Abstract

This study aims to examine how the Price, Brand Image and quality influence on purchasing decisions for branded drug products. This research was conducted at PT. Bernofarm Tbk Padang. The data used in this study came from the answer scores obtained for distributed questionnaires. The testing methods used in this study are normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokesidity test, multiple regression analysis, then use the statistical F test, the t statistic test and the coefficient of determination test (R2) with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions for branded drug products, Brand Image has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions for branded drug products while the quality of the products has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions for branded drug products.

Abstract

To compete with Pepsodent, several toothpaste manufacturers have adopted different strategies. One way is to use attractive packaging, low price, and quality. This study aims to investigate brand trust, brand equity, and price on consumer loyalty. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling where the number of samples used was 138 people. Research respondents prove that brand trust has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Brand equity has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Price has a positive and significant effect on loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of service quality and public trust on community satisfaction in office X. This type of research is an explanatory study with a cross sectional study approach. The research sample was 125 people with random sampling technique. The findings of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between service quality and community satisfaction. And there is a significant influence between public trust on public satisfaction of service users at office X.

Abstract

The performance of employees in the PT.Asuransi JiwaSraya (Persero)  Bandar Lampung based on several factors including leadership style, work motivation, and work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine whether leadership style, work motivation and work environment affect the performance of employees in the PT.Asuransi JiwaSraya (Persero)  Bandar Lampung. This study uses a quanitative method, namely data obtained from the results of questionnaires, with the number of samples in this study were 74 respondents with Multiple Linear Regression test, F test and R2 test with an error limit of 5% = 0.05. The results of F test calculation, the value Fcount 8.103 > 3.13 Ftable, means Ho rejected and Ha accepted.It can be concluded that the independent variables consist of leadership style (X1), motivation (X2) and the working environment (X3) simultaneously on the dependent variable that consists of employee performance (Y) to the PT.Asuransi JiwaSraya (Persero)  Bandar Lampung. Based on these results shows the results of multiple regression Y = 12.678 + 0,083X1 + 0,338X2 + 0,197X3 + 0.05.Results obtained correlation coefficient (R) of (0.508). The R2 Determination Coefficient is (0.226). This means that independent variables consisting of leadership style, employee motivation and work environment explain variation employee performance by 22.6% while the remaining 77.4% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

In conducting of this research, has the purpose of knowing the factors that influence purchase intention. eWOM Credibility, eWOM Quality, eWOM Quantity, Corporate Image as mediating role are factors that will be examined and analyzed. The object of this research is smartwatch that ocated in Batam City with certain criteria that using media social active. Purposive sampling is the method in this study, selected are adjusted to the research objectives. The data analysis in this research is  PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling). The result of this research is indicate that the eWOM Quality, eWOM Quality, Corporate Image are able to influence significantly on Purchase Intention while eWOM Credibility doesn’t have a strong effect and maybe influence by other variables on Purchase Intention. In addition Corporate Image’s able to mediate eWOM Credibility, eWOM Quality, eWOM Quality and Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between the effect of electronic service quality, price and perceived benefits of go-pay features on customer satisfaction in Padang. Population in this study are all motorcycle customers who use the go-pay feature. With a sample size of 100 respondents selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. The results showed that electronic service quality has positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, price has positive effect on customer satisfaction, while the perceived benefits does not significant on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Research on leadership attributes in influencing organizational commitment with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Mutiara Agam Palm oil processing with respondents of all employees totaling 39 people, with the result that the Leadership Attribute has a positive effect on Job Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction has no effect on Organizational Commitment, subsequently the Leadership Attribute has a positive effect on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between Leadership Attributes and Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

One of the effective social media for online shopping is Instagram. Shopping online on social media Instagram, consumers only see products in photos, catalogs and videos without knowing the quality of the product, because buyers do not meet directly with the seller only through gadgets, cellphones or computers. Trust is the main capital in online shopping. This research was conducted to examine the influence of trust in perceived of risk mediation on the intention to transact online shopping on social media Instagram. The sample of this research is 120 women in Padang City. The research method uses quantitative analysis techniques using a questionnaire, sampling method is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling tectic. This research uses SmartPLS version 3.0 software.
