Koesma Tuban according to the inclusion criteria as many as 47 respondents with a large number of research samples 42 respondents, then using the cluster sampling technique as a method of sampling. The instrument uses a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the Contingency Coefficient. Results: Based on the research results, it was found that almost all of the nurses considered that the leadership style of the head of the room owned was democratic, and most of the nurses had high motivation. The results of the contingency coefficient were obtained, the leadership style variable (p <0.05) had a moderate correlation with the work motivation of nurses (r = 0.542), and the direction of the positive correlation, which meant that the more democratic the leadership style of the head of the room, the higher the nurse's work motivation. Conclusion: There is a relationship between the leadership style of the head of the room with the work motivation of nurses in the inpatient room of dr. Abstract

Introduction: The number of general patient visits in outpatient installations over the past 3 months has decreased significantly. So that hospital revenue is reduced. The purpose of this study was to determine factors for decreasing outpatient visits.Method: This study was an observational study with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were general patients who visited outpatient as many as 100 respondents with sampling techniques with consecutive sampling techniques. The inclusion criteria set are general patients who can communicate well; general patients seeking outpatient treatment; the patient is not illiterate; general patients with good awareness; and patients with age criteria> 13 years, if the patient is still stretched 13-17 years old is filled in by parents, while exclusion criteria are outpatients with decreased consciousness. The independent variable in this study included the characteristics of outpatients visiting the Outpatient Installation. While the dependent variable in this study is the patient's assessment of provider factors which include officers (attitutude, knowledge, and practice), facilities and infrastructure, rates, and registration flow based on the service triangle assessment. This study uses descriptive analysis using a frequency distributive table. Results: The results show that the assessment of strategies, systems and human resources on the assessment of provider factors including rates, officers, registration flow, and facilities and infrastructure. In terms of officers, the tariff, registration flow get a good rating of> 75%. Whereas in the facilities and infrastructure, a good assessment> 75% is in the waiting room, while in the outpatient and check the assessment is not good at 54% and 61%.Conclusion: Factors for the provision of facilities and infrastructure (Provider) greatly affect visits from general patients in outpatient installations. It is expected that in future studies it is expected to be able to find updates or applications based on the Android Operating System or Iphone Operathing System that can be used as reminders and monitor patient schedules for hospital visits.

Abstract

Introduction: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease that cannot be cured, only everyone can control and be aware of. The purpose of this study was to describe selfcare activities in type II DM patients.Method: The design of this study was descriptive, with a patient population of type II diabetes mellitus. This research was conducted in the Sukajadi Bandung Community Health Center Work Area. The sampling technique used the Cohen sample size with the number of samples based on the sample size of 67 respondents. Data collection using the SDSCA instrument. This study used univariate analysis including demographic characteristics of type II DM patients and self-care activity. Result: The highest mean value of self-care activity was on the diet variable, and the lowest was on the blood sugar monitoring variable. That is, in this study DM patients tend to pay attention to diet rather than monitoring blood levels. Conclusion: From the whole series of self-care activities, DM patients tend to pay attention to diet patterns rather than other activities such as; monitoring blood levels, physical activity, foot care, medication and smoking. Comprehensive self-care activities will help improve the quality of DM patient's intake. Involvement across sectors, communities and families is an important part of increasing awareness of DM patients to increase their self-care activities in order to reduce the risk of severity of DM disease.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurses and the level of patient satisfaction at the Burneh Health Center, Bangkalan Regency in 2017.Methods: This type of research is an analytic study with a cross sectional design. The study population was 48 patients treated at Burneh Health Center. The sample size was 43 people with a sampling technique using quota sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire. The statistical test in this study used the Spearman Rank test with a significance level of α = 0.05.Results: From the analysis obtained, most (60.5%) or 26 people said that nurses' empathy was not good, (20.9%) or 9 people said that nurses' empathy was good, and (18.6%) or 8 people said that nurses' empathy was very good. good. Most of the patients (67.4%) or 29 people said they were not satisfied, (18.6%) or 8 people said they were satisfied, and (14.0%) or 6 people said they were very satisfied. The Spearman Rank statistical test shows the value of p (0.003) <α (0.05), meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that there is a significant relationship between nurses' empathy and the level of patient satisfaction at Burneh Health Center, Bangkalan Regency in 2017.Conclusion: Nurse empathy is sufficient to influence patient satisfaction.
