The aim of the Community Service Program “Kuliah Kerja Nyata” Skills Training is to improve the skills of the people of Desa Pasirwaru Kec. Mancak. The partners of this activity are the Melinjo emping craftsmen community in the village of Pasirwaru, Kec. Mancak. The problem faced is not knowing the use of melinjo shells to produce products that are useful and have a sale value. The method of implementing this service is through (1) Surveying through observation, interviews, and analysis of village problems and potentials, (2) Training on making briquettes from melinjo shells. The result of this program is to increase the community's knowledge and skills regarding the processing of melinjo shell waste into briquettes, this program is expected to facilitate the community in improving their knowledge and skills in treating existing waste.

The aim of the Community Service Program Community Work and Community Empowerment Study Program (KKN-PPM) is to provide counseling to residents of Bale Kambang Village, Mancak District, Serang Regency. The problem faced in Bale Kambang Village is about rubbish, rubbish produced from households and plants around the house, ie the community does not know about processing to compost using the Takakura method so that it can ultimately increase community productivity and well-being that has value selling. The methods of implementing this service are (1) survey through initial observation, problem analysis, interviews, and documentation. (2) Counseling for composting using the Takakura method. This community service program is expected to provide additional knowledge to the community and to provide added value about composting using the Takakura method which is very simple and can have selling points to increase the welfare of the community, so that Bale Kambang Village in Mancak District can be made into a clean village and its people are clean. skilled and have high productivity.

The aim of the Student Work Lecture (KKM) in 2019, about Creative Economy Technology is to improve the skills of the village community in Karang Suraga Village, especially housewives, village youths and students of SMK 1 Cinangka. The partners of this activity are non-productive communities in Karang Suraga village, Kec. Cinangka. The problem faced is not yet knowing the use of conch shells to produce useful products and have a sale value. The method of implementing this service is through (1) Surveying through observations, interviews, and analysis of village problems and potentials, (2) Training on shellfish creativity. The result of this program is the increase in community knowledge and skills regarding shellfish waste treatment. This program is expected to facilitate the community in increasing their knowledge and skills in processing used materials into useful products and selling values, so that Karang Suraga a villager become productive communities.

The aim of the Community Service Program, Kuliah Kerja Nyata-Pembelajaran dan Pemberdayaan Kepada Masyarakat (KKN-PPM) is to improve the skills of society, especially housewives. The problem faced does not know the use of used cooking oil/minyak jelantah to produce products that are useful and have selling value. The method of implementing this service is through (1) Survey through observation, interviews, and analysis of problems and potential of the village, (2) Training on making carbolic acid from minyak jelantah, (3) training on making detergent powder. The results of this program are increasing knowledge and skills of the community regarding (1) processing minyak jelantah into carbolic acid, and (2) making powder detergent. This program is expected to facilitate the community in increasing their knowledge and skills in processing used/waste materials into products that are useful and have selling value, therefore that the societies in Sindanglaya become productive communities.

The aim of the Community Service Program in Real-Learning Education and Community Empowerment (KKN-PPM) is to increase sales of the Umbul Tanjung village community, Cinangka District. The partners of this activity are the people of Umbul Tanjung Village, Cinangka District who have businesses or do not have their own businesses. Villagers who work as fishermen and locations to market their products are limited to the background of students to be able to help increase sales of their products including salted fish sales. The method of carrying out this service is through (1) Surveying through observation, interviews, and analysis of village considerations and potentials, (2) Training on account creation at the bukalapan or tokopedia sites. The results of this program add to people's knowledge and skills regarding (1) Utilization of Information Technology, and (2) selling salted fish in attractive packaging. This program is expected to facilitate the community in increasing their knowledge and skills in processing salted fish so that it is hygienic.

The government program is currently looking at villages that have the potential to be developed into a tourist center in the hope of changing the lives of rural communities. This research report aims to increase village entrepreneurship opportunities based on village potential. By using descriptive analytical methods, information gathering was obtained from the KKM results of Banten Jaya University students which were divided into 3 subdistricts in Serang Regency and one of them was in Padarincang Subdistrict, Kalumpang Village. The results of the study revealed that the opportunities for village entrepreneurship development were very large and were categorized as small businesses. Its superior products are agriculture, plantations and the potential use of natural resources. The entrepreneurship prospects in the villages have good opportunities provided they are supported by infrastructure, favorable regulations for business actors and the trust of other parties to establish partnerships with entrepreneurs in rural areas.

This article describes the training activities for packaging etawa goat milk produced by Cikolelet Tourism Village, Serang Regency, Banten. The village's potential and nature in Cikolelet Banten are very rich with agricultural and plantation products and livestock. One of the superior products of the tourist village is etawa goat milk. This goat milk already has a market among residents around tourist villages, unfortunately the packaging is still fairly simple and does not yet have a brand, therefore it is considered less attractive for tourists. The methods used in this community service are observation, interviews, discussions, practice of brand packaging and installation applications, as well as assistance and monitoring evaluation. The subjects of this training were farmers from five etawa goat farms in Cikolelet village. The results of this packaging training activity is the change in product packaging using box-shaped plastic bottles that have been branded to make it more attractive. Packaging and manufacturing of goat's milk product brands succeeded in increasing sales volume by 20% with prices increasing by 25% from the previous selling price. It is expected that this change can make etawa goat milk produced by Cikolelet Village will be better known by the public, as well as favored by tourists.

The aim of this Community Service program was to improve the economy of the society of Sangiang Village, Mancak District by providing knowledge and skills about diversification processing processed products of melinjo seeds. Service was carried out in several stages survey, socialization, procurement, packaging, labeling and promoting. The result of this dedication was the increase in society knowledge and skills regarding the processing of melinjo seeds into a variety of flavor variants that have not been done in Sangiang Village. This program was expected to improve the economy of the society by being able to increase the selling value of Melinjo products.
