Abstract

Manauwi Village is one of the villages in district of Bangil, Pasuruan Regency. Manaruwi village has good potential in the field of freshwater fisheries, especially catfish. In order to empower rural communities in the field of fisheries, community assistance was carried out in the "PAMAN LELE JEPRET" program, namely the empowerment of catfish farmers by providing training in making alternative catfish feed from basic fish waste materials. The objective of the mentoring program is to develop innovations in the manufacture of economical alternative catfish feed through assistance in activities: (1) dissemination of production of alternative catfish feeds, (2) Assistance in the production of catfish feed from snap fish, (3) Assistance of catfish cultivation with alternative catfish feeding, and (4) assistance with packing products that are suitable for sale. The result of the mentoring program is that the community succeeded in producing alternative catfish feed from snap fish with economical production costs without reducing the catfish weight compared to the manufacturer's catfish feed. Mentoring activities have also increased the knowledge of group members in their efforts to produce these alternative feeds widely with marketable packing, so as to provide higher income for kele farmer groups in manaruwi village

Abstract

Coastal life is always characterized by poor people with a less stable economy. This is inversely proportional to marine resources that are filled with the wealth of fish and other biota. In addition to this, women's participation is still very minimal in managing existing resources. The existing reality shows that the ability, quality and productivity of women in the management of economic commodities keep the population around the coast still poor and underdeveloped. Local wisdom as an existing capital can provide an alternative alternative empowerment to be more targeted, so it needs to get more attention. Jarangan Village is one of the suppliers and producers of milkfish in Pasuruan, but unfortunately it is still constrained by the processing of milkfish itself. During this time milkfish are only sold in fresh form even though there are those that sell in the form of processed and made into crackers but are still constrained in production and marketing that cannot be continuous because they only produce when there are orders. It is expected that by providing training on various processed products from milkfish, one of them is the practice of making sticks and ice cream from milkfish can provide additional income for the people on Pasuruan's coast, especially for mothers in the village of Jarangan itself. The expected impact itself can help their household economy with productive businesses.

Abstract

Sea and fisheries are a great potential in Indonesia. Many national development policies and programs are directed towards this sector. Along with the development of information and communication technology that is so fast now, the development policies and programs of the sea sector and fisheries require adjustments, especially in terms of adopting digital-based technology in order to meet the economic needs of the community. The rapid development of technology, the digital world and the internet certainly has an impact on the world of marketing. Digital marketing or marketing done online is also called e-marketing. Market digitalization with the current e-marketing model has become a crucial point in daily activities, including business activities. The indication is the growth of smartphone or android ownership that provides easy internet access, the large number of social media users such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and so on. The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) unit that contributes 61.41% of the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is a major power of the Indonesian economy. However, of that amount, 90% of MSME units are still running in the offline domain, even though the data in January 2016 stated that the infrastructure potential of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) covers around 90% of the population with more than 126% mobile penetration rates with internet users reaching 51.8% of the total population of Indonesia. In the preliminary study it was found that there were 45 MSMEs processing seafood and fisheries in the Minapolitan area of Pasuruan Regency assisted by the Indonesian Fishermen Association (HNSI), 11 of which were in Rejoso District. This is because HNSI Pasuruan Regency is headquartered in Patuguran Village, Rejoso District. However, the productivity of a number of MSMEs is still seasonal, due to the very limited market access. Why not, most of these MSMEs are still running offline or conventional. The limitations of skills and information technology tools in the form of smartphones or androids become an obstacle in their development efforts. HNSI Pasuruan Regency was chosen as the first partner in this community partnership program, because HNSI is an organization that is quite intense in conducting guidance for MSMEs, especially in the Minapolitan area of Pasuruan Regency. In addition, the Head of Patuguran Village was chosen as partner II in this community partnership program, because at the end of 2017 he had been awarded the "Maslahat Award" in MSME in Pasuruan Regency.

Household waste deposits generated within 1 month less than 6 quintals and every tendency month is increasing. Waste bank TPI BISA one of the waste bank that is sufficient to exist and has succeeded in managing the environment through the management of both organic and inorganic waste. In addition, the community also conducts garbage processing in the form of interesting and unique handcraft. But on the other hand, from the success also still leave a serious problem that the management system of waste bank TPI BISA be done by manual model so that there is often an error in recording the deposit amount Garbage whose edges often make a conflict in internal management of trash banks with members or customers of trash banks. Therefore, modernization of IT-based administrative management becomes a real need needed by waste bank TPI BISA, So that waste bank TPI BISA be worthy of an example of trash bank with IT-based management of mobile that can be developed thoroughly in Pasuruan Regency.
