Abstract

Education graduates are more unemployed than those who work or are not in accordance with what the world wants. This doesn't only occur to bachelor, but also to senior high school graduates, so the government responds to this by prioritizing an education system whose link-and-match outcome as workers. Bridging this, vocational school is one solution. Vocational High School (SMK) is an embodiment of the school system with a vocational form, with various departments that certainly respond to the diversity of the world of work available. Types of Vocational Schools in Indonesia are attached in Appendix I. In this study, researchers only focusing on Vocational School majoring in Pharmacy. As a vocational school, The Pharmacy Department required to produce eligible graduates according to the work field and industry standard. The standard should be applied to qualified of work field and industry demands, Education Management is needed, which includes Planning, Implementation, Evaluation, and Supervision in the education process in schools in such a way that the competencies, expertise, and skills of graduates are in accordance with the demands of the world of work and industry. schools rely on the rules of School-Based Management (SBM). As time goes by, As time goes by, parents of vocational students want their children's ability to continue into the next levels with good character, religious, and academics. The various demands try to be fulfilled by schools by implementing various activities using 8 national education standards as a reference, which are applied through the school-based education management concept. This study focuses on how each Planning, Implementation, Evaluation, and Supervision of Education Management at ISFI Pharmacy Vocational School and Husada Vocational High School Pharmacy Study Program, which processes through the application of 8 National Standards of Education in influencing graduate orientation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze: (1) the effect of the principal?s academic supervision on the teacher? teaching quality in all MAN  at Banjarmasin; (2) the influence of school culture on the teacher? teaching quality in all MAN at Banjarmasin; and (3) there is the effect of principals? academic supervision and schoo culture simultaneously on the teacher? teaching quality in all MAN at Banjarmasin. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. The study population was MAN Teachers in Banjarmasin as many as 109 teachers, as well as being used as research samples (total samples). Data was collected using a questionnaire; validity was tested using item-total correlation techniques and reliability tested using the apha formula from Cronbach. Hypothesis testing uses simple and multiple regression. The  results of the analysis conclude that: (1) there is an effect of the principal's academic supervision on the teachers? teaching quality in all MAN at Banjarmasin. This data is supported by the results of statistical analysis that prove the value of t count> t table (7.826> 1.982), (2) there is an influence of school?s culture on the teachers? teaching quality in all MAN at Banjarmasin. This data is supported by the results of statistical analysis that prove the value of t count> t table (6.428> 1.982), and (3) there is a simultaneous effect of principals' academic supervision and school?s culture on the teachers? teaching quality in all MAN at Banjarmasin. This data is supported by the results of statistical analysis that prove the value of f count > f table (10.416> 3.082). Based on those results, the headmaster is recommended to continue academic supervision to the teachers they lead and maintain the school culture in order to make the school atmospher is conducive so that the quality of teaching teachers are increased.

Abstract

Discipline is the attitude of willingness and willingness of a person to comply with and obey the rules and regulations that apply around him. Discipline is also influenced by several factors namely the leadership of the principal, the work climate and work spirit . The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct and indirect effects of leadership, work climate and work spirit on the discipline of elementary school teachers in Batu Ampar District, Tanah Laut Regency. This research is quantitative with cross sectional method and using the technique of correlation (correlation research). The study population was 165 teachers and 117 respondents were taken as the study sample by proportional e random sampling technique . Data collection uses instrument questionnaires and data analysis using test instruments (validity and reliability testing), descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, linear regression analysis and path analysis. The results of this study show that 1) there is a positive and significant influence on the principal's leadership directly on the disciplinary variables of SDN teachers in Batu Ampar District, Tanah Laut Regency. 2) threre is a significant and positive influence school leadership directly on spirit Elementary School teacher in the district of Batu Ampar District, Tanah Laut Regency. 3) threre is a positive and significant influence climate school work directly against the SDN teacher discipline in Batu Ampar District, Tanah Laut Regency. 4) threre is a positive and significant influence climate school work directly against the SDN teacher spirit in Batu Ampar District, Tanah Laut Regency. 5) threre is positive and significant influence teachers' spirit directly to the discipline teacher of SDN in Batu Ampar District, Tanah Laut Regency. 6) threre is a significant and positive influence school leadership indirectly through the spirit of teachers to discipline Elementary School teacher in Batu Ampar District, Tanah Laut Regency. 7) threre is positive and significant influence school work climate indirectly through the spirit of teachers to discipline Elementary School teacher in Batu Ampar District, Tanah Laut Regency. Suggestions to school principals and teachers can maintain the organizational climate by establishing good relations among employees such as the mutual trust and mutual support between employees can create good work discipline .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence: income level, level of education with parenting, income level, education level with children's social behavior, parenting parents with children's social behavior, income level, level of education with children's social behavior through parenting old. Descriptive quantitative research methods and path analysis. The sample of the study was 257 children 5-6 years in 11 TK Sambas District, West Kalimantan, cluster sampling was chosen using the Slovin formula from a population of 684 children in the Kindergarten of Sambas District, West Kalimantan. Data collection uses questionnaires, documentation and observation. The results showed that income levels influence parenting style, education level influences parents' parenting style, income level influences children's social behavior, education level influences children's social behavior, parenting parents influence children's social behavior, parenting parents are an intermediary influence the level of income on children's social behavior and level of education on children's social behavior.

Abstract

Cottage based madrasas are madrassas that integrate Islamic boarding schools into madrasah subjects and management. The purpose of this study was to analyze curriculum management, management of teaching staff and education and management of students in the Aliyah Darul Amien Taluk Labak Madrasah and the One Roof Madrasah Alyah Al Azhar Kandangan District of HSS. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with study interviews, observations and documents. Data sources: Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah in the Curriculum Sector, Deputy Head of Madrasah for Student Affairs and Administration. Checking the validity of the data is done by source trigulation and trigulation methods. Based on research findings, the two madrassas have carried out curriculum management. The curriculum used is the Ministry of Education / Ministry of Religion curriculum that is collaborated with the cottage curriculum. There are few obstacles in the implementation of the curriculum, there are still teachers who do not yet understand about K13. The implementation of curriculum evaluation at Darul Aliyah Madrasa Amien Taluk Labak further showed the peculiarities of a cottage-based madrasa. In the reception of Darul Amira Taluk Labak Aliyah Madrasah employees prioritizing alumni with the reason that it is easier to be fostered, so that sometimes it is not in accordance with the required competencies, while Al Azhar Kandangan One-Roof Madrasah Aliyah sometimes has difficulty getting employees in accordance with the required competencies. Guidance and development as well as compensation for employees in Darul Amien Taluk Labak Aliyah Madrasah is good enough, while in Al Azhar Kandangan One-Stop Islamic Madrasah, employee development and development is almost never done and compensation given is still somewhat less suitable for work, for example: no there is overtime pay for overtime employees. The management of students in Darul Amien Taluk Labak Aliyah Madrasah has been very good and really shows the peculiarities of a cottage-based madrasa, while Al Azhar Kandangan One-Roof Islamic Madrasahs still lack the typical cottage-based madrasa. Suggestion: 1. Both madrassas can increase collaboration with Trustees supervisors and outsiders, to increase the competence of teachers about K13. 2. Both madrassas can open as much employee acceptance as possible to obtain competent personnel as needed. 3. One-Roof Aliyah Madrasah Al Azhar Kandangan Al-Azhar Kandangan One-Stop Islamic Madrasah can improve employee coaching, development and assessment more intensively to improve employee competency and pay more attention to compensation to encourage employees to work optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Describe the role of the principal, teacher work motivation, teacher job satisfaction and teacher performance, (2) Analyze the direct relationship between the role of the principal and teacher performance, (3) Analyze the relationship directly between teacher work motivation and teacher performance, (4) Analyzing the direct relationship between job satisfaction and teacher performance, (5) Analyzing the direct relationship between the role of the principal and motivation, (6) Analyzing the direct relationship between the role of the principal and job satisfaction, (7) Analyzing the indirect relationship between the role of the principal and teacher performance through teacher work motivation, (8) Analyzing the indirect relationship between the role of the principal and teacher performance through the variable job satisfaction. This research was conducted in Kandangan sub-district using quantitative approaches and descriptive methods. The research sample was 176 people. The instruments of data collection are questionnaires that have met the validity and reliability test requirements. Analysis of data to test hypotheses using path analysis with multiple regression methods. The results showed that: (1) Role of Principals, Work motivation and job satisfaction in Public Elementary Schools in Kandangan Subdistrict are very high classifications, while the performance of Public Elementary School teachers is Kandangan Subdistrict is in a high classification, (2) There is a relationship between the Principal's Role and the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Kandangan Subdistrict by 0,328. (3) There is a relationship between work motivation and the performance of state elementary school teachers in Kandangan subdistrict by 0,974. (4) There is a relationship between job satisfaction and the performance of State Elementary School teachers in Kandangan Subdistrict by 0,486, (5) There is a relationship between the role of the principal and the work motivation of Public Primary School teachers in Kandangan Subdistrict by 0,919, (6) the role of the school principal with the work satisfaction of state elementary school teachers in Kandangan subdistrict by 0.927, (7) There is an indirect relationship between the role of the principal and the teacher's performance through the work motivation of state elementary school teachers in Kandangan subdistrict by 0.895. (8) There is an indirect relationship between the Role of the Principal and the teacher's performance through the work satisfaction of State Primary School teachers in Kandangan Sub-district by 0.450.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know the Principal?s supervision contribution and work motivation toward the teachers performance at public of Senior High School at Barito Kuala, District. The research population is publicteachers at public  Senior High School in Barito Kuala, District, as much as 227 teachers. And, to take a sample it?s used Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique by determining sample to each school in a proportional manner and found  as much as 145 teachers.  For data collection is conducted by questionnaire. And the questionnaire validity trial is conducted by corrected item -  Total correlation. Reliability trial is using Cronbach?s Alpha (a). Data Analysis is taking simple regression and double technique. The data?s outcomes are: (1) significantly, there is  the Principal?s supervision contribution toward teachers performance at Senior High School in Barito Kuala, with determination value 66,1%; (2) There is a work motivation contribution towards teachers performance at public of Senior High School in Barito Kuala, significantly with determination value 65,6%; (3) And so, with significantly there is a Principal?s supervision contribution and work motivation toward teachers performance at Public of Senior High School in Barito Kuala District, in the manner of determination value 74,8%

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe teacher activities, children's activities and the development of children's cognitive abilities in matching numbers with number symbols using a combination of Demonstration, make a Match model, assisted by Audio-Visual Media in group B of TK RA Citra Islami Banjarmasin. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of classroom action research (CAR). Sources of data in this study were teacher and child group B of TK RA Citra Islami Banjarmasin located on Jalan Kelayan B Komplek 10 Gang H. Thaberi RT. 13 Banjarmasin. The research instrument used by researchers to retrieve data is observation. The results of this study illustrate that the teacher's activities have been carried out according to the steps that have been set with very good criteria. Child activity increases in each cycle with very active criteria. Development of cognitive aspects of children in matching numbers with number symbols using a combination of Demonstration, make a Match model, assisted by Audio-Visual Media in group B TK RA Citra Islami Banjarmasin has improved with the criteria of developing very well. The suggestion of this study is expected to be a guideline in learning activities using the combined Demonstration, Make a Match model, assisted by Audio-Visual Media in an effort to improve the quality of learning on cognitive aspects and provide input for subsequent researchers to be able to increase creativity in carrying out the research process.

Abstract

The study aimed to describe and analyze the implementation strategy of independence values in learning activities as well as it's supporting and inhibiting factors through the application of a qualitative approach with a multi-site design. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observations, and document studies and the data obtained were individually analyzed before a cross-site data analysis was applied. The results showed the strategy to implement the development of children?s independence value at TK Negeri Pembina Rantau and TK Penerus Bangsa PGRI was integrated into learning activities through habituations, both by teachers at school and parents at home. It was conducted through daily, weekly, monthly, and annual activities. As a result, children's independence values have been successfully well-developed. Several supporting factors for this development include parents, environment, facilities and infrastructure, qualified teachers, and collaboration with outside institutions. However, several factors also inhibit this development and they include less supportive parents, as well as children?s particular emotions and conditions.

Abstract

The problems that occur at this time are many children who are still dependent on their parents to do every activity. Independent attitude is very dependent on parents, often children cry when they stay for a while by their mother or caregiver. This study describes the influence of parenting on the birth order of children towards independent social behavior using a quantitative and path analysis. The research sample was obtained from 214 children aged 5-6 years using the simple random sampling technique and the Slovin formula from a population of 445 Kindergarten children in Gugus Anggrek, East Banjarmasin District. Also, data were collected through questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results showed that parenting patterns affect the birth order of children towards their independent social behavior.
