Journal of Edu Consilium publishes research manuscripts, and concept/ theoretical papers in the field of Islamic Educational Guidance and Counseling (career counseling, marriage and family counseling, educational counseling, school and islamic school counseling, counseling in islamic boarding schools, cross- and multicultiral counseling, and developmental counseling) and Population and Family Planning (pre-marriage counseling, marriage and family life, growth and development of adolescence, and parenting).

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to find out how the influence of online information services can increase the interest of SMA N 3 Sukoharjo students to continue their studies in higher education. The method in this study the researchers used quantitative experimental methods. Quantitative research does not question the relationship between researchers and research subjects because research results depend more on the instruments used and the measurable variables used, rather than on the intimate and emotional involvement between researchers and the subjects studied. The results of the study were that there was a significant effect on the provision of online information services to students of class XI MIPA 3 SMA Negeri 3 Sukoharjo in the 2020/2021 academic year to continue their education to higher education. The results of the study using the calculation of the Paired Sample T-Test in the Pre Test and Post Test showed a significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there was a significant difference between the initial variable and the final variable. This shows that there is a significant effect on the treatment given to each variable. So it can be concluded that: "There is an influence of providing online information services regarding further studies on the interest of class XI MIPA 3 students at SMA Negeri 3 Sukoharjo in the 2020/2021 academic year to continue their education to higher education. <![CDATA[Korean Wave is a term given to the spread of Pop culture in Indonesia at this time, the Korean phenomenon has hit the younger generation, especially Indonesian teenagers, which has many negative impacts. Teenagers must be able to mentally revolutionize and also become agents of change to make Indonesia better, and a part of the period of a complete life journey, namely part of a society that can always make a lot of good contributions, be exalted, optimistic and intelligent. This study uses the Systemic Literature Review method by collecting as many sources as possible, both journals, books related to the research topic. The results of the study show fanaticism and conformity of the Korean wave in adolescents that form loyalty behaviors that are members of groups or communities, the support and attention shown, and beliefs or views that stand out about the object. Teenagers who like the Korean Wave can be tried not to behave in fanaticism and negative conformity such as extreme behavior towards idols, create a community with the same characteristics of liking on the Korean wave and make fanatical behavior and positive conformity of teenagers so that society can accept that.]]>

<![CDATA[Organizational commitment is defined as the degree to which employees have confidence in and accept organizational goals or organizational regulations, and are willing to stay with the company or leave the company. The cause of the commitment that is not owned by this individual will lead to the problem of leaving employees and the side of social organization that provides discomfort. The impact of this commitment and suitable person organization provides a positive side for the company in terms of organizational culture. The purpose of this organizational commitment is to find out the factors that influence the organization according to employees in terms of the employee's organizational culture with the company. So that it will reduce the problems that exist in the company because of individual incompatibility with the company. The benefits of research on a more comprehensive study of organizational commitment and people are expected to provide more comprehensive knowledge for science.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak Kemajuan disegala sektor khsusunya dalam bidang komunikasi dan informasi dapat menimbulkan akulturasi budaya yang berdampak pada jati diri para generasi muda bangsa. Dalam hal ini dibutuhkan kepekaan akan budaya lokal bangsa sehingga mapu mempertahankan karakter dan jati diri bangsa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji implikasi dari tembhâng macapat Madhurâ dalam Bimbingan dan Konseling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui teknik kajian pustaka yang dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan sumber teks atau dokumen yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini serta wawancara mendalam yang dilakukan kepada narasumber. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu: (1) reduksi data; (2) penyajian data; dan (3) penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Tembang macapat adalah puisi tradisional Jawa, namun para leluhur Madura telah mengadopsinya dan disesuaikan dengan karakter Madura yang kemudian menjadi salah satu khazanah budaya Madura yang sarat akan pesan moral yang tinggi. Tembhâng macapat Madhurâ mengandung makna simbolik yaitu hubungan manusia dengan Tuhannya, hubungan manusia dengan dirinya, serta hubungan manusia dengan lingkungannya (orang tua, masyarakat). Tembhâng macapat Madhurâ relevan untuk dikemas dalam Bimbingan dan Konseling dan dapat diinternalisasikan dalam layan BK melalui pendekatan kelompok yakni bimbingan kelompok.]]>

<![CDATA[Keanekaragaman budaya yang ada di Indonesia dan dimiliki konseli sangat beragam. Semakin meningkatnya keragaman budaya tersebut menyadarkan Guru BK (konselor) tentang pentingnya kesadaran multikultural dalam menghadapi suatu perbedaan, sekecil apapun perbedaan tersebut. Konselor dituntut untuk memiliki kompetensi-kompetensi atau keterampilan tetentu untuk melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik. Salah satunya adalah kompetensi multikultural atau kompetensi yang dimiliki konselor secara khusus untuk memahami keanekaragaman budaya klien. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru BK mengenai konseling multibudaya terutama di Indonesia sendiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan desain studi eksplorasi serta teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan angket. Hasilnya menunjukkan pengetahuan konselor mengenai konseling multibudaya di Indonesia masih rendah.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of problem based training in reducing student academic stress. The approach used in this research is an experimental approach, specifically Quasi Experimental Designs with a one-group pretest-posttest design. This study used a sample of 8 Guidance and Counseling Students who experienced high academic stress, with purposive sampling technique. The treatment used in this research is to use problem based training services. Data analysis technique using Wilcoxon test. The results showed that the application of problem based training services could reduce student academic stress.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to further explore the empowerment of people with disabilities which is carried out personally by Mr. Sulaiman who is also a physically disabled person. The type of research that will be used is qualitative research, interview, observation, and documentation methods are used to obtain valid data. The data in this study were obtained through interviews with Mr. Sulaiman as the owner and pioneer of small and medium businesses located on Jl. Kaliurang No. Km. 13.5, Besi, Sukoharjo, Kec. Ngaglik, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The researcher also uses secondary data that comes from the documentation data contained in the place of production of the business which is located next to Mr. Sulaiman's house. The data analysis technique uses the triangulation method, which is to explore the truth of certain information through various methods and sources of data acquisition. The results showed that the empowerment carried out by Mr. Sulaiman for the disabled community was carried out personally. By starting a business and employing people with disabilities who have received services from rehabilitation centers. Mr. Sulaiman's employees are also from outside the region such as Pati, Central Java, East Java etc. It also proves that people with disabilities also have a high morale. However, the lack of employment opportunities for people with disabilities is an obstacle even though they have received services from the local rehabilitation center.]]>

<![CDATA[Divorce in parents will have an impact on the psychosocial condition of adolescents. The existence of parental divorce makes teenagers more vulnerable to having problems in the aspect of self-acceptance. Broken home teenagers often do some deviant behavior, such as skipping school, using illegal drugs, and so on. This is done by teenagers as an illustration that they have not been able to accept the conditions of the divorce. Thus, it is necessary to have psychological empowerment carried out for broken home teenagers to increase their self-acceptance. Purpose: The purpose of this literature review is to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness therapy in increasing self-acceptance of broken home adolescents. Method: The literature review method is used by collecting data about the phenomenon raised through various sources, both journals, books, and other references that are relevant to the issues and topics raised. Conclusion: mindfulness therapy is considered effective in increasing self-acceptance of broken home adolescents.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya tingkat keterampilan manajemen waktu belajar yang harus dimiliki oleh peserta siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti dan mendapatkan informasi sebarapa besar tingkat perkembangan keterampilan learning time management peserta didik setelah mendapatkan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan tehnik focus group discussion. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan sumber bacaan yang relevan dan tersedia terkait dengan topik yang dibahas dalam penelitian. Sampel artikel jurnal yang diambil sebanyak 5 dan menggunakan proses screening. Desain penelitian menggunakan table ekstraksi data dari 5 artikel jurnal yang digunakan sebagai studi pustaka untuk dilakukan analisis uraian pembahasan. Hasil studi pustaka menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan manajemen waktu belajar yang berartiterjad(Gunawan 2018)i apabila setelahnya diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan tehnik focus discussion group. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa “ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan peserta didik dalam manajemen waktu belajar”.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic Higher Education has a specific goal, namely instilling Islamic values in the learning process, so that a strong religious awareness grows for students. Religious awareness is defined as a sense of religion, divine experience, faith which is manifested in attitudes and behavior. This study aims to describe the influence of the social environment and academic culture on students' religious awareness and its implications for religious counseling in higher education. The research method used is correlational with regression analysis techniques. The respondents of this study were students of the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of IAIN Salatiga, with a total sample of 171 people. The results showed that the social environment and academic culture together had a positive effect on religious awareness. Based on the findings, the implications for religious guidance and counseling require a comprehensive approach to fully empower the potential of students]]>
