Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Variabel yaitu variabel motivasi, pelatihan dan kompensasi. Sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah 30 orang. Analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS 20.0 for Windows, hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Abstract ____________________________________________________________ This study aims to describe the opportunities that can be achieved by prospective MSME actors in the pandemi era. In this study, the qualitative methods and descriptions of students who have succeeded in becoming MSME actors in this pandemi era are explained so that they can directly apply the knowledge gained to in their lives as the implementation of Kampus Merdeka : Merdeka Belajar, it can further be applied by all prospective MSME players, so it can help to improve the economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image and price on interest in purchasing Samsung smartphones at FEB PGRI University Semarang. The population in this study were all students of FEB PGRI University Semarang, the sample in this study was 100 respondents. In conducting research data collection using a Likert scale with 5 assessment criteria and to measure 17 statement items. The sampling technique in this research uses a type of probability sampling. Abstract

Aim of this research is to know the application of sharia system in Indonesian Sharia Bank, to know public interest in Indonesian Sharia Bank and non-muslim communities in transactions at Indonesian Sharia Bank. The research activity wa carried out at the Indonesian Sharia Bank in the city of Tangerang. The research method used in journal is a questionnaire method. Samples from this study amounted to 40 respondents. Test were statistical performed using Cronbac’h alpha, construck reliability and Average Variance Extrated (AVE). All proposed hypotheses are supported and significant. The conclusion of this study is that the effect of the sharia system on the interests of non-muslim communities has a significant and positive effect on transaction at Indonesian Sharia Bank.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how influential the promotion of big sale and free shopee shipping costs on the buying interest of young people in Tanggamus district, with young people using yhe shopee application as the object of this study. The method used in this study using a questionnaire method. The sample of this study amounted to 71 respondents. Statistical tests were carried out using Cronbach’s alpha, composite reliability, and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). All proposed hypotheses are supported and significant. The conclusion of this study is the Big Sale Promotion, and Free Shipping Shopee have a significant positive effect on the Buying Interest of young people in Tanggamus Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atmosphere, kualitas pelayanan, dan keragaman produk baik terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen mini market yong mart. Penelitian kali ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner sebagai instrumennya. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Masyarakat kampung banjar masin yang pernah melakukan pembelian di mini market yong mart Jl lintas sumatera no.70,banjar masin.Sampel penelitian ini urang lebih berjumlah 31 responden.uji statistic dengan menggunakan cronbach’s alpha,reabilitas komposit dan average variance extracted(AVE).berdasarkan hasil dari pembahasan dapat di tarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis store atmosphere berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli,kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli,keberagaman produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the Marketing Mix at the Cordy boutique in Bandar Lampung on the buying interest of buyers from an Islamic perspective. This research uses quantitative methods, where the population used in this study is the customers of the cordy boutique in Bandar Lampung with a sample of 95 respondents. In this study, it is known that the results of the marketing mix affect buying interest. Mix has a significant effect on Buying Interest in Cordy Boutique fashion products. The real effect of Brand Image (X) on Purchase Interest (Y) can be shown by the value of R square = 0.263 or 26.3% while the remaining 72.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were: to determine the familiarity bias in the development of the srabi’s SMEs Ngampin Ambarawa. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The sample used in this study were srabi traders who are members of the Mekar Lestari SMEs, in Ngampin Village Ambarawa. This study gives the result that familiarity is a consideration for consumers in making decisions. Familiarity causes consumers to choose products in terms of what they think and know and understand. So the scope of the decision is based solely on the judgment that the product is known in advance. The role of word of mouth communication and the power of referral is to provide knowledge about srabi products so that later consumers are familiar and have a good understanding. The CSR developed by srabi Ngampin has a positive reputation and image so that it becomes the main non-financial capital and added value for Srabi's SMEs to be able to grow in a sustainable manner (sustainable development).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel 27 perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks LQ45 pada tahun 2017-2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitaif, teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah partial least squares (PLS) dengan alat bantu software smartPLS versi 3.0 Hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa dari 3 hipotesis terdapat 1 hipotesis yang didukung atau diterima dan terdapat 2 hipotesis yang ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa profitabilitas memiliki dampak terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh total sebesar 92.7%, leverage tidak memiliki dampak terhadap nilai perusahaan dan kebijakan dividen tidak memiliki dampak terhadap nilai perusahaan. profitabilitas, leverage, kebijakan dividen, nilai perusahaan. kata kunci: profitabilitas, leverage, kebijakan dividen, nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Human development is a concept used to improve the quality of people's lives and to achieve the common goals of a country. This study aims to determine the effect of Poverty, Growth Rate and Minimum Wage on the Human Development Index in Central Java. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses panel data with a total of 175 observations consisting of time series data for 2016-2020 and cross data of 35 districts/cities in Central Java Province. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of poverty, growth rate and minimum wage on the Human Development Index. Poverty has a significant negative effect on the Human Development Index, the growth rate has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index and the minimum wage has a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index.
