teachers' knowledge and abilities in using the Google Workspace for Education platform for statistical analysis in the form of data visualization using Google Data Studio tools.]]>

<![CDATA[The laundry industry is one of the industries that is growing rapidly at this time. The development of this industry cannot be separated from the growing need for human clothing. While carrying out their work, laundry workers have a risk of exposure to laundry chemicals. However, most laundry workers do not understand these risks and how to prevent and handle them. This service activity aims to provide counseling to laundry workers regarding the risks of laundry chemicals and the application of occupational safety and health in the laundry industry. Counseling was carried out directly to one of the laundry industries in Tangerang City, involving 14 laundry workers. The material provided includes various types of laundry chemicals, potential hazards, how to prevent them and the need for OSH applications such as the use of PPE in work. The results of the activity evaluation show that this counseling activity has an impact on increasing the knowledge of laundry workers regarding the risks of laundry chemicals and how to prevent and handle them. Evaluation of the usefulness of the activity and the activity presenter gave the result that the presenter conveyed the material clearly so that all laundry workers agreed that this extension activity was very useful.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the causes of stress in adolescents occurs at school. Academic stress on students due to learning activities such as skipping school, leaving class hours prematurely, arriving late to school, collecting late assignments collected, and quitting school because they are unable to follow the learning in the chosen Department. Academic stress can lead to depression if not treated properly. Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) can effectively reduce academic stress, control anxiety, and tension. The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) is to improve students’ knowledge about stress and how to manage stress with Progressive Muscle relaxation (PMR). The target of this PkM is students of Class XII Department of modeling design and Building Information (DPIB) SMKN 01 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya, West Kalimantan. This PkM implementation method includes stress discussion and simulation of PMR techniques. The evaluation results after students perform PMR simulation obtained 41.2% feel relaxed, 26.5% feel comfortable, 20.6% feel calm, and 11.8% do not feel any change.]]>

<![CDATA[Laundry services are essential to support other industries, such as tourism and health. Hospitals, hotels, and restaurants are customers of the laundry industry. Occupational health and safety risks in the laundry sector have become a government concern through the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia issuing the Hospital Laundry Ergonomics Guide. This activity aims to provide knowledge regarding occupational safety risk control for the laundry service industry. Workers in this sector face risks of ergonomics and chemical hazards. Ergonomics risk comes from lifting and transporting linen material in sorting, washing, and drying activities up to the final process. Workers need to be given the insight to care about safety and how to control the hazards they face. By carrying out this activity, it is hoped that participants will become more aware of occupational safety risk control to improve their quality of life.]]>
