Jurnal Manajemen dan Ilmu Administrasi Publik (JMIAP) memuat artikel dan karya ilmiah baik berupa hasil penelitian maupun non penelitian. JMIAP bertujuan untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran atau gagasan konseptual dan hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai di bidang manajemen pelayanan publik dan administrasi Publik. <![CDATA[This research is to conduct an analysis of the Smart Indonesia Program (PIP) in reducing school dropouts in Bandung Regency. Using secondary data analysis through observations and literature studies with the focus of this research directed at analyzing program criteria, namely; Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Accuracy. The results showed that in terms of effectiveness it was effective in reducing the dropout rate. In terms of efficiency, there are still students who should receive PIP that have not been touched by the program. In terms of adequacy, it is effective in reducing the dropout rate. In terms of equitable distribution, the program has not been evenly distributed. In terms of responsiveness, the lack of socialization and information obtained by the community and educational institutions is not optimal. In terms of accuracy, the distribution and supervision of the use of program funds have not been precise.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to learn more about the various communication strategies used by the Serang Regency Investment and One-Stop Service Office (DPMPTSP), through this the government increases permission for people to do certain things, so that this will make life easier. easy for many people. This study uses a qualitative approach that relies on descriptive data collection techniques, such as observation and interviews. This research gives the result that the strategy used is to build communication through internal and external approaches. Internal approach communication is carried out by building emotional closeness to each individual who works within the Investment and One-Stop Service Office of Serang Regency, so that it can produce cooperation with good output in providing services to the community. As for the external approach communication strategy, namely carrying out a communication strategy that aims to create excellent public services through innovation in non-business licensing services and business licensing. The implementation of the non-business licensing system is carried out through the SIMPONIE Wabsite (Online Licensing Management Information System) as a non-business licensing service facility that is not processed through the OSS (Online Single Submission) system, to simplify and speed up business licensing for business actors. Through the OSS (Online Single Submission) service in collaboration with the regional government, namely the Serang Regency One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Service to socialize and assist with problems for business actors in their area.]]>

<![CDATA[This motivation of research was the issues of distributing subsidized fertilizers in Sungai Tarab District, namely the price of subsidized fertilizers is higher than the HET, subsidized fertilizers are not sufficient to meet the farmers needs and delays in the distribution of subsidized fertilizers. This research was conducted with the aim of conducting an implementation analysis and evaluation of the implementation of the subsidized fertilizer distribution program for farmers in Sungai Tarab District.The research method was descriptive qualitative and determining research informants using purposive sampling. The research location was conducted in Sungai Tarab District. The techniques for data collection were conducted through techniques by interview and documentation studies. Validity test of the data utilizing the source triangulation technique by cross-referencing data gathered from several sources. The collected data is then transcribed, re-read and then conclusions drawn. The results of the study show that the implementation of the subsidized fertilizer distribution program for farmers in Sungai Tarab Subdistrict has four factors which include communication, resources, attitude of implementers and bureaucratic structure.]]>

<![CDATA[This research purpose to reveal the role of the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling beggars. This study uses quasi-qualitative methods and determines research informants using purposive sampling. This research uses techniques by source triangulation and techniques by data collection using observation, interviews and documentation. While the techniques for data analysis used by researchers are data collection, data reduction, display and verification and confirmation of conclusions. The research results shown that the Civil Service Police Unit in controlling beggars in the city of Padang has carried out its duties as a regulator, dynamist, facilitator and catalyst well. <![CDATA[This research purposes to analyze environmental sustainability aspects based on natural heritage conservation and resource management at turtle beach tourism objects in Nagari Ampiang Parak, South Coastal District, researchers conducted research using qualitative methods with purposive sampling techniques, the techniques for data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity test of the data using analysis by source triangulation, namely reduction for data, data presentation, make conclusions. The turtle beach destination is said to be environmentally sustainable in terms of natural heritage conservation and resource management. The results showed that natural heritage conservation management was not optimal, information media such as sites did not exist, resource management was not optimal because destinations did not yet have renewable energy, did not have guidelines for monitoring reduced water use and did not have data and reports on water quality.]]>

<![CDATA[Along with the growth of cellular phone subscribers in Indonesia, cellular network operators continue to strive to build infrastructure to establish broader service coverage areas, thus, increasing the quality of service. Regional Rules & Regulations in DKI Jakarta are intended to regulate the BTS towers within an area. However, they become a barrier for Telecommunications operators to meet the needs of good networks/signals. Changes in the zoning of telecommunication towers can meet the needs of operators and increase customer satisfaction. This study uses qualitative method analysis with an interview. The results show that policy evaluation regarding the implementation of telecommunication towers has yet to meet the needs of telecommunication tower providers (Tower Providers) and has been shown to cause areas that operator signal networks cannot cover. This situation impacts the satisfaction of particular customers and can threaten the business continuity of the operator. Conclusion of the Policy of the Governor of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta Number 14 of 2014, concerning the Implementation of Telecommunication Towers for Telecommunication Tower Providers, the annexse to the zoning of telecommunication towers needs to be reviewed because it has not been able to meet the needs of telecommunication tower providers and can pose a threat to business continuity.]]>

<![CDATA[The adoption of decentralized and autonomous systems has created numerous opportunities for regional governments to drive development in various sectors, including rural governance. With the rapid advancement of technology, it is important for governments to keep up with the development of digital services. Lawatan Village is a prime example of a community that has successfully implemented the concept of a digital village. This research aims to investigate the development of a digital village in Lawatan Village, Dukuhturi District, Tegal Regency. The focus of the research is examined through the theory of successful elements of e-government development as identified by the Harvard JFK School of Government, consisting of support, capacity, and value. This research employs a qualitative, descriptive method in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the digital village development in Lawatan. The findings indicate that the Lawatan Village Government has successfully implemented the concept of a digital village with the support of the government and sufficient resource management capacity. The development of a digital village has provided benefits to both the village.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia's economic growth in 20221 shows a positive figure, namely 3.69% yoi. This growth experienced a significant increase compared to economic growth in 2020 which experienced a contraction at minus 2.07%. This economic growth certainly gives good hope for the growth and movement of the Indonesian economy in 2022. One of the strategies implemented by the Ministry of Investment/BKPM RI is the preparation of an Investment Opportunity Map that is ready to be offered to Investors. This program is State facilitation for investors to invest their capital by providing all the necessary information in the form of a pre-financial study (pre-FS). The research aims to describe the effectiveness of the program for compiling investment opportunity maps in supporting the achievement of investment realization in Indonesia at the Ministry of Investment/BKPM RI. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, the output of which is the publication of the ISSN national journal OJS and national seminars. The results of this study indicate that the PPI program is effective in increasing investment realization in Indonesia. The seven indicators consisting of Clarity of Goals to be Achieved, Clarity of Strategy for Achievement of Goals, Steady Policy Analysis and Formulation Process, Mature Planning, Proper Programming, Availability of Facilities and Infrastructure, Educational Monitoring and Control System all show a high level of effectiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose research is to find out how the supervision of the agriculture and food security service in Pandglang Regency and the effectiveness of the performance of its employees, and to find out how much influence the supervision has on the effectiveness of the performance of its employees. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all civil servants and non-PNS employees. The sample in the study, namely the entire population that was used as the research sample, totaled 46 employees, taking the sample with total sampling. The entire population is used as a sample if it is below 100. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, direct observation at the research location, questionnaires, and library research. The results of this study, there is a positive and significant influence of the monitoring variable on the effectiveness of employee performance at the agriculture and food security service in Pandeglang district with the results of hypothesis testing if tcount > ttable then the hypothesis is accepted. From the results of the research with the help of SPSS v.23, the results were 5.960 > 2.015 with a significance level of 0.000 (0.000 <0.05). Meanwhile, in the interpretation table of the correlation coefficient, the correlation value is 0.612. This figure is in the range between 0.60-0.799 so that it has a strong level of influence. This means that if the value of the monitoring variable increases, the effectiveness of employee performance will also increase.]]>

<![CDATA[Employee performance is less effective because there are employees who don't arrive on time, there are employees who are not in place during working hours, and there is poor communication between employees in the working relationship. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality, quantity, timeliness and work effectiveness of the employees of RSUD Mohammad Natsir Solok. The type of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees and the sample obtained using the Slovin formula, namely 80 respondents with a sample collection technique namely quota sampling and the data analysis technique used was univariate data analysis. The results of the study on the description of the quality, quantity, timeliness and work effectiveness of the employees of RSUD Mohammad Natsir Solok is high, although some are still low. For this reason, suggestions that can be submitted are in order to maintain and further improve the performance of the employees of RSUD Mohammad Natsir Solok both in terms of indicators of quality, quantity, timeliness and work effectiveness of employees.]]>
