Abstract

This research aims to know the psychological conflict of Blanche DuBois and her emotional reaction after facing the conflicts. The research is a qualitative and library research. The data gathered are especially taken from the main source which is the play itself. Besides that, to support the study the writer gets some data from books and internet and the objective theory of literature. The study finds out that Blanche DuBois’ emotional reaction after facing:(1) approach-approach conflict is mild because there are all positive goals, she likes and enjoy that psychological conflicts; (2) avoidance-avoidance conflict is self-aggression because she blames herself for this conflict situation and displace aggression because she displaces the frustration to Stella; (3) approach-avoidance conflict is leave the psychological space because she cannot handle her psychological conflict anymore; (4) double approach-avoidance conflict is leave the psychological space because she prefers to refuse all the conflicts, refuse to face reality in her life. Abstract

One part of telemedicine is the existence of a website-based health clinic service then written online clinic, in this online clinic patients can consult with doctors through the internet about the disease problems suffered by patients and even doctors can diagnose the patient's condition without doing anamesis and examination directly physical, but also can buy drugs directly from the online clinic with the advice of doctors who diagnose the patient concerned and the delivery of the drug was carried out by express delivery services. So it is interesting to study how the responsibility of doctors who have provided health services online if the patient receives a loss. The type of research I use is normative juridical, i.e. legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary data. Normative legal research is carried out on laws and regulations relating to legal protection of patients who obtain online-based health services. This research is a kind of analytical descriptive research, which describes the applicable laws and regulations or positive law related to legal theory and practice of implementing positive law in society.

Abstract

Metode Demonstrasi untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial ( IPS ) Siswa Kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 008 Rambah Samo ,Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Metode Demonstrasi adalah suatu cara mengajar dengan mempertunjukan suatu benda atau perilaku yang dapat memberikan gambaran tentang makna dari potensi manusia untuk bertindak. Metode ini dapat meningkatkan kemampuaan pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa kelas III SD Negeri 008 Rambah Samo ,hal ini terbukti setelah dilakukan pembelajaran dengan metode tersebut anak tertarik minat belajarnya, dan dapat mengungkapkaan pendapatnya serta muncul kreatifitas untuk belajar. Dalam menggunakan metode ini penulis tetap mempertimbangkan waktu,keadaan anak,dan masalah yang teridentifikasi sebelum melakukan penelitan tindakan kelas,sehingga tepat dalam mengambil tindakan terbukti terjadi peningkatan berturut –turut dari siklus I pertemuan I sampai dengan siklus II pertemuan II pembelajaran berhasil.

Abstract

The complexity of bank interest calculations and the many types of banking services make some people reluctant to do bank interest calculations independently. The application of technology in calculating interest rates is necessary to avoid calculation errors and facilitate making decision because many people do not know for sure about calculating bank interest rates. The calculation of banking services in this application is limited to a limited scope, which is only limited to the calculation of deposits, loans and building collateral. The banking services application is created using visual studio 2010 software with visual basic.net programming language. The interest calculation formula is obtained through various references, in the calculation of banking service applications it is not related to any bank data, so the input parameters are parameters determined by the user and then processed by the application to be output. Application of banking services becomes an alternative means to calculate computerized deposits, loans and building collateral so that it is faster and reduces the error rate when calculated manually with a calculator.

Abstract

The purpose of this service is to empower and assist in the development of the indigo palm sugar industry into brown sugar / stone sugar in order to produce more varied products so that they can be sold more widely. And grow and provide knowledge to the brown sugar industry, able to make processed palm sugar products by setting the right selling price, choosing a fixed location. The location of the service is the Tubuhue Village, Kefamenanu City District, North Central Timor Regency. with 5 members of the sugar palm sugar craftsman group. The methods used in this service are: the first Preparation, is a service program planning which includes: Location Survey, Coordination with service location partners, Determination of training time, Determination of target and target trainees and Planning of training materials and the second namely Implementation with the intention to increase public knowledge about improving skills in processing palm sap, in this implementation it is grouped into two stages namely Lecture, and Demonstration. What is expected from this service is Encouraging rural communities to better utilize palm juice by processing palm sugar into a variety of products and fostering an attitude of independence and quality of life in rural communities so that family income and welfare increase.

Abstract

PT XYZ adalah sebuah perusahaan yang menghasilkan produk sanitary and plumbing fitting di wilayah Tangerang. Penelitian peningkatan produktifitas assembling melalui perbaikan proses setting dengan metode DMAIC dan Maynard operation sequence technique (MOST) bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh manajemen perusahaan. Masalahntya adalah produktifitas dibagian assembling belum memenuhi target perusahaan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut peneliti menggunakan pendekatan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analize, Improve, Control) dan untuk perbaikan pada waktu proses menggunakan metode MOST. Obyek penelitian di fokuskan pada tipe varian TX109 yang memiliki usemonth tinggi. Hasil observasi diperoleh data, pada proses persiapan part dari gudang membutuhkan waktu lama dan banyak menggunakan kotak karena menggunakan kotak original dari proses sebelumnya. Sedangkan pada proses setting catride, proses setting lambat, jumlah jig untuk setting berisi 1 pcs. Pada proses periksa fungsi, collet periksa fungsi tidak maksimal karena jumlah collet 2 pcs. Sedangkan pada proses setting handle, ada gerakan sia-sia pada saat setting handle. Perbaikan yang dilakukan adalah perubahan layout gudang, pembuatan kitbox modul untuk tiap proses, penambahan jig setting dari 1 pcs menjadi 2 pcs, penambahan collet periksa fungsi dari 2 pcs menjadi 4 pcs dan pembuatan jig khusus untuk dudukan body yang langsung bisa setting handle. Setelah perbaikan cycletime pada tipe varian TX109 mengalami penurunan dari 145 detik menjadi 103 detik. Peningkatan output produksi dari 110 menjadi 128 unit per hari.

Abstract

Judul penelitian ini adalah Analisis Kesalahan Penulisan Kata dan Singkatan Dalam Kalimat Bahasa Indonesia di Media Sosial. Bahasa adalah alat Pemersatu bangsa tanpa bahasa manusia sangat sulit untuk bisa komunikasi antar sesama. Bahasa Indonesia adalah Bahasa Nasional terkadang tanpa disadari sering dijumpai kesalahan dalam penulisan kalimat. Di dalam kehidupan sehari - hari, kita menggunakan penyingkatan kata dalam penulisan supaya cepat dan lebih mudah dibaca. Kesalahan muncul karena tidak menggunakan tata bahasa yang sesuai dengan norma dan kaidah, fenomena komunikasi yang pesat saat ini adalah penggunaan bahasa yang didukung oleh perangkat teknologi canggih, khususnya bahasa yang digunakan pada jejaring sosial. Abstract

The results showed that; 1) The concept of the message on disbudpar.malutprov.go.id website owned by the North Maluku Province Tourism Office that is promoting the culture and tourism in North Maluku and informing the promotion activities to the community/the intended destination about what will be found in visiting the disbudpar website malutprov.go.id. 2) Constraints faced are the limitations of human resources (HR) in the management of the website disbudpar.malutprov.go.id, the problem of internet network that are problematic and not too adequate in the office so that it becomes an obstacle, and also regarding the allocation of funding or budget that is still not maximum as supporting the maintenance costs of server equipment and financing of internet quota at the office, as well as the lack of coordination channels between the Tourism Office and the Regency/City Tourism Office that have not been effective in the content promotion message content on the website disbudpar.malutprov.go.id. 3) The response of visitors to the website disbudpar.malutprov.go, namely the design and appearance is very simple so that it is easy to understand when opening the website, and some representations of images displayed also attract the attention of the end to see the objects of tourist destinations in North Maluku.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya Pengaruh Sarana Perpustakaan Terhadap Minat Baca pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Sibolga dengan menarik hipotesis bahwa Ada Pengaruh Sarana Perpustakaan Terhadap Minat Baca pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Sibolga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif yang menguraikan dan memberikan penjelasan tentang hubungan antara variabel X (independent) sebagai variabel bebas yang mempengaruhi, variabel Y (dependent) sebagai varibel terikat yang dipengaruhi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat dan positif antara Sarana dengan Minat baca pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Sibolga sebesar 0,883, sehingga apabila diinterpretasikan dalam skala nilai dapat dikategorikan hubungan yang sangat kuat. Sementara koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa Sarana berpengaruh sebesar 0,780 atau 78 % terhadap Minat baca pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Sibolga dan sisanya sebesar 22 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y = 11,436 + 0,802X, Uji t menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima kebenarannya, dimana t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 12,787 > 2.01290, dalam hal ini berarti Ada Pengaruh Sarana Perpustakaan Terhadap Minat Baca pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Sibolga.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of chicken manure and the area of arable land on the production of red chili farming. This research was conducted in Desa Duriaasi Wonggeduku District of Konawe Regency with 35 respondents. The results showed that the use of chicken manure (X1) and the cultivated land area (X2) had an effect on the yield of red chili farming (Y) where the result of multiple linear regression analysis showed positive value to all observation variables while in partial t test and F test showed significant value <0,05 with coefficient of determination equal to 0,990 or 99,0%.
