Abstract

This study aims to examine the contradictory regulation regarding trade of waste in indonesia. Principle what is described in Article 69 paragraph (1) letter C Law no. 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management which states that everyone is prohibited from entering waste originating from outside the Republic of Indonesia into the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on the principle of lex superior derogate legi inferior, there are contradictory arrangements. Then the Minister of Trade Regulation No. 84 of 2019 concerning Provisions for the Import of Non Hazardous and Toxic Wastes as Industrial Raw Materials in conjunction with the Minister of Trade Regulation No. 92 of 2019 concerning Amendments to the Minister of Trade Regulation No. 84 of 2019 potentially for a judicial review. Regulation is needed that doesn’t neglect the environment to support the economy. But also doesn’t hinder the economy for focus on the environment. The point is that the existence of rules that bridge the interests of humans and the environment is the best solution so that their existence is maintained.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that the process of data collection and final report of Persons with Social Welfare Problems has not been computerized properly so that the process of procurement of goods and distribution of assistance for has not been effective and well target. With the aim of his research To simplify the data collection process and final report so that the process of procurement of goods and distribution of aid is more effective and on target. The object of this research is the Procurement Information System and Distribution of Assistance for Persons with Social Welfare Problems in the Gorontalo-based Gorontalo City Social Service with the method used in designing this information system is a descriptive method that is research aimed at solving problems systematically and factually about the facts studied. The design phase includes, model design, output design, Input design, database design and technology design, to the system testing stage. Analysis of the data where the data obtained in the field will be analyzed in a qualitative manner. Qualitative analysis is used to describe the efforts made in the form of human resource development in the information service system of assistance for people with problems based on android-based social welfare towards smart city. The results obtained show that the application can be made and used.

Abstract

The public's need for funding is currently increasing, which is used as additional capital, then people borrow funds from financing institutions on the condition that there is a guarantee to ensure legal certainty and if the debtor has broken his promise later, the object that is guaranteed can be executed, one form of guarantee institution, namely: fiduciary guarantee. The problem examined in this research is whether the decision of the constitutional court number 18 / PUU-XVII / 2019 weakens the implementation of the fiduciary guarantee execution and what is the weakness in the implementation of the fiduciary guarantee execution. The methodology used in this research is juridical and sociological based on field data and statutory regulations which are equipped with theory and literacy then followed by field data to answer the problems studied with a statute approach and analyzed deductively. The results of the research on the execution of the fiduciary object cannot be carried out by the creditor if there is no agreement from the debtor and if it is not interpreted about the existence of a default and the debtor is not willing to give voluntarily and the execution of the execution is not easy for the creditor to do.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the judge's decision number 230/G/TF/2019/PTUN-JKT is in accordance with human rights regulations and also to find out whether internet access rights are part of human rights. The research method that the author uses is a normative juridical approach using a case approach or commonly known as the case approach. The conclusion of this study explains that internet access rights are part of Human Rights (HAM) because they both contain elements of freedom of expression and seek, convey and receive information without any restrictions. If there is a policy that limits internet access rights, then the policy is the same as limiting Human Rights and the policy can be said to be a violation of Human Rights. In decision number 230/G/TF/2019/PTUN-JKT, the Panel of Judges concluded that the actions of the defendants constituted a limitation on Human Rights (HAM) and that the action contained legal void so that the Panel of Judges decided that the action was against the law.

Abstract

The homeless phenomenon is very disturbing for the community. Moreover, homeless people have carried out land tenure unilaterally and against the law of someone's land. Furthermore, the purpose of this study is to measure the legal wisdom that can be done by land owners controlled by the Homeless. This research is a normative legal research using a statute approach. By using deductive analysis techniques using legal material processing methods in general. So that it can be analyzed legal problems based on facts in the field or in the community. The results of the study can be denied that the law enforcement of land tenure against the law by homeless people. Can be done in litigation or non-litigation. Litigation measures can be made in criminal and civil cases. The criminal mechanism is carried out by reporting to the police regarding the criminal law stipulated in Article 167 and Article 385 of the Criminal Code. A civil mechanism, the ruler of land and / or buildings thereon can be sued on the basis of an unlawful act along with an application for vacant land Non-litigation legal remedies can be made through complaints to the Satpol PP in the jurisdiction (locus) of the owner of the land rights. Satpol PP is an extension of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Provincial, Regency or City Government.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the impact of environmental pollution, the causes of rejection from the Medali village community, and to evaluate the pollution violations in terms of environmental law. Furthermore, an analysis of the handling of pollution, the impact on the environment, an assessment of the location of the factory was conducted to criticize the existence of a rubber factory. This thesis research uses Law Number 32 Year 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management including handling and overcoming the risk of environmental pollution. This study uses the socio-legal method, using primary data and secondary data which are then analyzed using the juridical-empirical writing type specification, field observation data collection, interviews, and literature study. The results show, in the implementation of waste management by PT Bumi Nusa Makmur there is a mismatch with the proper standard of waste disposal, a violation of the establishment and expansion of company land, as well as environmental impacts in the form of environmental pollution related to air and liquid waste which affects the environment and communities around Medali village

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of word of mouth, competitive advantage and brand image on the decision to use expeditionary services at PT. Lintas Samudra Jaya Expres. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are customers who are bound by a contract with PT. Lintas Samudra Jawa Express, while the probability sampling technique using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 93 respondents. The data analysis technique was performed using multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing was carried out by partial test, simultaneous test and multiple determination coefficient test with the help of SPSS version 25. The results show that: 1) word of mouth affects the decision to use shipping services, 2) competitive advantage affects the decision to use shipping services, 3) brand image affects the decision to use shipping services, and 4) word of mouth, competitive advantage and brand image affects the decision to use courier services at PT. Lintas Samudra Jaya Espress.

Abstract

This research intended to understand the effect of price, relationship marketing and word of mouth towards purchasing decision on CV. Wonokoyo Gasindo in Beji Pasuruan. This research includes quantitative research with hypothesis test. Sampling in this study was carried out by probability sampling method with the type of simple random sampling with a total of 100 respondents of CV. Wonokoyo Gasindo consumers. Analysis tool used multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, t-test, F test, multiple correlation coefficient and multiple coefficient of determination (R2) by using the SPSS 25.0. version application program. Primary data obtained trough questionnaire whose meassurement uses likert scale. Finally, the data declared valid and reliable. The research results establish that price has an effect to purchasing decision. Relationship marketing has an effect to purchasing decision. Word of mouth has an effect to purchasing decision. Price, relationship marketing and word of mouth have a simultaneously effect to purchasing decision on CV. Wonokoyo Gasindo in Beji Pasuruan.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of Visual Merchandising, Store Atmosphere and Price Discount on Impulse Buying with Positive Emotion as an Intervening Variable in Ace Hardware Sidoarjo. The sample used were 100 respondents. Samples were taken by purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique is done by using PLS-SEM analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that Visual Merchandising has an effect on Impulse Buying, Store Atmosphere has an effect on Impulse Buying, Price Discount has no effect on Impulse Buying, Visual Merchandising has an effect on Positive Emotion, Store Atmosphere has an effect on Positive Emotion, Price Discount has an on effect on Positive Emotion, Positive Emotion has an effect on Impulse Buying, Visual Merchandising has an effect on Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion, Store Atmosphere has an effect on Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion, Price Discount has an effect on Impulse Buying through Positive Emotion

Abstract

The research has a purpose to determine the effect of the variables (1)E-commerce, (2)the use of accounting information systems and (3)business capital on student decision making for entrepreneurship. The research method uses quantitative. The study used primary data with a questionnaire. Students of the accounting study program at Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University with as many as 88 respondents were the population in this study. Used purposive sampling technique in determining the sample.assistance software SPSS version 23.0in data processing. In analyzing the data using multiple linear regression method. The results of the study prove that (1)E-commerce and (2)the use of accounting information systems have an influence on students' decision making for entrepreneurship, while (3)Business capital has no influence on entrepreneurial decisions.
