Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran menggunakan media berbasis IT lebih tinggi dari pada pembelajaran yang menggunakan media non IT. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian Quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Perlakuan berupa penggunaan media berbasis IT dan media non IT untuk pembelajaran Sistem Kelistrikan, Chasis, dan Las Cair Busur Listrik Elektroda Terbungkus. Subyek penelitian diambil dari siswa SMK kelas XI dari tiga sekolah.di Kabupaten Sleman dan Kota Magelang. Setiap  sekolah diambil dua rombongan belajar sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas control. Penetuan subyek penelitian dilakukan secara propursive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan post test dan observasi. Validasi instrumen dilakukan oleh pakar Perguruan Tinggi dan SMK. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan Uji Jenjang Wilconxon. Hasil penelitian menujukkan rerata aktivitas belajar siswa selama mengikuti pembelajaran pada kelas kontrol (dengan media berbasis non IT) antara cukup-baik (skore 67.00; 74.25, dan 63.13), sedangkan pada kelas eksperimen(dengan media berbasis IT) termasuk baik (skore 74.50; 73.25; dan 75.00). Penggunaan media berbasis IT dalam pembelajaran tidak semua dapat membuat aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa lebih tinggi dari pada kelas yang menggunakan media berbasis non IT.Kata kunci: Media Berbasis IT, Aktivitas Belajar, Prestasi Belajar

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the implementation of inquiry based learning is able to increase the student activity and learning outcomes of X TKRO 3 class at SMKN 2 Yogyakarta in Automotive Basic Engineering Subjects. This study is a Classroom Action Research using the Kemmis Mc Taggart design. Kemmis Mc Taggart's design includes the stages of planning, action observation, and reflection. The study subjects were X TKRO 3 class of SMKN 2 Yogyakarta 2018/2019 academic year totaling 32 students. Data collection techniques using the method of observation and test results. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. This is indicated by student learning activeness data of 60.71% in the first cycle and 62.67% in the second cycle. For student learning outcomes data, indicated by the class average value of 77,48 with the percentage of learning completeness of 85,2% in the first cycle and the class average of 91.56 with the percentage of learning completeness of 93,5% in the second cycle.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal Penilaian Akhir Tahun Mata Pelajaran Teknologi Dasar Otomotif Kelas X TKRO di SMK Muhammadiyah Gamping Periode 2018/2019 yang ditinjau dari validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, dan efektivitas pengecoh.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X TKRO SMK Muhammadiyah Gamping. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan program ITEMAN versi 4.3 dan program Microsoft Excel. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kualitas soal berdasarkan validitas, soal valid berjumlah 15 soal atau 37,5% sedangkan soal tidak valid berjumlah 25 soal atau 62,5%; (2) Kualitas soal berdasarkan reliabilitas, dapat disimpulkan butir soal Penilian Akhir Tahun mata pelajaran Teknologi Dasar Otomotif kelas X TKRO SMK Muhammadiyah periode 2018/2019 memiliki koefisien reliabilitas rendah sebesar 0,657; (3) Kualitas soal berdasarkan tingkat kesukaran, butir tergolong sukar berjumlah 12 butir atau 30%, butir soal tergolong sedang/cukup berjumlah 24 butir atau 60%, dan butir soal yang tergolong mudah berjumlah 4 butir atau 10%; (4) Kualitas soal berdasarkan daya pembeda, butir soal memiliki daya pembeda jelek berjumlah 18 butir atau sebesar 45%, butir soal yang memiliki daya pembeda cukup berjumlah 8 butir atau sebanyak 20%, butir soal yang memiliki daya pembeda baik berjumlah 7 butir atau sebesar 17,5% dan butir soal yang memiliki daya pembeda negatif berjumlah 7 butir soal atau sebesar 17,5%; (5) Kualitas soal berdasarkan analisis efektivitas pengecoh, terdapat 19 (47,5%) butir soal berkualitas baik, sebanyak 10 (25%) butir soal berkualitas kurang baik dan 11(27,5%) berkualitas jelek.Kata kunci: Kualitas Butir Soal, Teknologi Dasar Otomotif, SMK Muhammadiyah Gamping.

Abstract

This research aim to: (1) know the module development process, (2) to know the feasibility and (3) find out the effectiveness of the module to interpret engineering drawings, which have been made to support learning in interpret engineering drawings subject. The method that used in this research is research and development methods. Collection data was done by using questionnaires and test questions. The techniques of data analysis was done by using descriptive analysis techniques, by analyzing quantitative data and then interpreted in a qualitative sense. The results showed that: (1) learning module development process carried out in four main stages: needs analyze, design and creating a module, testing the feasibility and effectiveness of testing modules, (2) feasibility testing shows an average percentage value 88% with "very good" criteria and can concluded the learning interpret engineering drawings module is feasible to used for the learning process, and (3) the effectiveness testing is done by comparing the posttest experimental class value with the posttest class control value,obtained the t count value = 3.701 with the conclusion that the using of developed modules can effectively used to support learning in interpret engineering drawings subject.

Abstract

This research is to find out the Automotive Engineering Basic Work learning program at SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu focused on: context: learning planning; input: teacher, students, and infrastructure; process: media, methods, learning resources, and learning steps; product: student learning outcomes. Includes descriptive CIPP research models (context, input, process, product) evaluation. The results of the study note that the learning program Basic Automotive Engineering Work in SMK Negeri 1 Sedayu in terms of: context: the learning objectives of the PDTO learning program are in accordance with the 2013 Curriculum and not all basic competencies can be conveyed to students; input: PDTO teachers are undergraduate (S1) majoring in Mechanical Engineering Education and have educator certification, student motivation is quite good (46.296%), good classroom facilities and infrastructure (63.634%), and PDTO practice tools are very good (86.318%); process: the use of learning media is quite good (35.185%), the use of learning media is quite good (37.963%), the use of learning resources is quite good (37.963%), and the implementation of learning steps is very good (100%); product: the percentage of students completeness 41.667% and 54.630%.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve students’ participation and learning achievement using Students Team Achievement Division (STAD) on the Basic Automotive course. This classroom action research was performed consisting of three cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection.  There were 31 students from SMK Negeri 3 Yogyakarta selected as participants for the study. Data were collected using observation sheet and test at the beginning and end of classroom activities. The results of this study indicated that implementing STAD method can improve students’ learning outcomes. There were seventy percent or more (≥ 70%) students actively participated in the classroom activities. Furthermore, there were eighty percent or more (≥ 80%) students reached higher score than the minimum requirement for their test.

Abstract

There are several cars with SUV type designs from the manufacturer with only 4 passenger seats with luggage, for example, one of them is the Toyota Rush 2009 and there are also those that have been designed for 7 passengers, such as the Isuzu MU-X and Daihatsu Terios. In this case it was found that several owners of SUVs with only 4 passengers, one of which was the Toyota Rush. Where the owner forced to modify the Toyota Rush from 4 passengers to 7 passengers. However, the increase in the number of seats can cause inconvenience for vehicle passengers in the rear row. Therefore, this article aims to design a foot stand on the Toyota Rush which is modified into 7 seats so that it can improve passenger comfort. The design process is carried out through the construction analysis, design, and simulation stages. The results show that the addition of a foot stand can increase comfort for passengers who sit in the back row because it has wider and more loose leg room.

Abstract

Abstract - This study is to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial motivation factors in the era of 4.0 including family background, entrepreneurial education training, courage to take risks, and the desire to work independently of the students of the AKPRIND Yogyakarta Institute of Science Technology. This type of research is ex-post facto. The population of all students taking entrepreneurship courses in the odd semester of 2020/2021 is 61 students. Data collection using a questionnaire. The validity test used the item score correlation with the total score, the reliability used Cronbach alpha, the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and SEM. Data processing using the help of a computer program Lisrel. The results of this study indicate that there is a direct influence of 1) family background (X1) on the entrepreneurial motivation variable (Y) of 0.33 and the value of t = 6.33. 2) entrepreneurship education and training (X2) on the entrepreneurial motivation variable (Y) of 5.28 and the value of t = 5.38. 3) courage to take risks (X3) on the entrepreneurial motivation variable (Y) of 0.24 and the value of t = 4.87. 4) the desire to work independently (X4) on the entrepreneurial motivation variable (Y) of 5.22. While the indirect effect of variable 1) family background (X1) on the courage to take risks (X3) is 0.26 and the value of t = 4.28. 2) entrepreneurship education and training (X2) on the risk-taking courage variable (X3) of 0.14 and the value of t = 2.27. 3) family background (X1) on the variable desire to work independently (X4) of 0.27 and the value of t = 4.07. 4) entrepreneurship education and training (X2) on the variable desire to work independently (X4) of 0.13 and the value of t = 1.72.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mengidentifikasi pelatihan keahlian yang diikuti guru; (2) Menganalisis dampak pelatihan; (4) Mengetahui pelatihan yang diinginkan guru; (5) Mengidentifikasi kendala dalam pelatihan keahlian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian survey. Populasi penelitian adalah guru paket keahlian TKR di DIY, sampel ditentukan dengan teknik sampling purposive. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan statistik diskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, (1) Terdapat 12 jenis pelatihan yang diikuti guru; (2) Dampak pelatihan masuk dalam kategori sangat baik; (3) Pelatihan yang paling diinginkan guru adalah pelatihan Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI); (4) Kendala dalam pelatihan bidang keahlian keduanya masuk dalam kategori rendahKata Kunci: Pelatihan, Dampak, Kompetensi Profesional

Abstract

       The purpose of this research is to find the implementation of improved character education (PPK) at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Mertoyudan. The indicator in this research include planning, carrying out, and evaluating a PPK Program at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Mertoyudan. This research is a case study with a quantitative descriptive method approach. The study shows the implementation of improved character education in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Mertoyudan a good category with a 76,26% amount of application. The results include some indicator of a 79,97% PPK plan, 77,41% implementation of PPK, and 71,59% evaluation. In the process of planning the PPK program involves all the school equipment. For performance of the PPK through the learning process, extracurricular activities, and the school’s example of this it. The high point of attachment in the PPK on learners of 76,54% in both categories. The PPK evaluation process whole school kit took part and follow up corrected some of the missing components.
