Abstract

The mortality rate for pregnant women occurs due to direct and indirect causes. The immediate cause of maternal death is usually closely related to the condition of the mother's health since pregnancy, childbirth and the puerperium. While the indirect reasons are more connected to social, economic, educational, cultural needs and lack of knowledge, the attitudes of the community, especially pregnant women, about the risk of 4T (too young, too old, too many children, too close to pregnancy) and Three Too Late (again late making decisions, late in bringing to health facilities, late in getting health services). The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in knowledge before and after about the risk of 4T in the working area of the Pinembani Public Health Center, Pinembani District, Donggala Regency through Health Counseling. This type of research is analytic with an experimental research type approach using a one-group pretest-posttest design. Namely, before doing counselling, the respondents were given a questionnaire (pretest) then after the counselling was carried out, the respondents were provided with a questionnaire for the second time (posttest) then the researcher compared the pretest-posttest results. The results showed that the mean value before (pretest) was 70.98 with a standard deviation of 15.460. At the same time, the mean value after (posttest) was 89.51 with a standard deviation of 11.169. The results of statistical tests show that the value of p (p-Value) = 0.000, which means (p> 0.05), there is a difference in the knowledge of pregnant women about the risk of 4T through health education. This research is expected for health workers at the Pinembani Public Health Center to provide more counselling or information about health at the posyandu to increase the knowledge of pregnant women.

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the Acep Belajar program on learning activities, creativity, student learning achievement and the effectiveness of classroom management. This research was carried out in class VIII B of SMPN 2 Tanasitolo from January to May 2019 which was divided into two cycles including the preparation (planning), implementation of the action, observation, evaluation, reflection, and revision of stories. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in tabular form and the calculation of the percentage of results. The results of the research obtained from the first cycle, the average value of student learning outcomes was 60.70, while in the second cycle, it was 83.70. Students who get the highest score in the process I am 20% in cycle II to 40%. Thus there is an increase in student achievement compared to conventional cooperative methods which are only able to achieve the highest score, which is still below 20% or around 4%. Besides that, student learning activities in the discussion were below 12% after the second cycle increased to 16%. The type of research used in this research is experimental research that seeks to find the influence of other variables under tightly controlled conditions. The research method used in this research is quantitative analysis method, namely study that emphasizes its analysis on numerical data or numbers obtained by statistical methods and is carried out in inferential study or the context of hypothesis testing so that the significance of the relationship between the variables studied is obtained. This research is a process that begins with observations in the form of prior experiences on the implementation of learning in class IX.2 SMP Negeri 2 Sengkang, Wajo Regency in the way of preliminary data collection. The results in this study are that students 'perceptions of learning using probing techniques are positive, students feel learning becomes more interesting; students' thinking skills become more trained by answering questions from the teacher. Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is giving breast milk only without giving other food and drinks to babies from birth to six months. In Indonesia, it shows that currently breastfeeding is still a concern, the percentage of infants who are exclusively breastfed for up to 6 months is only 30.2%, of the national breastfeeding target of 80%. This figure is clearly below the WHO target, which requires breastfeeding coverage of up to 50%. One of the areas that are still worrying about exclusive breastfeeding is the village of Ogomatanang. There are still many breastfeeding mothers who do not provide exclusive breastfeeding in Ogomatanang Village. Therefore, the researcher wanted to know the relationship between maternal knowledge and family support with exclusive breastfeeding for children 6-24 months in Ogomatanang Village. The design of this research is analytical research with the Cross-Sectional Study approach. This study used an Accidental sampling technique, with a total sample of 45 respondents. The test used in this research is using the Chi-square test. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding with p-value = 2.31> 0.05. There was a meaningful relationship between family support and exclusive breastfeeding in Ogomatanang Village, Lampasio District, Toli-Toli Regency with p-value = 0.00 <0.05 This study suggests mothers and families in the Ogomatanang Village, Lampasio District, Toli-Toli Regency always to provide exclusive breastfeeding to children 6-24 months of age because breastfeeding is essential for children's growth and development.
