Abstract

The Covid -19 virus spread in the world, especially in Indonesia, very fast. This epidemic is of concern around the world because it has a quite bad impact in various sectors. With existing technological advances, the Expert System can assist medical personnel in detecting the Covid -19 Virus. The purpose of the author in conducting the study was to detect the Covid-19 virus as easily as possible with symptom data obtained from patients who had consultations. The Naïve Bayes method is a method that uses probability and statistics that can predict a person's chance of being exposed to Covid-19 in the future based on symptoms experienced in the previous period packed with a web-based program. For comparison, the author uses the Certainty Factor Method. Certainty Factor is a method that aims to determine the certainty value which is based on the previous calculation of CF value by manual calculation. The Naïve Bayes method can group the symptoms obtained from the official WHO website which has been given an indicator of the percentage of someone exposed to the Covid-19 Virus based on the symptom data experienced to determine a person exposed to the Covid-19 Virus. While the Certainty Factor method gets the confidence of someone exposed to the symptoms of the Covid-19 virus by using the calculation indicator on the CF value that has been consulted by the user, which can provide a percentage level of confidence that is 86%.Keywords:Expert System, Covid-19, Naive Bayes, Certainty Factor.

Abstract

Students who are taking the final semester are students who are completing all their subjects, can take the final project provided they have met the number of credits set to obtain a bachelor's degree. In the process of making a final project, students are required to complete it within a predetermined time, this demand causes students to be depressed, causing stress that affects them in completing their final project and study period. Based on this problem, an Expert System Application was made to Diagnose Stress Levels in Final Year Students by Combining Certainty Factor Methods and Android-Based Forward Chaining Techniques to find out more clearly the level of stress experienced by final year students. The results of the diagnosis on the expert system application and the results of manual calculations on one of the data which is representative of the 200 student data, which produce the same level of confidence, each of which produces a confidence level of 97.97% and was diagnosed with mild stress.Keywords:Android, Certainty Factor, Forward Chaining, Final Year Students, Expert System, Stress.

Abstract

Heart disease is a condition when the heart is experiencing a disorder. The forms of disturbance that are experienced are usually various. Usually there is a disturbance in the blood vessels of the heart, heart rate, heart cover, or congenital problems. The heart itself is a muscle consisting of four chambers. That is, the first two rooms are located at the top, the atrium (foyer) to the left and right. Then the other two rooms are at the bottom, namely the right and left ventricles. To provide information on how to diagnose the type of disease and how to control heart disease, an application of an expert system that can represent someone who is an expert in their field is needed to provide solutions to this disease problem using the Case-Based Reasoning method with the Sorensen Coeffient approach. The result of this research is the creation of an expert system for diagnosing heart disease using the Case-Based Reasoning method with the Sorensen Coeffient approach which is able to provide solutions to heart disease.Keywords:CBR, Expert system, Heart Disease, Method Sorensen Coeffient.

Abstract

Seleksi Paskibraka dilakukan pada setiap tahun dengan tujuan mencari putra putri terbaik yang nantinya akan ditugaskan pada upacara peringatan kemerdekaan Indonesia untuk mengibarkan duplikat bendera pusaka. Pada beberapa wilayah, seleksi Paskibraka masih menggunakan perhitungan dengan excel atau perhitungan manual lainnya dalam menentukan keputusan. Perhitungan manual ini tentunya membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama dan hasil yang dapat kurang akurat. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Product(WP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang dapat memberikan nilai akhir penilaian seleksi sesuai dengan kriteria dan bobot yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil dari kedua metode ini nantinya akan dibandingkan agar didapatkan hasil yang terbaik. Hasil dari aplikasi ini berupa perangkingan peserta berdasarkan kecamatannya.Kata Kunci:Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Paskibraka; Seleksi; Simple Additive Weighting; Weighted Product.

Abstract

The research objective is to hide messages through images using the LSB (Least Significant Bit) method and Caesar Chipper and Rivest Code 4 encryption. The LSB (Least Significant Bit) method is used as a message hiding technique in steganography where hiding hidden messages is done by changing a few bits in the segment. image with a secret message. The results of this study resulted in an implementation using the Least Significant Bit (LSB) to be applied to institutions with an interest in maintaining the confidentiality of encrypted image output, changing the image file size and sound (audio) file size.Keywords:Steganography, Least Significant Bit (LSB), Caesar Chiper and RC4.

Abstract

Corona virus (Covid-19) is a new virus that has spread to many countries in the world, including Indonesia in 2020. This virus has spread to all provinces in Indonesia. The 3 provinces with the highest number of cases are DKI Jakarta, East Java and Java West. Currently, the ranking of areas affected by Covid-19 is only done based on the confirmed number of each province. Therefore, this study aims to rank the affected areas of Covid-19 using the Analytical Hierarchy Process, Simple Additive Weighting and Weighted Product methods. The combination is done based on the advantages of each method. The AHP method is used to analyze the criteria to produce criteria with good consistency, then the ranking process of each alternative is carried out using the SAW and WP methods. This research is expected to provide recommendations for the affected areas to make various efforts to reduce the confirmed figures.Keywords:Analytical Hierarchy Process; Decision Support System; Simple Additive Weighting; Weighted Product.

Abstract

Sapi perah merupakan hewan ternak yang cocok untuk dikembangkan karena mampu menghasilkan susu sebagai sumber protein yang bermanfaat bagi tubuh. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi peternak ialah, timbulnya penyakit pada sapi perah seperti penyakit mastitis. Seringkali peternak merasa bingung terhadap penyakit yang diderita hewan peliharaannya, hal ini disebabkan kurangnya wawasan peternak terhadap jenis penyakit sapi perah. Pada penelitian ini, diberikan sebuah solusi yaitu menyediakan sebuah layanan dengan menerapkan metode forward chaining dan certainty factor pada aplikasi sistem pakar berbasis android. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan kepada peternak, serta membantu peternak untuk mempermudah diagnosa awal yang lebih cepat, praktis, beserta solusi pengobatannya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, dalam melakukan perhitungan pada sample diagnosa penyakit mastitis memiliki persentase tingkat keyakinan 99.92%. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada.Kata Kunci:Certainty Factor; Forward Chaining; Sapi Perah; Sistem Pakar.

Abstract

In building a business, there are many aspects that need to be considered in choosing the right business location,  to minimize costs while still providing quality space to provide long-term benefits This research uses the Moora (Multi-objective optimize on the basis of ratio analysis) method, Promethee (Preference ranking organization method for enrichment evaluation), and Weighted product. These three methods were analyzed by manual calculation, then comparisons were made based on the effectiveness in processing the data and the level of conformity. The results showed that the suitability level of the weighted product method was higher with a value of 99.99857%, followed by MOORA 99.99779% and Promethee 99.99679%. Weighted products also have a fast and effective process stage, so this method is the method used in implementing web-based business location decision support systems . The results of manual and system calculations on weighted products also have the same results, namely the HI shop alternative with a value of 0.189 as the highest alternative.Keywords:Business Location, Moora, Promethee, Decision Support Systems, Weighted product.

Abstract

Sistem penyampaian informasi pendidikan di sekolah MA Alwutsqo ini masih dilakukan seperti biasa walaupun wabah pandemic di Indonesia masih belum usai. Karena pihak sekolah tidak memiliki sistem untuk mendukung pembelajaran jarak jauh. Dengan menerapkan protocol kesehatan dan pengurangan jam belajar mengajar sering kali siswa tidak mendaptkan pemahamaan dari materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Learning Management System (LMS) menajdi salah satu sistem yang dibutuhkan pihak sekolah. Oleh karena itu penulis merancang sistem aplikasi E-learning berbasis website dengan tujuan untuk membantu proses belajar dan mengajar di MA Alwutsqo Kota Depok. Perancangan sistem informasi ini mengunakan Waterfall dan pengembangan sistem yang dilakukan menggunakan metode Agile. Hasilnya siswa dapat mendownload materi-materi yang telah disampaikan dan dapat mengerjakan latihan yang diberikan oleh guru tanpa dibatasi oleh ruang dan waktu.E-learning, Webite, Metode Waterfall, Metode Agile, Learning Management System (LMS).

Abstract

Perantau yang mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya membuat transportasi bus menjadi salah satu alat transportasi yang paling banyak digunakan masyarakat Wonogiri untuk mudik ke kampung halamannya. Di Kabupaten Wonogiri tersedia transportasi bus dari berbagai macam perusahaan, mulai dari perusahaan lokal maupun pendatang yang memiliki keunggulan fasilitas, pelayanan, serta armada bus yang beragam. Penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk memudahkan calon penumpang guna menetapkan pilihan agar sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan dapat dilakukan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting, Weighted Product, dan Promethee. Metode tersebut melakukan perhitungan nilai setiap kriteria, bobot kriteria, tipe kriteria, dan mudah diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang berhubungan dengan multikriteria. Terdapat 4 kriteria yang digunakan dan 18 macam perusahaan bus sebagai alternatif. Adanya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat mempermudah calon penumpang dalam menentukan bus sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginkan.Kata Kunci:Promethee; Simple Additive Weighting; Weighted Product.
