Abstract

This research aims to know 1) the implementation of rural budgetary funds and 2) the effectiveness of the management of Borokonda’s rural fund in 2016 and 2018. The proponent factor on managing this rural fund is the high participation in managing and implementing the rural funds. Based on the effectiveness ratio, the management of rural funds in Borokonda from 2016 to 2018 is highly effective, with 99,98% stage of effectiveness. This is based on effectiveness ratio. This data is show as well that not every stage of effectiveness will be on 100% because there will always be a target which doesn’t realized optimally and it is also found that the rural fund which received by the government of Borokanda from 2016 to 2018 fluctuated, in which the received amount of rupiahs tends to change. Thus, the implementation of managing rural budgetary fund can be concluded as highly effective because it is consistent with the extent of society, appropriate, and effective as well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of Carousel Feedback learning models in social studies subjects IV class at SDN Ipi Ende and to determine student learning outcomes in social studies subjects IVA at SDN Ipi Ende with the application of Carousel Feedback models. This research was conducted using research methods class action (CAR) consisting of two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages namely; observation, planning, action and reflection. Data collection techniques used in this study were tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed descriptively qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results showed that carousel feedback learning model can improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes that have increased, seen from the percentage of classical completeness that is 75% in the first cycle to 100% in the second cycle.

Abstract

This study aims to increase study activities in elementary school English courses through the use of the Jigsaw learning models in the third semester students of Flores University PGSD study program. This research is a class action research that uses the Kemmis & Taggart model. The subject in this study was 35 third semester students. Data collection techniques are performed by observation and documentation. Data is analyzed in a qualitative descriptive way. The results showed that learning activities in elementary school English courses through the use of Jigsaw learning models had increased. The percentage of oral activity on the first cycle increased from 48.57 with enough categories, to 77.85 with good categories on the second cycle. The listening activity on the first cycle is 52.85 with enough categories, increasing to 75.71 with good categories on the second cycle. Writing activity on the first cycle is increased from a category with a percentage of 54.28 to 90 with excellent categories on the second cycle. Percentage of mental activity increased from 57.14 by category enough to 92.85 with excellent categories on the second cycle, and emotional activity increased from 53.57 by category enough to be 85.57 with excellent categories on the second cycle. Based on the results it can be concluded that use of Jigsaw learning models can increase learning activity in elementary school English courses.

Abstract

The aim this researcher is to find out the improvement in the quality of learning among IPI Ende elementary school teachers thtough clinical supervision. This type of research used is school action research. The subject in this study were 6 IPI Ende elementary school teachers. Data collection techniques are through observation, documentation and interviews. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that clinical supervision can improve the quality of learning among teachers at IPI Ende Elementary School.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the results of Indonesian language learning through the use of Group Investigation Cooperative learning model in grade III students at Mis Ar-Rahman IPI. This research is a class action research that uses the Kemmis & Taggart model. Data collection techniques are performed by observation, test and documentation. Data is analyzed in a qualitative and quantitative descriptive way. The results showed that the results of Indonesian language learning through the use of Group Investigation Cooperative learning models have increased. In cycle I showed that out of 21 students, only 11 students meet the classifications criterion with a percentage of 52.38% and an average value of 67.61, and in cycle II, the average value has increased to 81.42 by The classical dictancy reaches 100%. Based on the results it can be concluded that the use of Group Investigation Cooperative learning model can improve Indonesian language learning outcomes.

Abstract

Good students’ learning outcomes can be proof that teachers have planned, and implemented learning well. A good teacher should reflect on the learning that has been done and improve it so that the learning outcomes of students increase. The purpose of this study was to determine the increasing of learning outcomes in Pancasila and Citizenship education sunject. This type of research is classroom action research, using Kemmis and Taggart designs and data collection methods using observation, tests, and interviews. The results showed that the picture and picture learning model can improve learning outcomes with an increase of 60.72%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether financial compensation and non-financial compensation affect the performance of employees at PT. Inti Harum Sentosa Ruteng Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT). The type of research used is associative quantitative. The result of the study indicate that there is simultaneously the influence of financial and non-financial compensation variabels on employee performance at PT. Inti Harum Sentosa Ruteng. But partially the financial compensation variable does not affect the performance of employees while non-financial compensation affects the performance of empleyees of PT. Inti Harum Sentosa Ruteng.

Abstract

The availability of clean water for Tri Santa Depot with the demand for clean water for the people in Ende city and the selling price influences the purchasing power of the community. To find and analyze the joint effect between price and demand for clean water supplies. In abtaining data, quantitative research using inductive statistical approaches is used. Data collection techniques are questionnaire, with a sample of 20 cuatomers. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The result of the data analysis show that there is a joint effect od selling prices and demand for clean water supplies. This is indicated by calculated F value> F table or 4.25 > 3.59.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in mastery of the concept of light after the use of used material-based media in fifth grade students of SDI Key, Nita Subdistrict, Sikka District. The type of research used was classroom action research. The subjects in this study were the 14th grade SDI Key students. Data taken in the form of observation, tests, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is qualitative. The results show that there is an increase in mastery of the concept of light in the context of light can propagate straight, light can penetrate clear objects, light can be reflected, light can be refracted and light can be decomposed from 64.28% to 100% from cycle I to cycle II.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of spiritual intelligence and family environment on social studies learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research. The research method is Ex-Post Facto using an associative approach, data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of the data were measured using a closed questionnaire.minimum score per item is one then the max score per item is four.The ideal score range is 15 to 60. The results show that: Spiritual intelligence and family environment are in the high categoryThere means that these two variables, spiritual intelligence, family environment, have a hight influence on learning outcomes in Economic Social Studies. Them learning outcomes of students themselves fall into the low category due to the low ability of students to remember the past material that has been past students do not work on the problem. Overall spiritual intelligence, the family environment affects the learning outcomes of students in the Social Studies subject.
