Abstract

Jatiarjo village has tourism potential well known to many people; moreover, this village is one of the buffer villages or recharge area areas in Pasuruan district. Besides tourism, the business in Jatiarjo village is coffee agribusiness. Each business actor runs his own business, and there is no institutional link between them, even though the activities they carry out are functionally interrelated. Such a business structure is not conducive to developing a sustainable coffee agribusiness business due to the absence of a harmonious and harmonious functional relationship between agribusiness actors, so market dynamics cannot always be responded to efficiently. The purpose of this assistance is to increase the income of coffee farmers, which quality and productivity can still be improved. The implementation of this service activity is carried out through Participatory Action Research, emphasizing community empowerment of coffee farmer groups as partners. The results of this mentoring generally stated that coffee farmers in Jatiarjo village received many benefits during this mentoring which in the end, they became more aware of coffee cultivation and processing

Abstract

Minimnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki kaum dhuafa binaan panti asuhan, menimbulkan permasalahan kurangnya kemandirian kaum dhuafa dari segi perekonomian. Untuk meminimalisir permasalahan ini, program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan kaum dhuafa melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan dan pendampingan industri skala rumahan. Metode pelaksanaan program meliputi pelatihan kewirausahaan, dan pendampingan pembuatan bumbu dalam kemasan yang bernilai jual. Hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan bumbu dalam kemasan diantaranya adalah produk empat macam bumbu dalam botol kemasan yaitu bumbu rawon, empal, sambal merah dan sambal ijo. Sementara hasil pelatihan kewirausahaan dan perencanaan bisnis terlaksana dalam beberapa kegiatan meliputi motivasi berwirausaha, pembuatan catatan kegiatan usaha, pembuatan bisnis plan, serta penghitungan keuntungan dan kerugian dalam usaha. Pelaksanaan program dapat terlaksana dengan baik karena adanya pendampingan intensif dan jalinan kerjasama antara pihak panti asuhan sebagai mitra 1 dengan pihak mitra 2 dalam menampung dan memasarkan hasil industri skala rumahan binaan panti asuhan Mawaddah Warohmah.

Abstract

Kalipucang Village is one of the villages in the Tutur sub-district, Pasuruan Regency. The village is one of the villages that has extraordinary natural and educational potential. There are four destinations which include two nature tours, namely the waterfall source Nyonya, Tumang hill, and two educational tours, namely milk village and coffee village tours. Rows of sturdy and beautiful mountains make tourists interested in traveling there. There are six hamlets in Kalipucang village, namely South Kuntul Hamlet, North Kuntul Hamlet, Dodogan Hamlet, Mucangan Hamlet, Cikur Hamlet, and Jelag Hamlet. The Kalipucang Village area is located in a highland area with an altitude of 840 meters above sea level and a place of ​​671.178 hectares and has a population of 4,272 people. So far, this extraordinary potential has not been published or promoted through websites and social media to boost more visitors, especially since most visitors see references first before coming directly. Natural resources and educational tours owned by human resources who are technologically savvy will make the potential of nature unknown to the broader community. The apparatus in Kalipucang Village has a maximum education of High School, and only a few people can take the lecture bench. This is where the anxiety experienced by the Kalipucang village government is that they have not been able to publicize their area. It is only limited to educational tours that have been published. However, for the natural potential, it has not been published because of the lack of knowledge about the benefits of the internet (online media).

Abstract

Teachers are an important factor in optimizing inclusive education in certain educational units. In addition to classroom teachers, special teachers are also needed who have broad insight and skills in implementing inclusive learning in the classroom. In addition, parental involvement in children's education is a driving and determining factor in the development of inclusive education. Starting from making decisions regarding school placement, to collaboration between the education unit and parents who have children with special needs. With limited understanding and acceptance of the existence of ABK, teachers need skills in learning for ABK. Educational backgrounds that do not provide provisions for special education cause almost all teachers to face problems in dealing with children with special needs. This Community Service Program is one solution in an effort to provide the skills needed by inclusive school teachers at Ma'arif Prison in the form of handling children with special needs and indirectly as a form of improving the quality of learning in the classroom. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed a significant increase in competence in the aspects of awareness, knowledge, and skills of the trainee teachers. The average pre-test score was 54.67, while the post-test average score was 80.56. These results indicate that there is an increase in the understanding of the Ma'arif LP teachers regarding the service framework for inclusive students or with special needs which consists of early detection, consultation, collaboration and counseling. During the mentoring, the participants gave positive feedback on the activities and hoped that further activities would be applicable in relation to the implementation of inclusive education in educational units.

Abstract

Seorang guru mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam mengarahkan proses dan tujuan pembelajaran di kelas. Tujuan pembelajaran memerlukan arah yang jelas guna mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang telah dirancang sebelumnya. Seiring berjalannya waktu kualitas pembelajaran diharapkan semakin meningkat menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan zaman. Demikian pula mata pelajaran bahasa yang berperan dalam pembentukan karakter memerlukan perhatian khusus agar kualitas pembelajaran semakin meningkat. Dalam rangka mendukung Pergub Jatim no 19 tahun 2014, pembelajaran bahasa di Jawa Timur diajarkan dengan memperhatikan aspek pragmatis, atraktif, rekreatif, dan komunikatif mulai dari jenjang SD sampai dengan SMA. Maka dari itu, melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan guru mampu mengaplikasikan pembelajaran bahasa yang berkualitas. Guru bahasa dipilih karena memiliki peran strategis dalam melestarikan dan mengenalkan nilai-nilai karakter bangsa. Tujuan pelaksanaan penganbdian di Labschool Unesa yaitu untuk memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran bahasa yang selama ini kurang diperhatikan, serta ketrampilan menulis cerita sebagai wahana pembentuk karakter dan kesetaraan gender. Adapun yang menjadi sasaran pelatihan adalah guru SD mata pelajaran bahasa dengan berfokus pada bidang ketrampilan menulis, yakni menulis cerita anak. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan metode pelatihan secara intensif dengan melibatkan partisipasi aktif guru SD Labschool Unesa 1 dan 2 di ketintang dan Lidah Wetan. PKM dilaksanakan selama 5 bulan dengan menggunakan 4 bahasa dalam menulis cerita yakni bahasa Indonesia, Jawa, Inggris dan Jepang. Abstract

The existence of gadget makes many children less creative when it comes to writing and telling stories. In addition, many children access bad news such as violent news, or pornography. Such conditions occur a lot in the jogosari pandaan village area. In this activity, the service team of Yudhartha Pasuruan University strives to provide journalistic training to develop children's creativity in the field of journalists in the form of news writing. In the event there were 25 participants consisting of elementary and junior high students. Facilitators provide knowledge and skills on how to do news writing in accordance with journalistic rules. The participants get a lot of experience related to the way good news writers and true. Abstract

This mentoring aims to provide knowledge and learning and experience directly to all students in training in the art of reading the alquran at pesantren Darussalam 2 Watukosek Gempol Pasuruan. This assistance uses PAR discharge through an explicit instruction method. The results of this assistance can improve students' understanding both in terms of theory and practice, skills in the art of reading the alquran by memorizing tausyih through explicit instruction. Process improvement is known through student activities in training and implementation of mentoring through activities, while the increase in results can be seen through the learning achievements of students in the practice of reading alquran both individually and in groups

Abstract

Garbage is the residue of human daily activities and/or natural processes in solid form (Depkes RI, 2008). Garbage has two special types, namely organic waste and inorganic waste. Waste not only has a negative value but also has a positive value if it is managed properly and according to its specifications. Based on the results of observations in Kertosari village, it can be obtained that knowledge about waste is still minimal. This is due to their improper waste management. They say that garbage is just used goods and the only way to deal with it is to get it out of sight, for example by throwing it away or throwing it in a landfill. Therefore, in this case we use the method of direct service to the community, namely by socializing the role of waste banks and helping digitize. The results of this observation, which are based on the potential and problems that exist in Kertosari Village, the application that is considered feasible to be applied at this time is the digitization of the administrative system only. With the reason, so that the administrative system can be more effective and efficient. As for the customer application, it still cannot be implemented because it is constrained by the age of the customer who dominates 50 years and over.

Abstract

Community service program in the form of mentoring the preparation of this writing work begins with a workshop. This activity involves cooperation between the Arabic Education Study Program of Yudharta Pasuruan University and MA Ma'arif NU Durensewu Pandaan Pasuruan. Thematic learning preparation assistance at MA Ma'arif NU Durensewu Pandaan Pasuruan is carried out by service-learning methods and technical approaches through 4 stages, namely (1) writing preparation workshop, (2) assignment, (3) coaching clinic, and (4) evaluation and reflection. Based on the results of the devotion that has been done, it can be concluded that the assistance activities of writing on thematic learning at MA Ma'arif NU Durensewu Pandaan Pasuruan with service learning methods are very effective with a systematic approach with workshop stages, assignments, coaching clinics, evaluation and reflection. Comparison of assessment of the results of the assignment of the preparation of written works before and after mentoring is carried out shows satisfactory results. Before mentoring the average student's grade is 54, very less than the KKM standard <70. As for the assistance of the average student, the value is 73-78, very satisfactory more than the KKM standard >70. There are technical obstacles in the implementation of mentoring activities, namely the limited equipment available in the form of computers, so the devotional team must find an alternative laptop for each group that has been divided to do the task of preparing writing well and correctly.

Abstract

Tourism development in an area brings benefits to the community both economically and socially. Pasuruan Regency has various tourism objects. One of them is the Coban Binangun waterfall in Plintahan Pandaan village, Pasuruan. The right strategy is needed to attract tourists to visit the Coban Binangun waterfall. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that examines the tourism potential development strategy of Coban Binangun Waterfall in Pasuruan Regency based on internal and external factors. The population in this study were visitors to the Coban Binangun waterfall by using SWOT analysis. The results showed that internal and external factors influenced tourist visits at the Coban Binangun Waterfall attraction, Pandaan Pasuruan. SWOT analysis is a planning and development strategy that can be applied to the Coban Binangun waterfall attraction Pandaan Pasuruan.
