Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to compile learning module for Creative Products and Entrepreneurship which is in accordance with XI class of Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Skills Competencies, and to find out the feasibility of the Creative Products and Entrepreneurship module in SMK N 2 Pengasih. This method used 4D development research model from Thiagarajan. The subjects were material experts, media experts, and 36 TKRO XI students in SMK N 2 Pengasih. Collecting data using a questionnaire with Likert scale and analyzed to obtain feasibility results. The validity used content with expert opinion (expert judgment). Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. The result: compilation of learning modules for Creative Products and Entrepreneurship for learning activities in SMK N 2 Pengasih in XI Class of Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Skills Competency. Feasibility according to material experts obtains a percentage score of 88.6% which is included in "very feasible" category. Based on media experts, the feasibility according to the media expert gets a percentage score of 94.8% which is included in "very feasible" category, and the feasibility according to the user gets a percentage score of 85.9% and it is included in "very feasible" category to be used as a media of learning.Key Words: Development of Learning Module, Creative Products and Entrepreneurship, Automotive.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik dan prestasi mahasiswa bidik misi di  jurusan  Pendidikan  Teknik  Otomotif,  Fakultas  Teknik  Universitas  Negeri  Yogyakarta.  Subjek penelitian  adalah  mahasiswa  bidik  misi  (S1  dan  D3)  angkatan  2012/2013  dan  2013/2014. Pengumpulan  data  menggunakan  angket  dan  dokumentasi  pencapaian  prestasi  belajar  mahasiswa. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  mahasiswa  bidik  misi  memiliki  sikap,  minat,  dan  motivasi belajar  yang  baik.  Rerata  prestasi  mahassiwa  bidik  misi  juga  lebih  baik  dibandingkan  dengan mahasiswa  regular  walaupun  terdapat  juga  mahasiswa  yang  memiliki  prestasi  yang  kurang. Mahasiswa-masahsiswa tersebut perlu mendapatkan perhatian dan pembinaan dari dosen supaya tidak tertinggal dibandingkan teman-teman mahasiswa satu angkatan.Kata kunci: Sikap belajar, Minat belajar, Motivasi belajar, Prestasi, Bidik misiPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik dan prestasi mahasiswa bidik misi di  jurusan  Pendidikan  Teknik  Otomotif,  Fakultas  Teknik  Universitas  Negeri  Yogyakarta.  Subjek penelitian  adalah  mahasiswa  bidik  misi  (S1  dan  D3)  angkatan  2012/2013  dan  2013/2014. Pengumpulan  data  menggunakan  angket  dan  dokumentasi  pencapaian  prestasi  belajar  mahasiswa. Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  mahasiswa  bidik  misi  memiliki  sikap,  minat,  dan  motivasi belajar  yang  baik.  Rerata  prestasi  mahassiwa  bidik  misi  juga  lebih  baik  dibandingkan  dengan mahasiswa  regular  walaupun  terdapat  juga  mahasiswa  yang  memiliki  prestasi  yang  kurang. Mahasiswa-masahsiswa tersebut perlu mendapatkan perhatian dan pembinaan dari dosen supaya tidak tertinggal dibandingkan teman-teman mahasiswa satu angkatan.Kata kunci: Sikap belajar, Minat belajar, Motivasi belajar, Prestasi, Bidik misi

Abstract

This research aims to know the feasibility and the effectiveness of media equipment installation of car audio system use of props to students in Mechanical engineering Department of Semarang State University. This research is a type of research R D. The subject of this study is a student with a total of 60 people divided into 2 classes namely the control class and the experimental class. The object of this research is the medium of audio system installation props. The results of the media test percentage assessment amounted to 88% and the presentation of the material test amounted to 78%, both obtained very decent criteria. The average increase of experimental class learning results was 77.33, while the control class was only 71.47. T test result for post-test value obtained 3.40. The results of the N-gain test calculation obtained an average gain of 0.298 for the control class with a low increase and 0.404 for the experimental class with a moderate increase. The results proved that the installation equipment Media Car audio system is an effective medium to be used as a learning medium.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine the achievement of the implementation of oversais industry practices in the Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University in 2018 in terms of Context, Input, Process, and Product evaluation. This research was included in a descriptive research using a quantitative approach. Data collection was taken through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and presented in the form of tables and histograms supported by interview data. The results showed that. (1) Achievement of context evaluation included in the excellent category of 87,5% with 28 respondents and an average total score of 12,5. (2) Achievement of input evaluation included in the excellent category of 90,63% with 29 respondents and an average total score of 80,7. (3) Achievement of process evaluation included in the excellent category of 75% with 24 respondents and an average total score of 131,5. (4) Achievement of product evaluation included in the excellent category of 81,25% with 26 respondents and an average total score of 16,8.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) know competence test results of competency test participants in the Indonesian Automotive Profession Certification Body from Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY) in 2017 if reviewed from the certification scheme and (2) to know the distribution of competency unit of competency test participants causing competency test participants to be declared not yet competent in LSP Otomotif Indonesia from DIY in 2017 This research is a descriptive research. The subject in this research is 198 competency test participants. Technique of collecting data is documentation. This research uses quantitative analysis technique. The result of the research shows that: (1) the competency test results of competency test participants from the Special Region of Yogyakarta in Indonesian Automotive Profession Certification Body in 2017 if reviewed based on scheme 01 (Service Maintenance 5000 KM Motorcycles) is 70% (70) participants are declared competent and 30% (30) participants are deemed incompetent (including high category). Furthermore, in scheme 02 (Service and Maintenance 10,000 Km of Conventional Light Vehicles) 75% (15) are competent and 25% (5) declared incompetent (including category and in scheme 03 (Service and Maintenance of 10,000 Km Light Vehicle Injection System) of 61.54% (48) participants are declared competent and 38.46% (30) declared not yet competent (including very low category), (2) the distribution of competency units shows that in scheme 01, competency unit that most competent participant is OTO.SM02.001.01 (Maintaining Engine with its Components) that is equal to 73.33%, in the scheme of 02 competency units that most participants are not competent are OTO.KR02.014.01 (Maintenance / Service of Gasoline Fuel System) and OTO.KR05.011.01 (Fixing Ignition System) that is equal to 100% , whereas in the scheme of 03 competency unit that most participants are not competent is OTO.KR05.012.01 (Maintaining / Servicing and Improving Engine Management system) that is equal to 76.67%.

Abstract

This study implemented the Problem Based Learning learning model to increase the students’ activeness and learning outcomes in the conventional fuel system competency in class XI TKRA SMK Nasional Berbah. A Classroom Action Research (PTK) with Kurt Lewin's model was conducted, and the data were collected using observation, tests, and documentation. The indicator of the success of this study is if more than 75% of students are active and 75% of students reach the minimum score criteria (75). The participants of this study were 32 students of class XI. The results showed that the application of PBL able to increase the students’ activeness and learning outcomes on the competence to understand the conventional gasoline fuel system. This can be seen from: (1) an increase in positive activities (activities that support the implementation of the teaching and learning process) and a decrease in negative activities (activities that interfere with the implementation of the teaching and learning process) in each cycle. Positive activity in cycle I was 51% and cycle II was 76%; (2) there is an increase in the class average and students' learning completeness. The class average in cycle I was 71 and cycle II was 78. Meanwhile, students' learning completeness in cycle I was 43.75%, cycle II was 84.37%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Teknologi Dasar Otomotif peserta didik kelas X TKRO 2 SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul melalui implementasi model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dan dilaksanakan selama dua siklus yang masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada 14 Januari 2020 sampai dengan 4 Februari 2020 di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul. Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X TKRO 2 SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul semester genap tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 32 peserta didik. Pengambilan data menggunakan lembar observasi untuk mengamati pelaksanaan model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching dan tes evaluasi hasil belajar untuk mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dikatakan berhasil apabila persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 75% (kategori baik) yaitu nilai hasil belajar minimal 78. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching pada proses pembelajaran mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar Teknologi Dasar Otomotif peserta didik kelas X TKRO 2 SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul. Hal ini terbukti pada siklus I persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 55,17% (kategori kurang) pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 82,76% (kategori sangat baik).

Abstract

Diberlakukannya Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN menuntut kesiapan dan pengakuan kompetensi tenaga kerja untuk menghadapi persaingan bebas. Di Indonesia, pemerintah menargetkan peningkatan jumlah penyelenggaraan SMK untuk menyiapkan lulusan yang siap kerja. Namun faktanya pengangguran lulusan SMK masih tinggi, meskipun banyak sekolah telah melakukan uji kompetensi serta program sertifikasi bagi lulusannya. Untuk melihat uji kompetensi di SMK, perlu diketahui materi uji, asesor, hasil uji, serta sertifikasinya. Penelitian survei dilakukan pada SMK Negeri Paket Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan (TKR) di DIY. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Materi uji kompetensi TKR memiliki 2 model. Model 1 menggunakan 4 soal uji, sedangkan model 2 menggunakan 8 soal, (2) Asesor terdiri dari pihak internal guru produktif dan penguji eksternal dari industri jasa servis kendaraan dan balai latihan kerja. Hasil Uji dilihat dari nilainya sangat baik, namun belum mencerminkan kompetensi sebenarnya. Siswa yang lulus uji mendapatkan sertifikat dari SMK bekerjasama dengan mitranya, yaitu bengkel servis kendaraan, MPKD, dan BLK.Kata kunci: Uji kompetensi, Sertifikasi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in motivation and learning result of class XI OD at YAPPI Wonosari Vocational High School on light vehicle engine maintenance study through the implementation of a problem based learning model. This research is a classroom action research using the Kemmis and Taggert designs carried out in two cycles. This research was conducted at YAPPI Wonosari Vocational High School with the subject of research is class XI OD. The data collection techniques used are tests and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive quantitative data analysis. This research was successful so that the cycle can be stopped if there is an increase in motivation and learning result from cycle one to the next cycle, learning outcomes of 75% of students are able to meet minimum completeness criteri of 75 and 75% of students get motivation values above 75 The results of the study showed that motivation and learning result increased after the use of problem based learning models. This is evidenced by the increase in learning result and learning motivation. The learning results in cycle 1 increased from 77 to 82.96 with a percentage of completeness of 62.96% and in cycle 2 it increased from 82.96 to 88.19 with the percentage of completeness 88.88%. Students learning motivation in cycle 1 increased from 74.72 to 77.04 with the percentage of students who got motivation scores above 75 by 55.56% and in cycle 2 it increased from 77.04 to 79.63 with the percentage of students who got motivation scores above 75 by 77.77%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa di SMK PIRI Sleman pada mata pelajaran Pemeliharaan Sasis dan Pemindah Tenaga Kendaraan Ringan (PSPTKR) melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dan dilaksanakan selama dua siklus penelitian. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI KR B SMK PIRI Sleman pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw pada proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI KR B SMK PIRI Sleman. Hal ini terbukti dari siklus I persentase keaktifan siswa sebesar 60 % dan hasil belajar siswa sebesar 30% meningkat pada siklus II persentase keaktifan dan ketuntasan hasil belajar telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan yang ditentukan dengan persentase keaktifan mencapai 79% (kategori baik) dan siswa tuntas KKM sebesar 80% (kategori sangat baik).
