Abstract

This study aims to find out the reasons or basis of why they choose to run a business or become entrepreneurs in the majority of the community as fish farmers and employees. This study uses qualitative methods with the determination of samples using incidental methods.The results of the study show that the reasons for the villagers to carry out entrepreneurial activities are influenced by two factors, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors that arise from within yourself. While external factors are factors that arise from outside that cannot be controlled.This internal factor is divided into two, namely because of intent and accident. Deliberation is caused by intentions from within while accidental is usually caused by requests from outside. While external factors are more caused by termination of employment or other things that cause a person to be unable to continue working. About how to manage a business, it is generally done in a simple and manual manner. Their most important principle is that the business goes without any significant obstacles.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to determine the effect of Talent Management and Employee Engagement on the Employee Capabilities of PT. Bintang Wahana Tata. The research was done by spreading the quesioner, while the research method using Simple Random Sampling. The t test shows that the magnitude of t for Talent Management (X1) is 4.088 and the value of t arithmetic for Employee Engagement (X2) is 4.207. all of which show larger than t table is 1,985. so the hypothesis that states Talent Management and Employee Engagement have a positive effect partially on Employee Capabilities at Company PT. Bintang Wahana Tata. F test, F calculated> F table or 36.946 > 2.70 or signification level (sig) 0.000 <0.05 so that the hypothesis that states Talent Management and Employee Engagement together affect the Employee Capabilities at Company PT Bintang Wahana Tata and coefficient of determination indicate that Talent Management and Employee Engagement contributed 43.8% to Employee Capabilities at PT. Bintang Wahana Tata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Faktor Pendapatan, Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, dan Lingkungan Keluarga Terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Bisnis Keluarga UKM Pudak Di Kecamatan Gresik (Studi Pada Minat Kewirausahaan di Kecamatan UKM Pudak Gresik). Tinjauan pustaka dan penyusunan hipotesis juga dilakukan, dan data dikumpulkan dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 34 responden putra dan putri dari pemilik SMM kecamatan Gresik dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Tes ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pendapatan bisnis terhadap minat berwirausaha, pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha, lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha, uji f variabel pendapatan usaha, pendidikan wirausaha, dan lingkungan keluarga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap wirausaha

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image variables, Product Quality, Price and Service Quality on Purchasing Decisions at PT. Semen Indonesia Logistics Branch of Gulomantung Gresik. This type of research uses quantitative with a sample of 154 consumers. The sampling technique used Incidetal Sampling. The results of the study proved to show that the Brand Image variable, Product Quality, Price had a positive and significant effect and the service quality variable had a negative and significant effect on the Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the fact that there was resistance from street vendors in Madiun City as a manifestation of people's resistance to the country. The city of Madiun, the capital city of Bakorwil 1, Madiun, is economically developing so that the number of street vendors explodes. Therefore this area is economically meaningful and has high economic value, so it becomes the goal of workers seeking, namely as street vendors. To organize the traders in the city of Madiun and the DPRD make a PKL Regional Regulation. The PKL Regional Regulation is intended to regulate the PKL selling in the city of Madiun. But the process that happened to street vendors was less involved, causing resistance. There was people's resistance to the state, because the state did not prosper the people. The regulation made by the DPRD and the Madiun city administration aims to keep traders in order, and implement the rules, but the regulation creates resistance. This study aims to: (1) understand the causes of the street vendors 'resistance (2) understand the meaning and purpose of street vendors' resistance to the Satpol PP. (3) understand the forms of street vendors' resistance to the Madiun city administration. The approach used in this study is qualitative with data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The paradigm in this study uses a social definition. While the theory used to explain the resistance of street vendors to the policies of the city government of Madiun James C. Scott's resistance theory.

Abstract

Upaya-upaya pemasaran perlu dilakukan untuk dapat menciptakan loyalitas pelanggan, diantaranya upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan menciptakan produk berkualitas, menentukan harga, menyediakan layanan pada produk yang bervariasi, dengan demikian jika dilakukan akan diperoleh tujuan akhir dari proses pemasaran itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui "Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Harga dan Keragaman Produk Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada usaha Lily Bakery Lamongan', jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian berulang pada usaha Lily Bakery. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, Harga secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan Keragaman produk secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Lily Bakery Lamongan.

Abstract

Companies that can survive in business competition, must use strategies that are oriented to innovative and efficient values by looking at the company resources and capabilities holistically. When the giant coffee industry companies use the red ocean strategy in the expansion of market competition, the small and medium coffee industry companies (MSMEs) such as The Coffee Santri Industry in this study take the alternative blue ocean strategy into a strategic choice. A choice of strategies that do focus differentiation. Formulating the use of the blue ocean strategy by forming a new concept, namely outlet treatment, coffee shop and manufacturing scrubs, aroma therapy and prayer coffee are essential for survival and expansion outside the Red Ocean arena.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on empowerment in employees of Pondok Jati Mother and Child Clinic, Sidoarjo analyzing the influence of transformational leadership on employee work behavior of Pondok Jati Mother and Child Clinic, Sidoarjo; The data analysis method uses Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant and positive effect on the empowerment of employees at Pondok Jati Mother and Child Clinic, Sidoarjo, transformational leadership had a significant and positive effect on work behavior of Pondok Jati, Mother and Child Clinic employees, Sidoarjo, transformational leadership had no significant and influential effect on positively on the performance of employees of the Pondok Jati, Sidoarjo Mother and Child Clinic, empowerment has no significant effect and positively influences on the performance of the Pondok Jati, Sidoarjo Mother and Child employees, work behavior has a significant and positive effect on the performance of the Pondok Jati, Mother and Child Clinic employees, Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) as one of the keys for the company in achieving its goals and success. Achieving company goals if HR shows good reliability, therefore companies need to make HR play a key role in an organization so that there is involvement, love or employee engagement that impacts on the sustainability of an organization, which can build organizational commitment and also determine how employees will behave. In this study offers a new theoretical framework of management as a shaping factor for the importance of organizational commitment and also the behavior of withdrawal of employees, the sample is carried out on employees with a contractual status of 54 in a higher education institution. The analysis tool uses path analysis with warpPLS. The results show that job engagement negatively influences employee organizational commitment, job engagement has a negative influence on withdrawal behavior, organizational commitment has a negative influence on withdrawal behavior while organizational commitment cannot be a mediating variable between job engagement and employee withdrawal behavior .

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaru dari kualitas produk, lokasi dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada restaurant cepat saji MC Donald GKB. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan incidental sampling dimana semua orang yang bertemu dengan peneliti dapat diambil sebagai responden dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaru yang signifikan secara parsial antara kualitas produk, lokasi dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menginterpretasikan bahwa kualitas produk, lokasi dan kualitas layanan dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada restoran cepat saji MC Donald GKB.
