Abstract

English is a language that is widely used in various countries in the world. This makes english an international language and also must be studied in schools or even universities. In english, the verb used will be different at different times, places, and also events or it can be called a change in the verb (tense). So, learning and mastering tenses in english is the basis for learning or mastering english. This study aims to design and build an Android-based learning media for english tenses. The design applies a form of english tense quiz using the Fisher-Yates algorithm, which is a randomization algorithm that can randomize the order of the quiz questions so that the order of the quiz questions is not always the same and there are no repeated quizzes. The expected results will later become a learning medium for people who want to learn or master english and can understand the tenses in english.Keywords:Android, Fisher-Yates, Tenses, Learning Application.

Abstract

The technology development increase the number of automation system in indudustry. One of them is Chatbot application in education industry. This automation technology is able to lessen university's service in order to facilitate the students' need of information whenever and wherever they are. Lack of student literacy regarding the functions and use of the web in conducting online lectures causes the same number of questions repeatedly to the university, which are actually frequently asked questions that have been written in a list of frequently asked questions (Faq), such as: assignment submission, forget passwords, lectures online, video conference lectures and lecture web applications on android. Chatbot will automatically answer students' question in university web page by providing information and suggesting a proper answer suit to the question. This research will develop Chatbot type based on text by applying Artificial Neural Network (ANN) algorithm . The applied data set while conducting the Chatbot coaching is  the questions data which frequently being asked (FAQ) in the study web, 25 questions with its answer which is divided into 16 labels or classes. The testing is conducted by using 110 different conversations from the dataset but have the same intention. From those 110 conversation, the Chatbot succed in answering 107 questions precisely and made 3 wrong conversation. The testing result shows a good result by having 97,27% accuracy and 2,72% error.Keywords:Chatbot, Artificial Neural Network, ANN, Text-based.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using Youtube Ads on interest in using the Jd.id application where the variables used include intensity, message content, and attractiveness. The method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. The target population is employees of the H.R Operations Department of Perum Peruri Karawang with a total of 63 people. The results showed that the variable intensity, message content, and attractiveness of Youtube ads simultaneously had a significant effect on the interest in using the Jd.id application with a total influence of 67.1%. After testing the coefficient of partial determination, the effect of the intensity is 14.1%, the message content is 6.6% and the attractiveness is 36.4%.Keywords:Youtube, New Media, Jd.id, Perum Peruri.

Abstract

Virtual education is distance teaching in which teachers and students are in different places but can be connected to each other via the internet network. The virtual education system is divided into two, namely Learning Management System (LMS) and virtual classes. One of virtual education is video conferencing (vicon). A fully capable network is required to comply with Quality of Service (QoS) standards for real-time applications. This study analyzes the QoS of vicon features in LMS at the University of Nasional that is BigBlueButtonBN. Based on the QoS parameters obtained 25% throughput, 100% packet loss, 84.75% delay, 37.5% jitter and 58.5% MOS. Based on the bandwidth requirements of each parameter, the results are 61.2% or 27.9411MB. Abstract

Toko Bella Frame ART merupakan toko usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan lukisan, kaligrafi dan bingkai, hingga saat ini metode promosi masih menggunakan brosur, poster dan pamflet, sehingga pemilik toko memerlukan biaya yang tidak sedikit untuk menyampaikan informasi ketarget pasar secara luas. Penyimpanan hasil feedback, atau pesan dari pelanggan juga dibutuhkan, agar membantu pihak toko dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan dalam pemasaran produk dan pelayanan pelanggan untuk kedepannya. Dengan penerapan CRM pada sistem informasi pemasaran berbasis website pada Toko Bella Frame ART maka penyimpanan data dapat tersimpan rapih dan terperinci, dan penyampaian informasi produk ke pelanggan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih mudah dan lebih cepat, serta diharapkan dapat membantu pihak toko dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan dalam pemasaran produk dan pelayanan pelanggan untuk kedepannya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode pengembangan aplikasi yaitu metode waterfall dan agile. Sistem informasi berbasis web dengan metode Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang diusulkan telah memenuhi kebutuhan dan mempunyai keunggulan yaitu terintegrasi dengan sistem yang bekaitan dengan sistem informasi pemasaran. Serta dengan menggunakan metode waterfall dapat membantu penulis dalam pengembangan aplikasi tahap pertama karena testing dilakukan setelah aplikasi sudah dapat dijalankan sedangkan metode agile digunakan pada tahap berikutnya sehingga dapat menutup kekurangan pada pengembangan aplikasi tahap pertama yaitu permintaan kebutuhan yang berubah ubah sehingga aplikasi dapat terus dikembangkan walaupun permintaan kebutuhan berubah-ubah dan pengujian aplikasi dapat terus dilakukan setiap saat sehingga error atau bug dapat lebih mudah ditemukan.Kata Kunci:Sistem Informasi, Customer Relationship Management, Website, Waterfall, Agile.

Abstract

The covid-19 virus became a pandemic in 2020. The spread of covid cases has hit the whole world, reaching 63 million cases in 190 countries as of November 2020. Information regarding the spread of covid is necessary for the general public. This research will produce a system that can provide information on the geographic distribution of covid cases. The data on the distribution of covid cases in this study were also used to analyze the classification using the Naive Bayes Classifier method. The Naive Bayes Classifier method works by using probability calculations so that this research can be used to classify the covid status in an area. The results of this study have succeeded in providing information on the status of the covid pandemic based on data on covid cases that have occurred around the world. Covid case data becomes training data for the analysis of the Naive Bayes classifier method so that it can determine the status of the Covid pandemic based on test data provided by system users. This research has succeeded in helping users to know the status of the Covid pandemic in an area well because it has reliable training data.Keywords:System, Covid, Naïve Bayes Classifier.

Abstract

In the era of big data, the biometric identification process is growing very fast and is increasingly being implemented in many applications. Face recognition technology utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to recognize faces that are already stored in the database. In this research, it is proposed to design an online academic login system at the National University using real time face recognition used OpenCV with the Local Binary Pattern Histogram algorithm and the Haar Cassade Classification method. The system will detect, recognize and compare faces with the stored face database. The image used is 480 x 680 pixels with a .jpg extension in the form of an RGB image which will be converted into a Grayscale image., to make it easier to calculate the histogram value of each face that will be recognized. Abstract

Inventory activities become an important thing for business progress, along with the times, inventory activities become easier due to the large number of facilities and infrastructure to support activities, including the Ap Jaya Store which also competes in the modern era, but currently, inventory activities in stores Ap Jaya still uses the manual method, namely by recording inventory activities using a book then recapitulating one by one so that it takes a lot of time, along with these problems an inventory application is needed that can be used to support these activities, this inventory application is made using the a priori algorithm method as data mining and using the programming language PHP and MySQL as a database besides that the a priori algorithm can also be used for item recommendation systems, on testing with 20 transaction data with a minimum support value = 20% and a minimum confidence = 70% also from the results of the transaction. Tests carried out using the apriori algorithm and using applications that are made get the same results according to the requirements for support and confidence values.Keywords:Inventory, Data Mining, Apriori Algorithm

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a website-based system to facilitate the academic administration of student affairs at the Faculty of Information Communication Technology, Universitas Nasional in providing various student information ranging from information on association activities, scholarships, competitions, achievements achieved by FTKI (SI-TI) students. and helping FTKI students and graduates to find updated information about job vacancies related to information technology. This study will develop an administrative information system for student affairs with the Extreme Programming method, an Agile Development Method. will include FTKI students and graduates as users. The results of research from the Student and Alumni Administration Information System (Smart Adma) can provide time efficiency in administrative management, make it easier for students to get information from association activities, proposals, requests for funds to submission forms and internship assessments, as well as alternative media during the Covid 19 Pandemic.Keywords:Information Systems, Smart AdMa, Extreme Programming Method (XP).
