Abstract

This study aims to describe the essence of the meaning of the source of small-business snack food Village Kelangonan Gresik. This research is a qualitative type research. The object of this research is in Kelangonan Gresik Village. This research can be categorized in an interactive qualitative method which is an in-depth study using direct data collection techniques from people in their natural environment. Technique of extracting data in this research by interview. The conclusions of this study are self-capital and related accounts. The relationship between accounts receivable and capital itself is encouraged or reinforced by cash.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Marketing Mix and Destination Imagery on the Interest of Returning Tourists in Selo Park Jatikalen Nganjuk. The study sample was taken as many as 100 respondents from visitors to Selo Park Jatikalen Nganjuk. The analytical tools used in this study are instrument analysis, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the influence of the Marketing Mix had a significantly positive effect on the interest of returning tourists to Selo Park. The results showed that the influence of Citra Destination had a significant positive effect on the interest of returning tourists to Selo Park. Both of these variables also affect together the Interest of Revisiting Selo Park attractions.Based on the results of this study, the manager of Selo Park tourism object can increase the Interest of Tourist Return Visit by increasing the Marketing Mix and Destination Image variable, because the increasing of these two variables is increasing the Interest of Selo Park Tourist Returning Visit.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of optimal work discipline of Kanor District Office staff in Bojonegoro Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the influence of the sub-district leadership style in the Kanor District Office in Bojonegoro district, (2), and the work environment towards the work discipline of the Kanor District Office staff in Bojonegoro, (3) the influence of leadership style and work environment on work discipline employees in the employee work environment in Kanor district, Bojonegoro district. The method used in this study is quantitative with the type of Explanatory Research. The population in this study amounted to 20 employees. A sample of 20 employees was determined using Simple Random Sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show (1) the work discipline of the Kanor District of Bojonegoro Regency is at a moderate level or the quality is quite good. (2) Leadership style has a positive effect on employee work discipline at Kanor District Office in Bojonegoro Regency (3) The working environment is very influential on the work discipline of Kanor District Office staff in Bojonegoro Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand, product design and location on consumer buying interest in Persebaya Store Gresik. The sample uses a non probability sampling method with a purposive sampling or random sampling procedure by selecting 100 visitors. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis prove that the brand and location proved not to have a significant effect partially on consumer buying interest in Persebaya Store Gresik, while product design proved to have a partially significant influence on consumers' buying interest in consumer buying interests at Persebaya Store Gresik. Simultaneously the brand, product design and location proved to have a significant effect on consumers' buying interest in Persebaya Store Gresik.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang selama ini menekankan pada model teacher-center-learning harus berubah menjadi student-center-learning dengan beriringan penggunaan teknologi dan cara-cara baru dalam perkembangan jasa pendidikan, oleh karena itu mahasiswa menjadi aspek penting dalam model pembelajaran sehingga harus diposisikan sebagai subjek penting dalam proses tersebut, hubungan dosen dan mahasiwa harus bersifat parnertship, belajar harus menyenangkan, dapat menciptakan saling kerjasama dan saling terlibat. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kualitas proses pembelajaran dan kompetensi-dosen terhadap motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini dilakukan survei pada mahasiswa yang menempuh mata kuliah teori ekonomi mikro dengan sampel 34 mahasiswa, data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan multiple regression. Hasil penelitian bahwa variabel bebas yang terdiri dari kualitas proses pembelajaran (KPB) berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar, kompetensi-dosen (KD) berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar, dua variabel bebas juga menunjukkan bersama-sama mempengaruhi motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Hasil lain menunjukkan kompetensi dosen memberikan dampak yang dominan dalam memotivasi belajar, dalam praktiknya perlu upaya meningkatkan dan mempertahankan kualitas proses pembelajaran, karena dengan kualitas proses pembelajaran yang baik akan menimbulkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa, sehingga mahasiswa terdorong untuk berprestasi, peningkatan kompetensi dosen yang lebih baik dan berkualitas seiring perkembangan teknologi dan perkembangan di industri jasa pendikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjadi kontribusi menarik dalam memberikan keyakinan bahwa positioning memiliki nilai strategis dalam upaya evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan manajemen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan segmen calon mahasiswa baru teridentifikasi kedalam segmen kedalam asal daerah (wilayah), asal sekolah (status sekolah), peminatan kelas, nilai ujian, status pekerjaan, tahun lulus, usia, tipe status pekerjaan mahasiswa, pekerjaan orang tua, asal jurusan sekolah, alasan mendaftar, alasan memilih jurusan di perguruan tinggi, informasi yang diperoleh, kelompok referen terdekat dan berdasarkan biaya. Segmen yang menguntungkan bagi perguruan tinggi adalah segmen wilayah, asal sekolah, lokasi perguruan tinggi dan psikoligis konsumen khususnya persepsi masyarakat atas kualitas perguruan tinggi. Setiap segmen memiliki daya tarik masing-masing yang dapat menjadi prioritas untuk dilayani atau juga dilakukan cara yang berbeda. Segmen - segmen sasaran yang dapat dipilih adalah wilayah dan asal sekolah. Positioning yang tepat untuk dipilih sebagai alternative untuk wilayah Gresik adalah dekat dan berkualitas.

Abstract

The object of this study was a 25-year-old entrepreneur named Fahmi Fahrizal Pradianto. He was an employee affected by the covid-19 pandemic, which was eventually dismissed from work. But Fahmi did not give up, with the experience he had while working in a fast food restaurant, he opened a business that was also engaged in the same industry in Balongpanggang District of Gresik Regency, with spicy noodle products and various other processed under the Mie Rate brand. The business that was only started for 1 year turned out to be quite successful. Evidently, although still new, Fahmi has added branches in Lamongan Regency. This approach to research uses qualitative research methods, namely through the interview process to key informants, namely Fahmi as a business owner and 2 brothers who helped him run the Mie Rate. From this study it was found that indicators in inside-out strategies include experience, capital, parental support, self-image, and desire to growth. The indicators in the outside-in strategy are the existence of market opportunities and lack of competition, the availability of supporting information and communication technology media, and the availability of suppliers.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out the reasons or basis of why they choose to run a business or become entrepreneurs in the majority of the community as fish farmers and employees. This study uses qualitative methods with the determination of samples using incidental methods.The results of the study show that the reasons for the villagers to carry out entrepreneurial activities are influenced by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors that arise from within yourself. While external factors are factors that arise from outside that cannot be controlled.This internal factor is divided into two, namely because of intent and accident. Deliberation is caused by intentions from within while accidental is usually caused by requests from outside. While external factors are more caused by termination of employment or other things that cause a person to be unable to continue working. About how to manage a business, it is generally done in a simple and manual manner. Their most important principle is that the business goes without any significant obstacles.

Abstract

The technology applied by companies in transactions must pay attention to aspects of behavior. Researchers use the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the main model of research. The researcher's goal is to determine the effect of several Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) variables on the intention to use financial technology as a means of payment. The data used by researchers are data from 118 students of the Faculty of Economics, Tidar University. Researchers use primary data by distributing questionnaires to students to determine the effect of each variable studied. The validity test used by researchers is the Corrected Item-Total Correlation value, while for the reliability test the Cronbach Alfa Test is used. Researchers use multiple linear regression methods in analyzing data and variables. Researchers found that the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived benefits on the intention to use financial technology in simultaneous transactions and had a significant effect. Likewise, partially, for each variable influences the intention to use financial technology in transactions and reliability.

Abstract

UMKM mempunyai peran yang cukup besar dalam pertumbuhan pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Adanya pemberdayaan UMKM merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan dan memperkuat pertumbuhan perekonomian rakyat. Khususnya dengan tersedianya lapangan kerja dan untuk mengurangi kesenjangan sosial serta tingkat kemiskinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja UMKM di Kota Pasuruan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 85 unit UMKM. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil koefisien regresi variabel X1 sebesar 0,987 menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan motivasi kerja sebesar satu satuan akan menyebabkan peningkatan kinerja UMKM. Koefisien regresi variabel X2 sebesar 0,212 menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan kemampuan kerja sebesar satu satuan akan menyebabkan peningkatan kinerja sebesar 0,212. R square dalam penelitian ini memiliki kesesuaian model sebesar 80,8% artinya motivasi kerja dan kemampuani kerja merupakan variabel yang cocok untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Sebesar 11,2% kinerja UMKM dipengaruhi variabel lain.
