Abstract

Some of the activities carried out by HR-GA Manager in handling The official travel of executive leadership include searching information by accepting form request for travel from the Managing Director. Preparing the official travel plan, HR-GA Manager does not assist the Managing Director in making the official travel plan. Managing Director develops his official travel plan based on the contents of the request for travel form. HR-GA Manager prepares transportation, accommodation and documents. Preparation of documents HR-GA Manager only prepares documents related to official travel only, and is followed up by travel agents, if passport, exit permit, and visa are no longer valid. The Managing Director takes care of his own official travel budget. During implementation official travel of executive leadership, HR-GA Manager helps the Managing Director remotely during business trips until the time of his return. The Managing Director reports the results of the official travel and financial reports performed on their own, and does not have any specific templates for reporting.

Abstract

Balance Scorecard is a management method which can be used by the company to measure organizational performance and strategy implementation effectively. The objective of the research is to measure the company’s performance using four perspective of Balanced Scorecard: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. This research used the combination of historical data analysis, Balanced Scorecard analysis, and Strategic Management Analysis. The conclusion of the research is that Balanced Scorecard method is proven to measure company’s performance in more comprehensive way, better than traditional method that only measure financial factor. Also, the company can map the strength and weakness to improve its performance.

Abstract

Facebook is one of the social media that has been used by many people, ranging from children to adults. Based on the observation, the housewives tend to use facebook to communicate with various motivations. The messages written in the status of facebook influence the interpersonal communication effectiveness in the real world. This research used quantitative method. The result showed that the interpersonal communication effectiveness among housewives is quite influenced by the motivation of using facebook. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient value of 0,433. The result of determination coefficient 18,7% showed that the motivation of using facebook give the influence of 18,7% toward the interpersonal communication effectiveness among housewives in Cluster Ubud, Puri Gading Housing, Bekasi.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the reluctance of people at a shopping center in response to the information provided credit card sales in marketing their products. This study aims to determine how much influence the persuasive communication BCA Bank credit card sales to the decision to use a credit card. The theory used is persuasive communication theory rhetoric and theory decision. The method used is simple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that persuasive communication has a positive influence on the decision to use a credit card BCA.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether talent management has a significant effect on Organizational Performancedan impact on Employee retention. The research method used is survey method with type of associative research, and case study. The author took samples of 31 employees of PT X headquarters. Data were collected by questionnaire in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of smartPLS 2.0 software. The results of this study indicate that Talent management has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Performancedan impact on Employee retention. Better Talent Management Organizational performancedan impact on Employee retention will increase. Suggestion given in this research is to improve leadership improvement program and give encouragement to increase organizational performance which of course will affect employee retention. By improving talent management practice, it is expected to improve organizational performance and achieve company goals.

Abstract

Document in a company is administrative materials which are valuable. Letters cannot be separated from adminstrative activities. Inefficient record management such as false letters clasification, documenting letters and record keepingmanaging letters will hinder the flow of information and administration. There are piles of documents which are priceless but are still recorded or kept. This will of course slow the retrieval of important document. When document is not found easily and quickly, it might be an obstacle of decision making process. Some people stillbelieve that a secretary is responsible for dealing with archives though it not always true. Prompt filing system and files clasification will result in efficiency, and give positive effect for working performance.
