Abstract

This Study was aimed to know the level of cororate financial performance during a certain period. By using financial ratios analysis (Liquidity Ratio and Profitability Ratio) of a company and the concept of Economic Value Added (EVA). The problems discussed in this study is how Ratio Analysis can measure the financial performance of PT. Surabay Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER) company for the period 2015 – 2017.The type used is case study. Data used is documentation and analytical technique is financial ratio analysis. The population of this study is the company’s financial statements for the period 2015 – 2017. Data collection techniques are done with literature studies and field studies. Data collection techniques are done by financial Ratio Analysis.The results of this study show that PT. Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER) is better Ratio and almost all Ratios show good Ratio Results.The results of this study are PT. Surabaya Industrial Esatate Rungkut (SIER) and company performance can be measured by using measuring instrument is called EVA ( Economic Value Added). By using the calculation method in financial statement Analysis and company performance, the results of PT. SIER’s company performance are optimal and able to exprince increased profit significantly.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative method with survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were all customers who had bought nelongso, chicken and roasted wong solo chicken in surabaya that were at least 17 years old. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability the data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is the test of independt sample t test.The result of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely service quality, price and taste have differences to the dependent variable of customer satisfaction. Significant value of service quality variables of 0.007 followed by price variables have a value of 0.0001 and then the taste variable has a signifinac value of 0.001 and the last variables dependent customer satisfaction has a significance value of 0.002. all variables have a significance value of <0.05. which means that all independent variables of service quality,price,and taste have defferences in customer satisfaction in nelongso and rosdted chicken wong solo.Keywords: service quality, price,taste,customer satisfaction

Abstract

A business owner, in marketing his own products not only must have a strategy in running his business but also must pay attention to consumer behavior so that interest arises to consume products and services that are marketed. It is expected that consumers can repurchase at other times and recommend it to others. This study aims to determine the effect of attitudes and subjective norms on consumers purchase interest in Mie Baraccung on JalanTenggerKandangan Surabaya. The population used in this study were people who have not and have already made a purchase at the Mie Baraccung in Surabaya. The sample used amounted to 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique. Data is collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents and interviews with business owners. For data analysis used validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, correlation test, determination coefficient test (R2), partial test (t), and simultaneous test (F). All data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS version 16.0. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between attitudes and consumer buying interest, there is a positive influence between subjective norms and consumer buying interest, subjective attitudes and norms have an effect on consumers' buying interest, and attitude variables have a more dominant influence on purchase interest consumers in Mie Baraccung Surabaya.Keyword : attitudes, subjective norms, and purchase interests

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, in the business world, it requires an important aspect to advance a company, one of which is human resources. To get competent and qualified human resources, companies need to ensure the welfare of workers by giving them rights, namely salaries, as reciprocity for the services they have given to the company. In each activity has control over activities that are being and have been carried out. Likewise with the employee payroll system and procedures within the company. The application of an internal control system in the company is very necessary. This research was conducted to find out whether the internal control system in the payroll system and procedures in the company has been running effectively.The object examined is PT Central Mitra Semesta Lamongan which is engaged in replanting services. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Research results show that the payroll system and procedures of PT Central Mitra Semesta Lamongan in fulfilling the elements and objectives of internal control over the payroll system have not been effective, this is characterized by a lack of functions in the organizational structure within the company resulting in a doubling of duties in procedures for making payroll salary payment procedure. less effective recording of employee attendance time so that fraud occurs when calculating working hours and work hours.Keywords: Salaries, systems and procedures, internal control systems

Abstract

Every company must have its own strategy in running its business such as beverage producers both in terms of promotions, product attributes, prices and so forth. This study tries to explain the influence of advertise attractiveness, product attributes, and price perceptions on purchasing decisions on Floridina brand orange flavored beverage products.This study uses a quantitative method with survey research using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study were all consumers who had consumed Floridina brand orange flavored drinks. The sample of this study was consumers who had consumed / bought Floridina brand orange flavored drinks and found out about Floridina advertisements on television, totaling 100 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study show that all independent variables, namely the advertise attractiveness, product attributes, and perceived prices have a positive influence on the dependent variable, namely the purchasing decision. The most influential independent variable on the dependent variable is the advertise attractiveness variable (0.330), followed by the price perception variable (0.237), and then the product attribute variable (0.170). All variables have a significance value of <0.05, which means that all independent variables are significant for the dependent variable or pass the t test and F test. And the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained is 0.426. This means that 42.6% of purchasing decisions are influenced by variable advertise attractiveness, product attributes, and perceived prices. While the remaining 57.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: advertise attractiveness, product attributes, price perception and purchasing decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the effectiveness of the use of working capital on CV Purnama can increase profitability. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method, with the aim of testing the predetermined hypothesis. The population in this study is a financial report in the form of a balance sheet and income statement of CV Purnama. The sampling in this study was to use CV Purnama's financial statements for the period 2015-2017. CV Purnama's return on assets in 2015-2017 be very volatile, in 2015 on aseet was high up to 11%. In 2016 CV Purnama's return on assets decreased to 6% due to the increase in assets which were increasingly not proportional to net income. In 2017 return on assets increased by 9%. Overall, Gross Profit Margin and Return on Equity ratio of the company is very good, because it increases every year. The effectiveness of the use of working capital can increase the profitability of the company, if the velocity of working capital of the return of capital turnover it works faster and fater.. Working capital turnover itself starts from when cash is invested in the component of working capital until it returns to cash, it means that the company's profitability has increased. Good management of working capital management where the effectiveness of working capital from 2015-2017 has increased so that the profitability of the company quickly and rose.Keywords: Effectiveness, Working Capital Turnover, Profitability

Abstract

This study was prepared to determine the Effect of Human Resource Ability on the Success of Small and Medium Enterprises. Economic development in Indonesia cannot be separated from small and medium enterprises. Small and Medium Enterprises are the backbone of Indonesia's economy which is considered to support the economy in Indonesia. As a support for small and medium enterprises has an important role in the economy such as: able to empower people who do not have jobs (unemployment) and even open opportunities for housewives to participate in small and medium enterprises as an additional knowledge for them and can increase income to help their economy. Empowerment of the community as a human resource is also the first step to prevent more unemployment in Indonesia, one of the reasons for the many unemployed people in Indonesia is because the number of prospective employees who do not qualify to become employees in a company is the reason given. The method used in this study is qualitative, quantitative research, namely research methods based on the philosophy of positivism, used in examining the sample and research population, sample collection techniques are generally carried out by random sampling, while data collection is done by utilizing research instruments that used. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the data, the authors obtained conclusions that can be drawn from the research on the Effect of Human Resource Ability on the Success of Small and Medium Enterprises Data obtained from the Ability of Human Resources in the category strongly agree with the mean results of 3.34 on the variable Business Success Small and Medium in the category strongly agree with the results of the mean of 3.41. On quantitative data positive effect obtained significant results 0,000 which shows there is an influence of Human Resource Ability to the Success of Small and Medium Enterprises. Based on the results of the conclusions in the study note that the ability of human resources has a positive effect on the success of small and medium enterprises.Keywords: Human Resource Ability, Success of Small and Medium Enterprises

Abstract

The author conducts research with the title "Entrepreneurship Competency Analysis and Product Differentiation Strategies to Improve Business Performance" to find out how the application of competency standards and product differentiation strategies are applied to improve business performance in SMEs 9996 Kriya Daun Workshop.This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data obtained through observation, interviews and subsequent documentation studies were analyzed using a deductive mindset.The results of the analysis of the 9996 Kriya Daun Workshop Craft has good competence. But there are still things that are less effective such as in terms of organizing and maximizing media for marketing. Product Differentiation Strategy applied has also had a good effect on the performance of the business being run. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of quality, infrastructure, and diversity of animals at the Surabaya Zoo which is one of the iconic tourist attractions in the center of Surabaya. In its own development KBS has changed from year to year. The Surabaya Zoo which used to be just a place of recreation has now developed its function as a means of protection and preservation, education, research and recreation, of course. Animals that become the collection of KBS from year to year are increasing, both from domestic and abroad. Tourism objects with infrastructure, and complete diversity of animals is one reason tourists visit the Surabaya Zoo. So here researchers measure the influence to be used as a study.The population in this study were visitors who had visited the Surabaya Zoo. The measurement technique of data analysis in this study using SPSS version 16 for windows.Based on the results of tests conducted it is known that at Surabaya Zoo Service Quality, Infrastructure Facilities and Animal Diversity have a significant effect on Visitor Satisfaction.Keywords: Service Quality, Infrastructure, Animal Diversity Visitor Satisfaction.Pendahuluan

Abstract

In this study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product design, and perceived quality in influencing purchasing decisions of Nike brand shoes and which have the most influence on purchasing decisions on Nike brand shoes. This study took 100 respondents to be studied with a Non Probability Sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique. The analysis used in this study is the Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression. The stages before the regression analysis is carried out is to test the validity and reliability test, then do the classic assumption test. After the regression analysis tested the goodness of fit, which is testing the significance of individual parameters (statistical test t), simultaneous significance test (statistical test f ), and test the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the regression analysis in this study indicate that brand image, product design, and perceived quality have a positive influence on purchasing decisions. The variable that has the greatest influence on purchasing decisions is the product design variable, which is equal to 5.923, followed by the brand image variable of 3.339 and the variable that has the smallest influence is the perception of quality of 3.290. The results of the analysis using the t test show that brand image, product design, and perceived quality have an individual positive effect on purchasing decisions. This equation model has an F value of 34,082 with a significance level of 0,000. The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination show that 56.1% of purchasing decisions can be explained by brand image, product design, and perceived quality and 43.9% of purchasing decisions explained by other factors.Keywords: purchasing decisions, brand image, product design, perceived quality
