Abstract

The article discusses a systematic review related to Human Capital and the field of Education. The structure of this systematic review involves formulating research questions, conducting a systematic literature search, screening and selecting relevant articles, performing analysis and synthesis of findings, applying quality control measures, and drawing final conclusions. The changes brought about by globalization, advancements in information, technological developments, and intense competition have led companies and educational institutions to modify their strategies. There has been a paradigm shift regarding the fundamental assets of an organization in recent decades. Human Capital plays a central role in the success of both profit and non-profit organizations. By utilizing existing literature reviews, it becomes possible to address two main issues: analyzing the relationship between human capital and the field of education, particularly in higher education, and exploring human capital management.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought dramatic changes in education, transforming traditional learning into e-learning around the world. The use of e-learning has been used by almost all universities in Indonesia, such as at Jakarta State University, in several faculties and study programs have used e-learning in the learning process. However, it is very unfortunate that the e-learning material used looks unspecific, unfocused, and piles all the teaching material into one teaching material. This makes students easily bored with the teaching materials used and makes students not understand the teaching material presented because the amount of material will be a burden for students. The term blended learning emerged after the development of information technology so that sources can be accessed by offline and online learners. With the development of blended learning, it can facilitate the learning process for students without having to interfere with activities. The obstacles above make researchers think that this New Orientation course in Educational Psychology has the potential toprovide appropriate solutions and interventions. The intervention that can be done is to developBlended Learning with a Case Base Learning approach in learning the New Orientation course in Educational Psychology. The benefits that researchers hope with the development of Blended Learning for the New Orientation course in Educational Psychology can make it easier for students to master the concepts in the New Orientation course in Educational Psychology and can overcome student learning difficulties during the COVID-19 pandemic

The case in this study is an illustration of teacher digital literacy competence, the principal's leadership style in supporting the increase of teacher digital literacy competence, and supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing teacher digital literacy competence. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative approach with a case study design at SD IT Satria Bangsa in Bogor Regency due to the condition of the school's orphaned students with limited funds and inadequate financial conditions. Election Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. The data collection technique uses triangulation, data analysis is inductive in nature, and the results of qualitative research emphasize meaning rather than generalization . Based on data analysis, it was found that the supporting factor was the principal's leadership style in the form of mentoring and service to teachers who motivated and helped improve digital literacy competence. Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of Science and Technology (IPTEK) which is heading towards an all-digital world. The use of gadgets needs to be balanced with correct and controlled education, because their use can be one of the factors that shape human character in a positive or negative direction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using gadgets on the character formation of SD Negeri 01 Sumberejo students. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a linear regression statistical test used to test the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The subjects of this study were students in grades IV and V totaling 60 respondents. Data collection techniques were through observation and using questionnaires, while data analysis used simple linear regression which was processed with the help of the SPPS version 20 program. From various series of data tests it was found that the t value was 6,194 > t table 2,202, with a significance value of 0.000, the hypothesis Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The coefficient of determination obtained is 39.8%, the use of gadgets affects character formation, while the remaining 60.2% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied. Then from the simple linear regression equation, it is known that the value of y = a + bX (17.945 + 1.365X) which can be concluded that there is an effect of using gadgets on the character formation of SD Negeri 01 Sumberejo students.

Abstract

The drama performance was carried out by students from class XI MIA at SMA Darut Taqwa Purwosari who had issues with low self-confidence. To address this, the researcher implemented the lottery method combined with vocal exercises and expressive therapy. The aim of this study was to enhance the competence of students in expressing character dialogues in drama performances using the lottery method. The research sample consisted of 32 students from the Indonesian Language subject with the Basic Competency "Expressing Character Dialogues in Drama Performances" in the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation notes, and evaluations conducted from the beginning of the research until Cycle II. Observation notes were used to assess improvement. The results showed that the lottery method could be used to enhance students' competence in expressing character dialogues in drama performances. The improvement in students' competence was evident in the quality of the process, as indicated by their sincerity, courage, and concentration during the learning and practice sessions, creating an enjoyable atmosphere. Students also did not feel bored as the activities in the lottery method were varied. The assessment of drama practice was based on four aspects: intonation, pronunciation, interpretation, and expression. The highest score for each aspect was 4, with a total score of 20. The improvement in the process and product was observed by comparing the average scores obtained in Cycle II with those obtained in Cycle I. The average score for student practice in Cycle I was 10.01, while in the final Cycle II, it increased to 14.55. This indicates an increase in the average score by 4.54 or 45.35%. This improvement demonstrates that the implementation of actions in Cycle I and Cycle II successfully enhanced students' competence in expressing character dialogues in drama performances.
