Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Procedural Justice, Distributive Justice, and Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Affective Commitment as a Mediating Variable on the employees of PT. Hartono Istana Teknologi in the Goods Warehouse Division. This research is an explanatory research with a causality approach, namely research that wants to find an explanation in the form of cause-effect relationships. The sample of this study was 84 respondents determined by the Purposive Random Sampling method. The research data were obtained from distributing questionnaires with multiple linear regression analysis tools with SPSS Version 21. The results of this study indicate that there are positive and significant influences between the variables of Procedural Justice, Distributive Justice and Satisfaction with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). And the role of affective commitment as a moderating variable can strengthen the influence of Procedural Justice, Distributive Justice and Satisfaction with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QC), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM) on Share Prices in Consumption sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year period 2014-2016. The purposive sampling technique was used to obtain a sample size of 22 companies or 66 data in three years. To analyze the hypothesis of this study using multiple linear regression with SPSS Version 21. The results showed that the Current Ratio (CR) and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) had no significant effect on stock prices, while the Quick Ratio (CR) and Operating Profit Margin (OPM) significant and significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The importance of entrepreneurship in a country can increase per capita income in A country, beside that the number of unemployment also decrease. A country can be said to reach prosperity level if the number of entrepreneurship on a country is 2% of the whole population of the country. Vocational school is widely getting favor more by society, because the vocational school graduate is claiming easier to get a job when graduate from school, entrepreneurship lesson which serve by vocational school have a purpose to create new entrepreneur after graduate from school . This researched involving 200 respondents from the student of SMK Telekomunikasi Tunas Harapan this research is analyz using multiples regrating analysis with SSPS 16 . The research result show that the 3 variable which are environment, attitude, and academics. Influence motivation the student of SMK Telekomunikasi Tunas Harapan to entrepreneurships . But the most influence variable is academics , then follow by attitude and environment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine tehe effect of financial knowledge and financial attitudes on investment decision with health value as a moderating variable. The analytical method in this study uses Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that the value of health is able to strengthen the direction of the relationship (moderate) of finance knowledge and financial attitudes towards investment decisions.

Abstract

This tudy aims to examine and analyze the effect of KAP size, Audit Report Lag, Company Size, and Management Change against Switching Auditors in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) the period 2015-2018. The purposive sampling technique was used to obtain a sample size of 28 companies or 84 data in three years. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression with SPSS version 21. The results of this study showed that KAP size variables affect Auditor Switching, whereas Audit Report Lag, Company Size, and Management Change variables do not affect Auditor Switching

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job ambiguity on employee performance in Indihome City of Semarang, to determine the effect of leadership support on employee performance in Indihome City Semarang, and to determine the effect of job ambiguity and leadership support on employee performance in Indihome Semarang City. In this study the population to be studied is 112 Indihome City Semarang customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the organization to the changes using McKinsey 7S analysis. The method used is qualitative research with case study approach. Results of the study revealed that the factor changes in the UNW is commitment and loyalty of employees, roles and skills of human resources, development of potential human resources, organizational development and technological progress. Based on McKinsey 7S, also found changes that occur in each of its component S, where each component still requires a change in achieving an effective organization. Changes in UNW also includes the metaphor of the organization as a machine, in which these changes have been effective.

Abstract

This study discusses the factors that influence customer satisfaction in Kendalisodo Brasserie Patra Jasa Semarang Convention Hotel. The number of samples is 105 respondents who have visited Patra Jasa Semarang more than once. The results of the analysis show satisfaction with customer satisfaction, as well as the quality of service emphasizes customer satisfaction. Likewise, the results of simultaneous trials show that facilities and service quality are related to customer satisfaction at Kendalisodo Brasserie Patra Jasa Semarang Convention Hotel.

Abstract

The research objective, entitled The Effect of Salary and Work Environment on Employee Loyalty in CV. ANJASA Baja Ringan Semarang is to determine, the effect of salary on employee loyalty, the influence of the work environment on employee loyalty, the effect of salary and work environment on employee loyalty. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents who were distributed to employees. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using data quality test, classical assumption test, t statistical test, F statistical test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and the coefficient of determination.
