Abstract

ABSTRACT Banten Jaya University is a private university in Serang city of Banten province. The increasing number of employees the diversity of employees is also increasingly complex so it is difficult to choose the best employees. Therefore, the need for a decision support system, so that it can shorten the selection time and improve the quality in determining the best employees. The best employee decision support system uses SAW (simple additive weighting) method based on predetermined criteria and weight. SAW (simple additive weighting) method is chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives. This research is done by finding the weight on each attribute, then done ranking to determine the best employees.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Decision support systems as a computer-based system consisting of component components include language system components, knowledge system components and problem processing system components that interact with one another. Decision support system is an interactive system, which helps decision makers through the use of data and decision models to solve semi-structured and unstructured problems. AHP is a decision support model developed by Thomas L. Saaty. This decision support model will describe complex multi-factor or multi-criteria problems into a hierarchy, according to Saaty (1993), hierarchy is defined as a representation of a complex problem in a multi-level structure where the first level is the goal, followed by the factor level, criteria, sub criteria, and so on down to the last level of alternatives. With a hierarchy, a complex problem can be broken down into groups which are then arranged into a hierarchical form so that the problems will appear more structured and systematic. From the results of the study showed that the use of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a model of decision support system determines the media promotion of new student admission at Banten Jaya University can help the work of the promotion team and the leadership in determining the priority of promotional media that is most appropriate for the promotion through the criteria and alternative weighting process with faster, more accurate and more effective.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The availability of packaging used to support the business process that is being carried out will depend on the selection of the best suppliers. Determine suppliers by applying the Multi Criteria Decision Making method based on predetermined criteria such as price, shipping, warranty and complaints service, and quality. The addition of fuzzy logic in the Analytical Hierarchy Process method is used to enhance the accuracy of the subjectivity of the assessment so that in this study the method of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process is used. The results of the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process method are obtained as follows: PT. Cakrawala Mega Indah with a value of 0.754, PT. Uniflex Kemasindo with a value of 0.639, PT. Starindo with a value of 0.636, and PT. Unipack Indosystem with a value of 0.154.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Data integration is needed on different application systems and database platforms to maintain synchronization and data consistency in both systems. PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper (PT. IKPP) Serang has implemented SAP R / 3 as a software to support its business processes and operational activities more efficiently and effectively. But not all operational activities can be carried out on SAP, for example container simulation process to get the minimum number of containers in the delivery of goods. This happened in the Auto Warehouse section when the officer did picking and packing. The input data during the picking and packing process in SAP is the scan result of the label loading of goods into containers that is carried out in Container Planning applications as a non SAP system to be able to print travel documents. The problem that often occurs is the process of picking and packing through many steps and requiring a long time, human error occurs when inputting data so the data is out of sync. As a result, there was a delay in printing the travel documents so that the containers could not leave immediately and there were customer complaints due to incorrect specifications and the number of items. In this connection there are some interesting questions: How to synchronize order data on SAP with actual shipping data as a result of loading into containers in Container Planning. How to simplify the process of picking and packing for making travel documents. In this paper, the author tries to analyze the subject matter, analyzes the program interface with the Batch Data Communication method for integration. The results are intended to be implemented in the Auto Warehouse section so that it can shorten the time to make the travel documents and reduce customer complaints due to incorrect shipments.

Abstract

ABSTRAK E-Procurement System PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri hereinafter abbreviated as e-Procurement is the process of procuring goods and / or services within the PT. Krakatau Tirta Industri is electronically web / internet based and is done online. The e-Procurement aims to improve, transparency, process speed, time and cost efficiency, accountability, facilitate control and supervision. The software used for analysis and design is the UML Star. The method used is an object-oriented approach using UML (unified modeling language) namely use case diagrams, sequence diagrams and activity diagrams.

Abstract

Abstrak Patingtung art is one of the arts in Banten, this art is usually held at the time of harvesting rice. At present Patingtung art is very rare and no one even uses it anymore. Patingtung art as one of the cultural riches that is almost extinct requires a way for the art to be known by the public. The tools used in this art have rarely been found and expertise in vocal fields is difficult to find. To solve this problem in this study a simulation of multimedia-based patingtung art tools was made so that this art could be recognized by the public.

Abstract

ABSTRACT E-gemanusa is an electronic commerce system (e-commerce) developed and used by PT. Gemanusa Sentra Teknologi. E-gemanusa is made as a promotional media of products and services sold by PT. Gemanusa Sentra Teknologi. Base dont here sults of research e-gemanusa system still has some short comings. To solve an existing problem the author uses the REST Ful API method as a data transfer method and uses UML as a method of depiction of the system. With this advertising system will facilitate users in the process of marketing products or services. The use of REST Ful API method will simplify the process of system development and system integration with various platforms. By dividing the system into multiple micro service scane ase the system work load.

Abstract

The Advances in technology future is growing very rapidly. This can be evidenced by the many innovations that simple, to the modern. Advances in technology are very important for human life, because the technology is one of the supporters of human progress. The method used in this research is a field research, literature and methods Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) which starts with collecting information, data relating to the Decision Support System To Determine Physical Quality and difference between one object to another object in order to obtain a maximum object after it is analyzed to find the problems and shortcomings in the Athlete Selection. These results indicate that the selection of physical Selection basketball athletes often discrepancies with the final result VO2max calculation formula and other formulas and the data is still not computerized so that the other party is still disa recognize these athletes their athletes. The Aims of this research is to develop a system that is still calculations manually into calculation used the Decision Support System (DSS) to determine the physical quality of basketball athletes on the basketball union branch managers throughout Indonesia (PERBASI) district for the performance of the coach / selectors can get a quality athlete. We make this decision support system can cope with the many incompatibilities and data loss can be overcome Athletes. With this system is implemented into a Sport Organization, the determination of the Calculation formula of VO2max and other formulas can be done quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Information needs are very important to help facilitate human life, one of which is the need to obtain information on temporary residence or boarding houses for students, employees and employees whose home is far away. Therefore the author designed a software engineering to make it easier for students, employees and employees to get the location and complete information about boarding houses that will be chosen to be occupied or as a reference for choosing a comfortable boarding house. Applications that are designed can show boarding locations, prices, boarding facilities, boarding rules, boarding house contacts and the fastest route, closest to the boarding house application boarding house where the authors design using Dijkstra's Algorithm Optimization and Google API to help get the shortest route to the place the boarding house intended. The website application that is designed is expected to help facilitate students, employees or entrants to get fast and complete information in searching for boarding house places.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss about designing and building a motorcycle security system with RFID and Arduino, this system was designed as a new breakthrough in building a motorcycle security by applying the development of information technology using RFID devices and Arduino which have been widely implemented in various business sectors that not careless from communication networks, while the main benefit is being able to help control the motorcycle security system more quickly and can be controlled through the network. The development method used in this study uses waterfall and the techniques used to describe the system using the program flowchart, with the construction of a security system with Rfid and Arduino technology is expected to be able to prevent motorcycle theft and easier to control effectively and efficiently.
