Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the influence of work culture and the application of online employee performance targets on job performance assessments at the Padang City Trade Office. Factors that can affect Job Performance are work culture and Online Employee Performance Targets. This research uses the associative quantitative method. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The sample in this study were civil servants at the Padang City Trade Office, totaling 78 employees. The data collection tool in this study was a questionnaire using a Likert scale measurement. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between work culture on work performance and the result of the R Adjusted Square value of 0.144. Furthermore, in the employee performance target variable on Job Performance Appraisal, there is also a significant influence with the R Adjusted Square value of 0.226 and there is a simultaneous significant influence between Work Culture and Employee Performance Targets on Work Performance seen from the regression test results with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.267. So that it can be concluded that there is a statement or influence partially or simultaneously in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy of the Tanah Datar Youth and Sports Tourism Office in developing Aua Sarumpun Tourism Object, to describe the inhibiting and supporting factors in the development of Aua Sarumpun Tourism Object. This research is processed by qualitative analysis techniques with descriptive methods, for data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of research and discussion , it was found that the strategy for developing Aua Sarumpun tourism objects by the Youth and Sports Tourism Office was only by promoting using social media such as Instagram and Facebook and holding one event such as the Camp Art Festival which was held in August 2020 as well as in terms of facilities and infrastructure to pave the road approximately 300 meters. In terms of developing Aua Sarumpun tourism objects, there are still obstacles faced by the Tourism, Youth and Sports Office of Tanah Datar Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the significant effect of Work Environment and Integrity together with Work Discipline. This research was conducted at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatra Province. This research uses associative descriptive method. The research variable uses the independent variable, namely the Work Environment and Integrity, while the variable is Work Discipline. The population of this study were employees at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Sumatra Province. because the number of samples of this population is less than 100, the number of samples in this study is the sum of the entire population of 78 employees. So that the sampling in this study is used as a whole or called total sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire distributed to respondents with a Likert scale measurement. The analysis of this research uses multiple linear regression test using SPSS 20.0 software. The results of the study indicate that: 1) There is a significant influence between the Work Environment on Employee Work Discipline Adjusted R Square of 0.210 and a significance value of 0.00 which means it is smaller than 0.05. 2) Integrity has a significant effect on Employee Discipline Adjusted R Square of 0.137 and a significance value of 0.01 which means it is smaller than 0.05. And 3) simultaneously Work Environment and Integrity have a significant effect on Employee Discipline Adjusted R Square of 0.268 of 0.00 which means less than 0.05.

Abstract

This study describes the development of the cultural heritage of the Ombilin coal mine in Sawahlunto City. The background of this research is, the lack of public awareness in managing world heritage sites, limited human resources, and limited facilities and infrastructure. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to develop the cultural heritage of the Ombilin coal mine in Sawahlunto City and what are the factors that influence the implementation of the development of the cultural heritage of the Ombilin coal mine in Sawahlunto City and studied using Collaborative Governance theory. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative method. The selection of informants was carried out by purposive sampling technique, and to test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Data was collected by means of interviews, documentation studies and observations. Data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data presentation, data verification. The results of the study indicate that the development of the Ombilin coal mine cultural heritage can be said to have been carried out well, although in its development there are still shortcomings and obstacles faced.

Abstract

The purpose of writing is to analyze the Implementation of E-Government in Public Services with a case study of the Implementation of Electronic ID Card Services in Pulomerak District. The indicators used are accountable, participatory, orderly, and precise. This study uses a qualitative method with data sources, namely secondary data with data collection techniques library research. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the application of the Electronic ID card in Pulomerak District cannot be said to be effective so that the output produced is not optimal and in accordance with the objectives of population administration. Despite the many obstacles and problems that occurred during the implementation of the Electronic ID card program, there has been positive progress in the administrative system. The local government needs to improve the quality of human resources, especially technical employees and increase the provision of infrastructure for printing electronic ID cards. It can be concluded that so far the implementation of electronic ID card services in Pulomerak District has not run optimally, but it has been able to bring changes in the form of reducing double data in Pulomerak District.

Abstract

This study discusses the evaluation of political communication between the political elite and the community in 9 Ilir Village, Ilir Timur III District, Palembang City. In this study, the approach used is a qualitative approach, with 6 informants. This research was conducted in 9 Ilir Village, Ilir Timur III District, Palembang City. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used interactive analysis with steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the evaluation of political communication between political elites and the community in 9 Ilir Village, Ilir Timur III District, Palembang City so far has gone well, this can be seen from the political communication process of the political elite, in simple terms, the communication process consists of several elements, namely: Communicate as a giver of information; Information, data, facts, or opinions as the message conveyed; and Communicators as recipients of information. In addition, communication will require media or means in the process of delivering information from the communicant to the communicator. After the delivery of information occurs, then there will be reciprocity of the communication process. Likewise, in political communication, in the process there is an exchange of political information from the communicant to the communicator.

Abstract

The economic aspect, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is greatly affected due to this pandemic. The current rules are not fully known to the public, so they do not understand what the opportunities and challenges are in this new standard era because they are still not 100% free from corona, that's why we made this research. The subjects of this research are Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kebonsari Village, Surabaya, the length of the study was carried out from March to early June 2022. The research conducted was survey research and data analysis. directly and the use of questionnaires. The government's latest policy has caused changes in people's behavior which is usually called the new standard era, almost all community activities are carried out online. MSME actors must pay attention to product quality, by paying attention to and improving product quality, the level of consumer satisfaction will increase. Therefore, MSME actors must be able to pay attention to the opportunities and challenges that exist

Abstract

The Nusantara Student Exchange Program-Credit Transfer System with Information Technology (PERMATA-SAKTI) is one of the Directorate General of Higher Education (Dikti) grant programs to support Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy in universities. There are several obstacles in this virtual exchange of students, including cooperation between universities, information dissemination, and information and technology systems. Based on these, a university must provide the management of the PERMATA-SAKTI program following the principles of Good University Governance (GUG). This study aims to describe and analyze of the PERMATA-SAKTI program from the GUG perspective. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The results of the research findings are that private university has implemented the GUG aspects. However, it is necessary to improve quality assurance, human resources, organization/management, technology, and information and developing cooperation. The results of this study are expected to be input in the next PERMATA-SAKTI program management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of employees of the Directorate of High Schools of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology after the organizational restructuring. In this study, there is a problem, namely after the restructuring, the performance of employees of the Directorate of High School has not been fully optimal in working. This research uses employee performance theory according to Robbins, namely Quality, Quantity, Punctuality, Effectiveness, Independence and Work Commitment. The method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. This research was sourced from data from scientific journals, official websites, and supporting documents that describe the performance of employees at the Directorate of High Schools after the restructuring. The results showed that employee performance after restructuring was not optimal because employees were still being adjusted to the changes that occurred and there were still obstacles felt by employees in completing their work. However, the quality of performance provided for educational units (SMA) such as technical guidance and assistance services is good. The responsibility that employees have in completing their duties is good. However, there is still a low level of employee discipline in working hours.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of the blue economy concept and the role of stakeholders in it in the maritime area of Semarang City. In this study using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through library research in the form of research documents, journal publications, and government website data. The results of the study concluded that the strategy for implementing the blue economy in the city of Semarang is by utilizing technology to maximize aquaculture and trade in the coastal areas of Semarang city. Furthermore, the role of inter-stakeholders needs to be maintained in synergy to achieve maximum results later.
