Abstract

The ideas of scientists expressed in Islamic education are a necessity that must be upheld. The theory and scientific treasures are quite rich in educational concepts that are full of meanings and influence the continuity of an Islamic education in Indonesia. The diversityof educational t eori also arises from two points. Western theory and eastern theory and penetrated into the Islamic education curriculum. Western scientific concepts and ideas are not hypothesized in adding to the treasures of knowledge. However, this is not a guarantee in fulfilling a good spirit and character as a goal of Islamic education. This article aims to examine the reconstruction of educational design, character building by bidding on ulul al-bab as a form of conformity of educational goals with the personality of ulul al-bab. Of course, this paper is based on qualitative-descriptive research. Data collection through review of primary and secondary literature. This means the main reference and supporting reference to this study. This article shows that one of the forms of offers from Muslim intellectuals in realizing the right education, character building and according to the orientation of education in Indonesia, namely the concept and application of ulul al-bab. So that it not only prioritizes education and theory, but is able to explore the meaning of ulul al-bab as an educational solution that cannot be separated from the orientation of Islamic values (value of Islam).

Abstract

Non-performing financing manifested in the Non-Performing Financing (NPF) ratio is a threat to the sustainability of Islamic banks. This research seeks to reveal how much financing distribution carried out by Islamic banks can have an impact on NPF through hypothesis testing. This study examines the variables of profit-sharing financing and murabahah financing to the NPF ratio of Islamic banks. Timeseries data from each of these variables is obtained from the Quarterly Financial Statements of Bank Syariah Indonesia for the period 2015 – 2022. The data were tested using multiple linear regression. The results of the study found that profit-sharing-based financing turned out to be profit-sharing-based financing able to suppress the occurrence of NPF and murabahah financing had no influence on increasing NPF.

Abstract

The Compilation of Sharia Economic Law is a legal product that was compiled in response to developments in the study and practice of muamalat law in Indonesia. KHES consists of four book parts, the first book discusses the Subject of Law and Amwal which consists of 3 chapters and 19 articles, the second book discusses the Agreement which consists of 29 chapters with 655 articles. The third book discusses zakat and grants which consists of 4 chapters with 60 articles and the fourth book on Sharia Accounting which consists of 7 chapters with 62 articles. This article was compiled using a qualitative descriptive method to explain the 13 principles in KHES. The principles of the contract include ikhtiyari, amanah, ikhtiyati, luzum, mutual benefit, taswiyah, transparency, ability, taisir (ease), good faith, halal cause, al hurriyah (freedom of contract) and al kitabah (written). Of these thirteen principles, all of them are intended so that every contract that occurs in the economic sphere can run according to sharia, can bring benefits and avoid all forms of omnipresence.

Abstract

This research sets out from the phenomenon of decreased income of greengrocers at the Limboto Shopping Market during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the greengrocers’ income at the Limboto Shopping Market, Gorontalo Regency. This research applies a qualitative approach. The greengrocers who become subjects in this research are those at the Limboto Shopping Market. The number of informants is 13 people of 22 greengrocers. Data collection involves observation, interview, and documentary techniques. Based on this research, it is found that the income of greengrocers at the Limboto Shopping Market during the pandemic has decreased because people's purchasing power has decreased, while the cost of living has increased. The decreased income has caused the greengrocers to consider whether to continue their business or not, taking into account that there is no reduced fare in the payment for the rental stalls. In addition, the absence of intensive handling causes the business to be threatened with closure and the capital runs out so that traders suffer losses. On the other hand, there is a government policy regarding limiting operating hours which causes an unstable economic cycle.

Abstract

Faith and moral education is one of the subjects included in the Madrasah curriculum, which in learning the subject explains the values ​​of faith and morals which are fundamental for students so that they can apply it in everyday life. While the values ​​of ahlussunnah waljama’ah are very important to instill in students so that the mindsets possessed by students can be diverse and far from extremism and radicalism. This study analyzes how the Darul Ulum Islamic boarding school instills the values ​​of the ahlussunnah waljamaah faith through the learning of faith and moral education and other religious activities. This research includes field research conducted by observation and interviews. The results of this study include: First, the inculcation of the values ​​of the ahlussunnah wal jamaah creed is based on four concepts, namely: moderate ​​(tawasuth), fair ​​('adlun), balanced ​​(tawazun), and tolerance ​​(tasamuh). Second, instilling the values ​​of faith through religious activities aims to preserve religious activities based on ahlussunnah waljama’ah of Nahdlatul Ulama.

Abstract

In today's digital era, the use of digital technology is essential in learning mathematics to create exploratory learning spaces. From an early age, technology in learning needs to be known that it does not only produce manual calculators, but that extensive learning support is realized from various applications or websites used in learning at school or in lectures. However, the lack of knowledge of prospective teacher students is a limiting space for learning space. First, in the integral calculus course, students seem monotonous by only using pencil and paper in learning. This article aims to present the implementation of the use of digital technology in integral calculus lectures in determining the area between curves. The method used is descriptive to describe the implementation of the technology. This was obtained in the implementation of the website using geogebra and wolframalpha as an exploratory tool to create a comprehensive learning space in answering their needs regarding the difficulty of drawing graphs, the difficulty of determining intervals of curve areas, and integral calculations assisted by geogebra and wolframalpha. However, in its use, it is necessary to have a basic understanding of calculating the area between the curves as the main basis for the direction of implementing digital technology.

Abstract

The political ideology in the Qur'an is a set of ideologies that believe that Islam should be a guideline for all aspects of human life, social, economic, political, cultural, and personal life. Also, the political ideology in the Qur'an can be seen from the basic principles that guide the development of a political system. The basic principles mentioned above include the obligation to realize the unity and integrity of the ummah, the obligation to hold deliberations in resolving problems, the obligation to carry out mandates and establish laws fairly, the obligation to obey Allah and the Prophet and Ulil Amri, resolving conflicts, maintaining state sovereignty, the obligation to prioritize peace rather than hostility, the obligation to increase vigilance in the field of defense and security, and the obligation to keep promises. This research method uses a qualitative type of literature review research. Sources of data are taken from literature reviews such as; relevant journals, books and references. The results of the study state that interactions that have religious connections and state ideology can strengthen the life of the nation and state in the form of creating an attitude of community tolerance, creating harmony, unity and unity and helping each other. The interaction of Pancasila ideology in the universal values of political ideology in the Qur'an can be studied in the five Pancasila precepts, namely Belief in One Almighty God, Just and Civilized Humanity, Indonesian Unity, Democracy Led by Wisdom in Deliberation/representation, and Justice. Social Services for All Indonesian People, is a reflection of the verses in the Al-Qur'an, that Pancasila is a political sub-ideology and the embodiment of Islamic teachings that originate from the Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

This research was driven by changes in the national education curriculum in Indonesia which has undergone several changes and modifications. Along with the growth and development of science and technology in the realm of education, it requires our educational curriculum to adapt to current development. The curriculum of Islamic religious education or PAI also experiences development and keeps up with the times. This study seeks to reveal the development of the existing Islamic religious education curriculum in Indonesia and the problems faced in each era in which the curriculum was implemented. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Based on this research, it is revealed that the development of the Islamic religious education curriculum in Indonesia is influenced by changes in the national curriculum and the dynamics that occur in society. The dynamics that occur in the PAI curriculum include: increasing the portion from 25% to 30% in 1975, emphasis on aspects of interfaith tolerance in the 2004 KBK curriculum, PAI occupies top priority over other subjects in the 2013 curriculum. However, the challenge is the emergence of various religious understandings, the lack of readiness of teaching staff, facilities, laboratories, and information technology facilities. The Independent Curriculum provides an opportunity for educators to design lesson plans because this curriculum gives educators the flexibility to apply appropriate methods. However, the challenge is that it requires high creativity from educators.

Abstract

This research is based on the clues in the verses of the Koran related to tourism activities. Tourism in Islam is related to trip or travel undertaken by a person, both individually and as a group to go to some area. However, the paradigm of tourism so far is aimed at momentary pleasure, with hedonistic values ​​so that tourism turns into halal tourism. This study aims to describe the verses of the Koran which have messages for the people regarding halal tourism activities. This research approach is qualitative with the data sources are from various literatures. Based on this research, it is found that the verses of the Koran have provided a basis for halal tourism such as traveling together, enjoying God's creation, consuming halal food, and conducting sharia transactions, as well as sharia-compliant tourism activities.

Abstract

The students frequently have trouble in learning geometry because of a lack of conceptual understanding of the elements and properties of learning geometry. Therefore, we need the presence of early analysis to know the difficulties that were felt by students. The research is qualitative research to describe the conceptual understanding of geometry lines of new students who get the scholarship KIP Kuliah. Subjek of Research taken from three students has high, middle, and low cognitive ability, based on the school report card. The research results are 33% of new students who get the scholarship KIP kuliah cannot repeat the said formula learned, 33% can present geometry concept lines on other from, 66% cannot determine the mandatory terms and the compulsory minimum from a concept and all of the students who get the scholarship KIP kuliah cannot implement and choice concept for finish mathematic problems.
