Zero Waste to Landfill: Pendampingan Inisiasi Konversi Sampah Dapur Menjadi Pakan Ikan Pelet di TPST Al-Huda Curah Grinting Kecamatan Kanigaran Kota Probolinggo Agus Setiawan; Arbie Suwandana Putra; Ifani Mulya Agustianingsih

Garbage is still a serious problem in every region, including in the City of Probolingggo, East Java, Indonesia. Waste generation in Probolinggo City that enters the Landfill (TPA) is recorded at 65 tons/day with an increase of 10 - 11 percent per day. The synergy between TPST, Garbage Bank, and community behavior patterns in disposing of waste has not been able to reduce the volume of waste generation to the TPA significantly. Through community development, PT. Kutai Timber Indonesia synergizes with TPST Al-Huda to initiate the conversion of kitchen waste into pellet fish feed at TPST Al-Huda Curah Grinting Kecamatan Kanigaran Probolinggo City. This initiative is one of the environmental management movements that have added value for improving the community's economy. This program is the result of a strategic partnership between PT. KTI Probolinggo with TPST Al-Huda which is based on the principle of achieving environmental excellence which is carried out by creating shared values based on stakeholder partnerships and adhering to the triple bottom line principle (profit, people, planet. The results of this assistance shows that TPST has been able to manage kitchen waste of up to 11 tons/month to be converted into pellet fish feed products reaching 18 tons / month.

Pemberdayaan Ibu-Ibu PKK Melalui Pelatihan Budikdamber Dengan Sistem Aquaponik di Desa Capang Purwodadi Pasuruan Hasan Bashori

Capang Village is a village located in Purwodadi District, Pasuruan Regency. Capang village has multiple livelihoods including agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries, trading, etc. One of the fisheries commodities that has been applied in Capang Village is catfish cultivation, but now it is starting to fade and be abandoned. With this situation, the Community Group 3 Yudharta University of Pasuruan service team introduced or provided BUDIKDAMBER training (aquaculture in a bucket) with the Aquaponics system, later it was hoped that it could regain community interest in conducting fish farming, especially catfish cultivation supplemented with plant cultivation. The main target of this program is PKK Capang village mothers so that they can fill their free time with more useful and beneficial activities. The method used in this program is to use the method of direct socialization, seminars and practice. The practice was carried out by conducting a demonstration of the making of BUDIKDAMBER and Aquaponics, as well as giving BUDIKDAMBER assemblies to several residents as a pilot. The results obtained from this program are an increase in knowledge, especially PKK women in Capang Village, Purwodadi District, Pasuruan Regency about the advantages and benefits of BUDIKDAMBER with the Aquaponic system, and can directly practice, manage the cultivation and business management of BUDIKDAMBER with the Aquaponics system

SMK Anwarul Maliki Sukorejo is a Vocational High School based on Anwarul Maliki Sukorejo Islamic boarding school. The pesantren, known as the Anwarul Maliki pesantren, is one of the Islamic boarding schools in Sukorejo Pasuruan. The author takes the service in the form of training assistance for bathing and dressing the corpse which is attended by Anwarul Maliki Vocational School students so that they can become knowledge, understanding, and skills on how to take care of the corpse. The training activities for the washing and washing of the bodies of the Anwarul Maliki Vocational School students went well as planned. Factors that support the smooth running of activities are full support from the school, the cohesiveness of SMK Anwarul Maliki Sukorejo students.

The development of information technology that is developing rapidly now influences the community in supporting a variety of large and small business activities so that it can be recognized globally. The most obvious impact is that besides being known, it can also increase sales volume and profit and help MSMEs determine sales strategies with the concept of Digital Marketing. In digital marketing activities, there are several positive and negative impacts. If seen from real activities, there are many positive impacts mentioned that can increase the sales volume of MSMEs, facilitate sales access, become more effective and efficient in daily economic activities. The negative impacts often found in the field are prone to fraud and cause concern in the community. This program aims to provide literacy to the public about the concept of digital marketing and also the dissemination of how to apply and the stages of digital marketing properly to avoid negative impacts. This program will provide literacy in the form of workshops and video screenings on digital marketing and outreach to MSMEs of Bulusari village, whether they conduct sales transactions digitally. It is hoped that MSMEs in the village of Bulusari can have a good understanding of implementing digital marketing at the time of the sales transaction and avoid the adverse effects of digital ordering. So through digital marketing, the community can run the economy, especially the Bulusari village community.

Pendampingan dan Penguatan UMKM Batik Tulis Karangjati Pandaan Melalui Engagement Marketing Social Media Miftahul Huda

Marketing constraints and limited skilled person are problems with Batik “Jati Asih”, so that it is less known by the wider community. The problems faced can be minimized by utilizing appropriate marketing. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. Mentoring and strengthening UMKM of the Batik Tulis Karangjati Pandaan through social media marketing engagement has become a solution for the players UMKM of the Batik Tulis Karangjati. UMKM Batik Tulis players who took part in this assistance increasingly understood the importance of social media in marketing their products. This is proven by several products that have been sold through the market place that has made.

The COVID-19 pandemic has spread to all countries in the world. It is not only the nature of the corona virus that has extraordinary spreadability, but this viral pandemic also has an extraordinary impact on all sectors of life. The drastic decline in income, especially for the middle to lower class, was the biggest hit, starting from the loss of income, the non-return of capital, to layoffs. So many government policies have been issued as government strategies in preventing the spread, handling, and efforts to break the chain of COVID-19. Appeals have been issued by the central government to remain calm amidst these extremely difficult circumstances. The word "calm" here means not to panic excessively and to remain vigilant. The government has made efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including by issuing a policy of wearing masks for people with COVID-19 and people in good health. The use of masks for the general public will of course be different from the masks used by medical personnel. Ordinary masks or handmade masks can be used to prevent the spread of the virus. This community service activity (PKM) has objectives, including: carrying out empowerment activities for people affected by COVID-19, so that it has an impact on improving income for the affected community. Unesa's PKM activities are also a form of Unesa's steps to work together with the government or partners to make efforts to prevent / prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Pendampingan Ibu-Ibu PKK Desa Sutapranan Dalam Pemanfaatan Lahan Kosong Melalui Budidaya Umbi Porang Yang Bernilai Ekonomi Tinggi Pindha Kaptiningrum

The land in Sutapranan village has a sufficient area and becomes a place of brick making. The former coal-making land can be used for other things such as porang cultivation. Porang as a plant of high economic value is very necessary to be cultivated in Sutapranan Village. Through the assistance of PKK, the land can be used as a place to cultivate porang tubers. This community service activity is done by doing ABCD method starting from data collection with observation and interview. The next step is to socialize the cultivation of porang to PKK and villagers, then the implementation of activities by planting and caring for porang tubers with PKK. The evaluation results carried out by the the community service team namely planting and maintaining porang activities have been carried out well and smoothly. For a month, porang tubers have grown to a height of one meter. To nurture porang, it's not complicated. By cleaning the weeds that grow around the porang is enough. Fertilization that is carried out periodically makes porang grow well. To harvest porang, it takes about a year from planting. The Community service Team also explained how to marketing and selling seeds obtained by harvest. Knowing how to marketing and a definite place of marketing, PKK are increasingly eager to continue the cultivation business for individuals and groups

Pendampingan Perajin Tempe Desa Sulang Kabupaten Rembang untuk Meningkatkan Penjualan Menggunakan Labeling dan Internet Marketing Angga Debby Frayudha

The purpose of writing this PKM report is to provide input regarding the strategic assistance for the business development of tempe craftsmen located in Sulang Village, Sulang District. The background that underlies this PKM is that tempe craftsmen in Sulang Village do not have a business identity and still have not implemented internet social media as a marketing medium. The selection factor for this mentoring strategy was carried out because there were many business competitors producing tempe in Rembang Regency and tempe craftsmen in Sulang Village who wanted to distribute tempe products in other districts or in other districts using labels and social media. making labels on packaging which aims to facilitate consumers in recognizing tempe products. The author examines the development strategies used by this business with sources from books and journals related to the title of this final report. In writing this report the authors used the service learning method, namely: the preparation stage, the service stage, the reflection stage. After reviewing the methods and reference sources, the recommended development strategies for tempe craftsmen include business identity (label), making SIUP, and internet marketing (whatsapp).

The purpose of this activity is to provide guidance and assistance in improving the quality of the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Banbaru Village, Gili Genting Sumenep District. Guidance is needed to improve the quality of education Islamic Boarding School, considering that Islamic Boarding School are required to be educational institutions capable of producing quality students, both from an intellectual, religious and moral perspective, as well as being able to manage the potential that exists in the Gili Raja islands. Meanwhile, the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School in the Gili Raja Islands, Banbaru Village, Gili Genting, is considered to have not been maximal in producing quality students. This is because management is managed very simply and traditionally, there is a lack of human resources for education and education personnel, a curriculum that is not well organized, and there is no skills education for students. Therefore, to improve the quality of the Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School, it is necessary to provide assistance and guidance by providing seminars on the urgency of education Islamic Boarding School in the contemporary era, training in curriculum preparation and training in management Islamic Boarding School, strengthening human resources (HR) for educators and education personnel, and providing entrepreneurial training. The hope of this mentoring and coaching service is that Nurul Huda Islamic Boarding School has insight into Islamic Boarding School reform, has a curriculum that is oriented towards meeting the demands and needs of the community, has good management, increases human resources for educators and education personnel, and implants an entrepreneurial spirit for teachers and students or protege.

Implementasi Desentralisasi Composting melalui Pendampingan Pokdarwis Permata Pilang dalam pembuatan Kompos Organik dengan Memanfaatkan Limbah Kotoran Sapi di Pasar Hewan Wonoasih dan Sampah Daun Kering PT. Kutai Timber Indonesia Kota Probolinggo Agus Setiawan; Arbie Suwandana Putra; Ifani Mulya Agustianingsih

Various ways and efforts to reduce waste continue to be carried out by multiple parties, especially in managing organic waste in Probolinggo. Through the Community Development approach, the result of this devotion can build multi-party synergy between the Probolinggo City Environment Office, Permata Pilang Tourism Awareness Group, Wonoasih Animal Market Manager, and PT. Kutai Timber Indonesia reduces cow dung's organic waste to organic compost through Permata Pilang organic compost house. Activities by accompanying Pokdarwis as the main driver in managing organic compost with the support of various parties have reduced cow dung waste from Wonoasih Animal Market by 12 Tons/month and dry leaf waste from PT. Kutai Timber Indonesia becomes an independent product of organic compost fertilizer to support agriculture in Probolinggo City. This assistance also impacts opening new jobs for Pokdarwis Permata Pilang youth with a turnover value of 9 million / month and building multi-party synergies to implement decentralized composting in Probolinggo City.
