Abstract

Based on the results of observations made, it was found that the lack of research locations have not been able to produce financial statements presentation about petty cash expenses accurately, quickly, and accurately. That is because there is no accounting information system that covers the process of receiving and disbursing petty cash. At present in the presentation of petty cash financial statements still use Microsoft Office Excel where the summing errors can occur due to accidental deletion of the formula, resulting in the addition of errors that are more difficult for beginners to learn. The change fund system method is a system in which the amount of the petty cash fund changes according to the expenditure and receipt or addition of petty cash. In designing this information system using methods with the stages of Requirements analysis, Data modeling, Normalization. This study also uses the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, XAMPP, my sql, sublime text 3, Microsoft Office Vision and data obtained from the results of data collection at the research location. This petty cash accounting information system is made so that the process of presenting financial statements about petty cash expenditures that are urgently needed by the company can be done easily, quickly, accurately, effectively, and efficiently in order to avoid waste and fraud. This accounting information system is designed to manage expenses and receipts or additions to petty cash that are sufficient to monitor and control petty cash expenditures.

Abstract

Heart disease is a disease with a high mortality rate in the world of health. The disease is usually rarely realized the cause. However, there are several parameters that can be used to predict whether a person has a risk of heart disease or not. As for this study, researchers will use several indicators including Age, Sex, Chest pain type, Trestbps, Cholesterol, Fasting blood sugar, Resting ECG, Max heart rate, Exercise-induced angina, Oldpeak, Slope, Number of vessels coloured, and Thal This research will perform calculations using the Data Mining method with the Naive Bayes Algorithm. The results of this study get an accuracy of 86% for the 303 datasets tested.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has brought change for the people of Indonesia. With ICT, people can more easily access various information and support work. But the problem that arises is the uneven penetration of ICT throughout Indonesia, including in the Randudongkal sub-district. This results in a digital divide and also weak ICT literacy. This study aims to describe the level of ICT Literacy, specifically internet literacy in the village apparatus in the Randudongkal sub-district. Measurement of internet apparatus of village apparatus in Randudongkal sub-district by using three indicators, namely basic knowledge, skills and utilization. The method for measuring literacy levels uses the Personal Capability Maturity Model (P-CMM). The results of internet literacy measurement research with three measurement indicators namely the internet have been used by village officials, but have not mastered and understood internet usage and currently, the level of internet apparatus in village apparatus is at level 2 by using Personal Capability Maturity Model (P-CMM).

Abstract

Employees in the company are the main resources required to be able to provide the best service and optimal performance. The selection of the best employees in a company is very important because it will determine the company's progress in the future. A home industry in East Kotawaringin Regency has 3 permanent employees. This Ramayana cracker business owner wants to know the best performance of his 3 employees, one of the effective ways in selecting employees is by implementing a decision support system and by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, we make this research to help business owners to their problem is solved. This study aims to complete practical decision making and have alternative choices for decision-makers, in order to choose the best employees in their home industry. The results of this study are aimed at home industry business owners in order to find out the best employees in this Ramayana home industry business.

Abstract

Floodgate monitoring is related to water level monitoring. Problems that occur Weir information about the water level, water runoff, level, status of floodgates and recap results that can be seen on the web in real-time are not yet available, so monitoring the floodgates is difficult, less effective and maximum. Weir officials must go back and forth from the weir to the guard post and then to the control to move the floodgates. The purpose of the design of a sluice monitoring system is based on the website. Assist officers in monitoring floodgates to make it more effective and maximal. Using Wemos D1 R1 Microcontroller, Ultrasonic Sensor HC-SR04 to read water level, DC Motor moves the floodgates. LCD displays runoff and level. Siren as a danger warning. The trial results show that the system that has been made runs well. The system is able to open the floodgates through control of the web and runs automatically. Water runoff and level can be displayed on the LCD. Weir information about water levels, water runoff, levels, sluice status, and recap results can be viewed on the web in real time.

Abstract

Learning media are all things that can be used to channel messages and stimulate the learning process for students. Learning machine of two-wheeled vehicles in SMK YPT 2 Purbalingga is still using Ms. Powerpoint as a learning medium. In one of the subjects that discussed the partitioning machine parts, how to work a motorcycle engine and troubleshooting the machine parts as well as how to repair or replace spare parts, students felt the use of Ms. media. Powerpoint is less interesting and difficult to understand the material. Educators also see students tend to get bored easily when learning so that they need other alternatives as a learning medium. For that reason, the writer applies a markerless augmented reality technology as a medium for learning two-wheeled vehicles to help as well as learning media for students, the method used is MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle). This research produces an augmented reality application that helps visualize motorcycle engines in the form of 3D models for vocational students.

Abstract

A college is a place for education providers that aim to produce quality human resources and be able to face increasingly fierce work competition. Lecturers become one of the important elements in producing competent human resources. The task of the lecturer is to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which includes teaching, research and community service. The purpose of this study was to obtain a teaching performance classification of lecturers using the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method as an effort to improve the internal quality assurance system. Where in this learning process planning, implementation, evaluation, control and improvement have been carried out as a form of implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI). The data used in this study are data from the questionnaire sheets of lecturers' reaction sheets from students to the teaching of lecturers who support courses. The data used is data for 1 academic year, namely data for the 2017 2018 academic year. The results of this study are that ANFIS is suitable for classifying lecturers' performance.

Abstract

Various ways that companies use to minimize expenses, including maximizing available resources. The division of work is seriously handled aiming that each employee gets a maximum wage according to the work hours specified by the company. Completion of the Hungarian method that is the number of employees employed must be equal to the amount of work that must be completed then in the study the data source of seven employees and seven jobs resulted in a minimum total funding. Optimization is the process of optimizing available resources in order to get effective and efficient results. The Hungarian method uses rows and columns to be an effectiveness matrix until a single zero component appears in each row or column that can be selected as assignment allocation. The division of tasks is the maximum if the employee does one job in one time period. To minimize the budget expenditure for overtime salary payments, minimization of funding sources and time spent on completing work are carried out. The results of research using the Hungarian Method, obtain financing minimization with one employee doing one job. Order of optimization results of minimization of assignments III, VII, VI, II, I, V and IV.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and build an application with the benefit of technology to produce a smart app in form of pamsimas payment with PPOB web service for dermaji village that still uses conventional method till this day. This pamsimas payment app was hoped to help the pamsimas payment process to dermaji villagers so that it'll be easier for them to do the payment. The app was designed in a way that it's as responsive as possible with the Hypertext preprocessor (PHP) and framework CodeIgniter to help the user to use and access this web service

Abstract

Information technology integration is expected to be able to accommodate the ease and improvement in supporting database platforms through intranet and internet infrastructure. Integration is intended to blend desktop and web database systems. Medical Checkup Purwokerto is a designated place to facilitate the checkup health of the official PJTKI Banyumas Disnaker BNP2TKI. The current system, which is a check-up application, is carried out by prospective Indonesian Workers or Medical checkup units, covering many processes including registration, health checks, types, results, payments and reports. There was a buildup of operational activities Clinical work on a daily basis, by the administrator of the medical record so that management aimed at developing a web-based clinical information system includes the scope of the processed database components, access authorization, and security. The method used is the software development life cycle (SDLC) with the Evolutionary Prototype Model. Results, patient data can be integrated as a whole process flow with a client-server network architecture
