Abstract

Cilacap State Polytechnic (PNC) is a Polytechnic that has several scholarships in it. Bidikmisi is one of the scholarships available at PNC. Bidikmisi scholarship recipients are required to report their achievements every semester to the Biro Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan (BAAK) which still often experiences problems, including student delays in collecting achievement reports, BAAK finds it difficult to monitor the progress of student achievement, especially in the non-academic field because all the data is in each student. This research focuses on monitoring related to student achievement. Making this system using the waterfall method because it is systematic. The results of the questionnaire show that this system can assist in the process of managing and monitoring student achievement with a percentage of around 60% stating it is good and can help students to notify the results of their achievements and can be accessed at any time without having to wait for information or visit the BAAK room with a high percentage. obtained from the results of the questionnaire about 70% stated good

Abstract

A college is a place for education providers that aim to produce quality human resources and be able to face increasingly fierce work competition. Lecturers become one of the important elements in producing competent human resources. The task of the lecturer is to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which includes teaching, research and community service. The purpose of this study was to obtain a teaching performance classification of lecturers using the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method as an effort to improve the internal quality assurance system. Where in this learning process planning, implementation, evaluation, control and improvement have been carried out as a form of implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI). The data used in this study are data from the questionnaire sheets of lecturers' reaction sheets from students to the teaching of lecturers who support courses. The data used is data for 1 academic year, namely data for the 2017 2018 academic year. The results of this study are that ANFIS is suitable for classifying lecturers' performance.

Abstract

The number of Chronic Kidney Disease patient increased year by year while it doesn’t following by sufficient human resources and infrastructure needs the information of Chronic Kidney Disease patient prediction. Prediction of Chronic Kidney Disease patient is necessary to be done as an anticipation for preparing the better human resources and infrastructure that will effect to patient survival rate. In this study, backpropagation artificial neural network and particle swarm optimization combination used to predict the number of Chronic Kidney Disease patient. Artificial Neural Network has the ability in time series data prediction, such as the number of Chronic Kidney Disease year by year. But, backpropagation artificial neural network has a weakness in weight inisialization which taken unoptimally that could cause bad convergence speed. Particle swarm optimization will resolve the backpropagation artificial neural network weakness by weights optimization that will used in backpropagation artificial neural network. The Artificial Neural Network and Particle Swarm Optimization have several parameters, such as the number of hidden layer neuron, learning rate, and swarm. This research is using RSUD Banyumas Chronic Kidney Disease patient data in 2011 until 2020. Matlab R2019a used in this research as a software to predict chronic kidney disease patient data. The test results shows the prediction accuracy based on Mean Squared Error value is 0,0370 using 12-16-1 artificial neural network architecture, 0.005 learning rate, 1250 epochs and 50 swarms

Abstract

Currently the development of information and communication technology has been approved by the aspects of human life, undeniable in the field of education including the development of mobile technology that presents SmatPhone in various functions that are not only as a means of communication, but also use today's information sources. This creates greater public demand for information on education and encourages Educational Institutions including the Harapan Bersama Tegal Polytechnic to use it as an information media and to register prospective new students based on Android. This study takes the theme "Improving Android-Based PMB Services at the Polytechnic of Harapan Bersama Tegal" with the aim of assisting new students in registering using the SmatPhone device and to assist the Polytechnic of Hope together in processing registration data. Abstract

Information technology integration is expected to be able to accommodate the ease and improvement in supporting database platforms through intranet and internet infrastructure. Integration is intended to blend desktop and web database systems. Medical Checkup Purwokerto is a designated place to facilitate the checkup health of the official PJTKI Banyumas Disnaker BNP2TKI. The current system, which is a check-up application, is carried out by prospective Indonesian Workers or Medical checkup units, covering many processes including registration, health checks, types, results, payments and reports. There was a buildup of operational activities Clinical work on a daily basis, by the administrator of the medical record so that management aimed at developing a web-based clinical information system includes the scope of the processed database components, access authorization, and security. The method used is the software development life cycle (SDLC) with the Evolutionary Prototype Model. Results, patient data can be integrated as a whole process flow with a client-server network architecture

Abstract

Learning media are all things that can be used to channel messages and stimulate the learning process for students. Learning machine of two-wheeled vehicles in SMK YPT 2 Purbalingga is still using Ms. Powerpoint as a learning medium. In one of the subjects that discussed the partitioning machine parts, how to work a motorcycle engine and troubleshooting the machine parts as well as how to repair or replace spare parts, students felt the use of Ms. media. Powerpoint is less interesting and difficult to understand the material. Educators also see students tend to get bored easily when learning so that they need other alternatives as a learning medium. For that reason, the writer applies a markerless augmented reality technology as a medium for learning two-wheeled vehicles to help as well as learning media for students, the method used is MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle). This research produces an augmented reality application that helps visualize motorcycle engines in the form of 3D models for vocational students.

Abstract

Correspondence administration service activities in the Cihampelas Village Office, West Bandung Regency are still manual with submission forms, approval processes and data recapitulation that have not been stored properly. Time and location constraints and services that often cannot be resolved in one day are problems for people who need fast services. These problems need to be handled quickly to improve excellent service for the local community, so based on the results of interviews with the manager, an application is needed to simplify the letter-making process. The system development method used to make this software uses the Prototype method with stages arranged starting from the requirements collection which contains the stages in the needs analysis, followed by design to testing with the black box testing method. The application is made based on a website using the Laravel framework, MySQL as the database. Based on the results of testing the satisfaction level of application usability through the User Acceptance Test (UAT), the percentage results were 87% of the total 25 user respondents and 3 admin respondents, which concluded that the application built had fulfilled system functionality and was running according to the requirements of the user

Abstract

Technological advances that can be used by the public as a media for education are the development of Android smartphone technology, Android is the most popular of smartphone operating system in Indonesia with a percentage of 92%. Javanese language is one of the regional languages in Indonesia, but now its condition is threatened with extinction due to the smaller number of speakers in daily conversation. SD Negeri Karangmangu 1 is one of the institutions where students experience this problem, because some students feel ashamed and doubtful about using Javanese when talking to older people, due to the lack of Javanese vocabulary they understand. This research about Android Based Application Of Javanese Language Educational Games For Elementary Students. The application built is expected to help and make it easier for students in grades 3-6 to learn Javanese, by packaging Javanese into a fun interactive multimedia application (playing while learning). This application was developed using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. The concept of the game is that some Javanese vocabulary will be provided and the user is required to answer and sort the words according to the questions provided before the time runs out, if the answer is correct so the answer and Javanese script will be displayed, as well as the sound of the pronunciation. The results of the application testing were 38% agreed and 62% strongly agreed that the Android Based Application Of Javanese Language Educational Games For Elementary Students can help and make it easier for students in grades 3-6 to learn Javanese language with fun interactive multimedia.

Abstract

The development of the culinary business in Indonesia is developing very fast, one of which is the business of blending coffee drinks or commonly called café. This business is growing very fast, and there are many variants of concoctions in Indonesia, one of which is located in Yogyakarta. The many cafes that open in Yogyakarta have an impact on students' confusion to choose which recommendations are most comfortable for students to use as a place of discussion or place of study. Besides, usually, newcomers, especially students who have just arrived in Yogyakarta, tour the city in search of places that are comfortable to use to unwind. In this study, conducting interviews with 10 respondents, the results were processed and processed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. SAW is one of the methods used in making decisions. This method is used to determine the best café recommendations in Yogyakarta. These café recommendations are expected to be in accordance with what students are looking for by taking into account café facilities, café locations, and the price range offered. The calculation result of the SAW method in the recommended cafe in Yogyakarta is Cafe B, with a yield of 9.4, which is the highest value. Based on the results of these calculations and analysis, the facilities provided by the café are the main attraction for visitors. Besides, the use of the SAW method can also provide the best café recommendations as initial recommendations for new students in Yogyakarta

Abstract

Employees in the company are the main resources required to be able to provide the best service and optimal performance. The selection of the best employees in a company is very important because it will determine the company's progress in the future. A home industry in East Kotawaringin Regency has 3 permanent employees. This Ramayana cracker business owner wants to know the best performance of his 3 employees, one of the effective ways in selecting employees is by implementing a decision support system and by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, we make this research to help business owners to their problem is solved. This study aims to complete practical decision making and have alternative choices for decision-makers, in order to choose the best employees in their home industry. The results of this study are aimed at home industry business owners in order to find out the best employees in this Ramayana home industry business.
