SPEKTA (Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat: Teknologi dan Aplikasi) dengan nomor registrasi ISSN 2723-8008 (cetak) dan ISSN 2723-8016 (online) adalah jurnal multidisiplin ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Universitas Ahmad Dahlan. Jurnal Ini merupakan jurnal yang mencakup masalah mengenai penerpan aplikasi teknologi kepdalam masyarakat. Tujuan publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual atau gagasan dan hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai di bidang pelayanan kepada masyarakat. SPEKTA (Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat: Teknologi dan Aplikasi) terbit sejak bulan Juni 2020 tepatnya sejak perilisan Volume 1, Nomor 1, Tahun 2020. SPEKTA (Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat: Teknologi dan Aplikasi) memiliki fokus utama pada pengembangan ilmu-ilmu di ranah pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Lingkup ranah pengabdian kepada masyarakat antara lain meliputi Teknologi Tepat Guna, Perancangan dan Pengembangan Produk, Technopreneur, Aplikasi Teknologi, dan Teknologi Informasi dan System Informasi. Setiap naskah yang masuk akan dibaca oleh tim editorial. Naskah-naskah yang dievaluasi oleh editor dan dianggap tidak sesuai dengan kriteria jurnal akan ditolak tanpa tinjauan eksternal. Naskah yang kami nilai berpotensi menarik bagi pembaca dikirim ke peer reviewer. Setelah dilakukan review naskah oleh reviewer, naskah akan dikembalikan kepada penulis untuk direvisi. Tim editor membuat keputusan berdasarkan rekomendasi reviewer. SPEKTA (Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat: Teknologi dan Aplikasi) terbit 2 kali dalam 1 Tahun yaitu bulan Juni dan Desember.

Abstract

The basic difference between the Industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0 is that in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 technology and computers are used in all human activities, while the era of society 5.0 is an era in which technology becomes a part of humans themselves. The internet is no longer a source of information, but is used to live life. To prepare the young generation to face all the challenges that arise in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 and society 5.0, it is necessary to work hard for educational institutions to educate their students to be ready to face the changing times, and this must start from the most basic level of education, namely at elementary school level (SD and SMP). For this reason, this community service program was arranged, namely improving the quality of education by providing robotic learning training for supervisory teachers and elementary school (SD) students so that they become a generation ready to face all the challenges of the industrial revolution era 4.0 and the society 5.0 era

Abstract

Berecek Village, located in Sukatani District, Purwakarta Regency, West Java Province, has a river that has not been used optimally. This community service aims to utilize the available water energy so that it can produce Micro Hydro power plants. The manufacture of a micro-hydro power plant starts from measuring water potential, designing turbines and generators, then observing the work system and estimating the electrical power that will be generated. From the survey results, it is known that the water discharge is 0.0059 m3 / s and has a fall height of 4 m. This data is used to select the type of turbine, reservoir selection, quick pipe, and generator design. The results of the manufacture of micro power plants obtained by designing using an open flume propeller turbine with a turbine rotation speed of 2063 rpm, this PLTMH is able to produce turbine power of 1346 watts with a water discharge of 45 liters / second so that the power obtained is 1076 watts.

Abstract

The problem in this thesis research is how to design an Android-Based Community Service Information System at the KalibaMamase Village office. Information Systems for Community Services are based on the system using Black Box Testing and the accuracy of the information system is based on user testing.  The research objective is to design and build a Village-level Community Service Information System in order to improve the quality of services for village staff and the use of services for local villagers.  The benefit obtained from this research is to make a new innovation for each village to be able to facilitate serving residents or residents in the application for letters. This research uses the life cycle model of the Waterfall system development and the design of an Android-based population service information system.  Data collection methods in this study use the method of observation,  interviews,  and data analysis. The conclusion of the research is that the Community Service Information System can facilitate the process of correspondence services in the Village apparatus as well as the use of services for the community in managing population and obtaining information at the Village Office.   In the Android-Based Community Service Information System at the Kaliba Mamase Village Office

Abstract

The“Bersih Bersama” Waste Bank located in Karanganom, Sitimulyo, Piyungan, Bantul, Yogyakarta Special Region was a waste bank that still exists to manage waste from the local community. The problems faced include that management ware still limited to receiving from customers, then collected and handed over to collectors. The customer was not always doing the sorting process, so the managers have to sort and even have to clean it first. In addition, the level of community awareness to manage waste is still lacking. The purpose of community service was to provide additional skills to members of the waste bank to convert used goods that were originally only sorted and sold, converted into products that have use value and sale value. Community service activities were carried out by organizing training and assistance in making coffee sachet bags using waste paper and coffee sachets (plastic) directly to the community. This training was carried out in 2 stages, namely on September 20 for stage 1 and October 10, 2020 for stage 2. The results of the implementation of community service were increased knowledge about the use of paper and plastic waste, the ability to make new products in the form of coffee sachet bags with attractive motifs that have value. added. A positive impact can be seen from the increased knowledge and understanding of waste bank members in the use of paper and plastic waste into useful and economic goods. In addition, the Karanganom Sitimulyo community can contribute to reducing plastic waste in their environment

Abstract

PPK FTI provides trainings to 20 tenants consisting of students and alumni of FTI UAD, then selects them into 6 selected tenants who will obtain venture capital in the form of grants, goods, business literature, mentoring, and financial information system training. This training was carried out with the aim of assisting FTI tenants especially in making financial statements. The methods in this activity are divided into three stages, first is the development of PPK FTI UAD financial information system, discussion and practice of filling information systems through offline and online training, and evaluating financial information systems and training through questionnaires on a likert scale. The results shows that most tenants are able to use the information system easily and provide positive feedback with a percentage of the statement of ease of use, features, and access in the range of easy and very easy. PPK financial information system is assessed by tenants according to tenant's needs and greatly saves financial management time. For further development, PPK FTI UAD will continue the activities on basic accounting training, information system improvement, and development of android or iOS applications.

Abstract

It is currently endeavored to try to learn science learning from an early age to children, especially in kindergarten. Learning is directed towards creative and critical thinking that is able to direct children's high order thinking skills. The community service program with the PKM-M scheme was carried out at TK PGRI, Palattae Village, Bone Regency regarding the problems of teachers as partners in teaching science in the classroom to make it easier and more interactive through the design of a science corner (Sci-Co). This service was carried out in three main stages, namely counseling, design, and dissemination of the Sci-Co design. Learning using Sci-Co will be able to make children more critical and able to analyze events or phenomena that are often encountered in a child's environment, such as rain. Even though this program is conducted online, it is able to build teachers' skills in presenting Sci-Co in a simple way, the result of the teacher's own creativity with less than one week of processing time at the same time the teacher claims that this Sci-Co will help him accommodate children's knowledge in learning so that it is more meaningful less than one hour.

Abstract

This study examined the perception of border community members on educating border dwellers so as to promote peace and security in an electoral process in Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive survey design, with a target population of This study examined the perception of border community members on educating border dwellers so as to promote peace and security in an electoral process in Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive survey design, with a target population of Zamfara state’s Zurmi Local Government Areas border communities of Gurbin Bore. Researcher’s designed questionnaire with psychometric properties of content validity of 0.61 and a reliability index of 0.87 was used to elicit the needed data from the respondents. A multistage sampling technique was used to sample 384 respondents. The research questions and hypotheses were analyzed using mean score and t-test. The finding revealed that all the community members perceive educating them as a welcome development that would help in breeding youth that is needed in an electoral process. It was thus, recommended among others that, the government should provide qualitative education for people residing in the international border areas
