Abstract

Community Service is one of the tri dharmas of higher education that can be aimed at increasing a sense of concern for the community by sharing knowledge and skills. The objectives of this Community Service activity are: (1) providing training on Sambal Hiyung marketing (2) providing education about marketing through social media (3) building collaboration between the Faculty of Tourism, Pelita Harapan University and the SML UMKM Center (4) carrying out one of the functions Tri Dharma higher education, especially in the field of Community Service. Therefore, the Community Service team carried out training activities to provide training on Sambal Hiyung marketing in the form of online workshops to a number of SML MSME Center business actors digitally, based on the problems faced by SML MSME Center business actors who needed new products to increase their income by opening the opportunity to become a reseller. It is hoped that this activity can be useful for MSME Center business.

Abstract

Pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pelaku UKM terhadap penggunaan Digital Marketing dan Social Media Marketing ini dilakukan secara daring atau onlive via zoom pada 09 Januari 2022 . Pelatihan ini disampaikan oleh 2 pemateri dengan peserta sebanyak 65 pengelola UKM yang menghasilkan produk makanan kemasan ringan di Tangerang. Pelatihan diawali dengan penyajian pre-test yang diberikan pemateri untuk mengetahui kemampuan peserta sebelum mengikuti pelatihan dalam hal pemahaman terhadap digital Marketing dan Social Media Marketing. Pre test berjumlah 16 soal terkait dengan Digital Marketing dan Social Media Marketing. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan Digital Marketing dan Social Media Marketing sebagai aktivitas PKM dengan tujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan Digital Marketing dan Social Media Marketing dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Semangat dan antusias peserta terlihat dari tanya jawab dan diskusi selama pelatihan. Materi pelatihan disampaikan dengan baik, lugas dan mudah dipahami peserta dan dapat diterima dengan baik, dukungan dari manajemen pun sudah cukup baik untuk mendukung tujuan dari pelatihan ini. Beberapa kendala atau hambatan seperti keterbatasan waktu penyampaian pelatihan sehingga hasilnya belum optimal. Sebagai indikator perubahan kemampuan peserta dalam memahami Digital Marketing dan Social Media Marketing , sebelum pelatihan hasil pre test peserta rata-rata 40 % dan setelah pelatihan hasil post test peserta rata-rata 70%, ada peningkatan 30%.

Abstract

Pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran system manajemen keamanan pangan ini dilakukan secara daring atau onlive via zoom pada 08 Januari 2022 . Pelatihan ini disampaikan oleh 2 pemateri dengan peserta sebanyak 89 pengelola UKM yang menghasilkan produk makanan kemasan ringan di Tangerang. Pelatihan diawali dengan penyajian pre-test yang diberikan pemateri untuk mengetahui kemampuan peserta sebelum mengikuti pelatihan dalam hal pemahaman terhadap system manajemen keamanan pangan. Pre test berjumlah 16 soal terkait dengan system manajemen keamanan panganPelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan sistem manajemen keamanan pangan FSSC 22000 sebagai aktivitas PKM dengan tujuan meningkatkan kepedulian kemanan pangan pengelola UKM dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Semangat dan antusias peserta terlihat dari tanya jawab dan diskusi selama pelatihan. Abstract

Pengusaha dibidang makanan kecil yang terbuat dari ketela merupakan salah satu usaha yang perlu mendapat perhatian .Sejak beberapa dekade lalu prediksi Indonesia akan menjadi salah satu negara maju cukup marak digaungkan berbagai pihak. Namun, untuk menjadi negara maju, tentunya tidak akan berjalan mulus, jika tidak didukung dengan kecukupan proporsi jumlah enterprenuer (pengusaha). Padahal agar masalah kemiskinan dan pengangguran teratasi, setidaknya diperlukan 4 juta pengusaha baru di negara kita. Dengan munculnya para pengusaha, ada sebuah irisan yang bersambung bahwa lapangan kerja semakin terbuka lebar. Jika dari 4 juta pengusaha masing-masing membutuhkan 10 tenaga kerja saja, berarti akan ada 40 juta orang yang bisa dikaryakan. Dengan begitu pengangguran akan berkurang. Secara matematis, ketika pengangguran berkurang, tingkat kemiskinan pun akan mengikuti, berkurang juga. Indonesia saat ini membutuhkan para wirausaha muda untuk dapat mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi negara. Menkop Puspayoga menjelaskan, berdasarkan data BPS 2016 dengan jumlah penduduk 252 juta, jumlah wirausaha non pertanian yang menetap mencapai 7,8 juta orang atau 3,1 persen. Dengan demikian tingkat kewirausahaan Indonesia telah melampaui 2 persen dari populasi penduduk, sebagai syarat minimal suatu masyarakat akan sejahtera. Untuk meningkatkan penghasilan bagi pengusaha dari ketela perlu adanya inovasi baik dari segi rasa, kemasan maupun ,pengolahan..Pelatihan wirausaha khususnya di bidang pengelolaan produk dari ketela wilayah Desa Limbangan menjadi pertimbanagn Tim Pengabdian masyarakat Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Semarang untuk melakukan kegiatan pelatihan terutama bagaimana mengembangkan produk yang terbuat dari ketela. Kegiatan diharapkan dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan sehingga memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan ekonomi di lingkungan Desa Limbangan.

Abstract

Partners in this activity are teachers from one of the junior high schools in Tangerang as an effort to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers through PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) lesson study. More than 75% of students must take remedial final exams to meet the minimum completeness criteria. This partnership program aims to increase the knowledge of teachers about the fulfillment of students' learning rights. Based on the problems faced by partners, the solutions offered are training and lesson study assistance. The result of this activity is an increase in pedagogic competence which is marked by increasing teacher knowledge in the form of making chapter designs and lesson designs in collaboration with colleagues, as well as increasing the fulfillment of students' learning rights marked by the creation of an active, creative, effective, innovative, and fun learning atmosphere. In addition, PKM lesson study produces outputs in the form of scientific articles published in national or international journals.

Abstract

The Community Service Program that we will carry out is located in Wonolopo Village, Mijen District, Semarang with the target audience of herbal medicine business players. The main problem is that so far the herbal medicine business actors do not know about the importance of online marketing and promotion, especially during the covid 19 period.In the implementation of this service, the method used is counseling on how to process herbal medicine in a clean and hygienic manner as well as training on marketing and online or online promotions so that during the current covid 19 pandemic, herbal products from members of the Jamu Sumber Husodo community, Wonolopo Village are better known in the community who will later will have an impact on increasing sales.The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge and training about marketing and promotion on line or online by utilizing internet media.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to help increase income for women in the Purwoyoso village, because the COVID pandemic has reduced income due to a reduction in employees and a reduction in working hours. The method used in this community service activity is to provide direct training with tutorials in the field by teaching how to make clothes lubricants and deodorizers. The results of the service are expected that mothers have skills in making clothes lubricants and fragrances. Having skills in making lubricants and fragrances, mothers can produce which can later be used alone or sold so that additional income can be obtain.

Abstract

The family is an institution that plays an important role in a society. The existence of a harmonious and happy family can be one form of an advanced society. A prosperous family in it regardless of economic difficulties where the family can meet all the needs of life, starting from the affairs of the stomach, clothing and boards. Currently, many families are aground and fall apart due to the economic factors that hit. The purpose of this activity is to provide training and entrepreneurship development and management for joint business groups as well as housewives and young women in Bendan Duwur Village, Semarang. Through this activity, they motivated the women of Bendan Duwur Village, Semarang to promote local products to become superior products from the City of Semarang in order to face the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). Furthermore, there is an increase in partners' motivation to become entrepreneurs and improve the quality of their products. Abstract

One of the things that makes a quality written work is related to the element of plagiarism which often occurs as a result of not using a reference manager in citations. In managing references sourced from books or journals, it can be done with the help of several available software/applications, such as Mendeley. Existence software such as Mendeley which can be used to assist with citation writing, allows writers to process their reference documents. Based on the results the implementation of the activity shows that there is an increase in the knowledge and abilities of the participants related to the Mendeley Application before and after the training. However, in terms of the ability to install applications on laptops and Ms. Word as well as using the Application Mendeley to make a bibliography some participants have not been able to master maximum (100%), so it must still be assisted and directed even though the training has been completed implemented. The problem-solving method used is based on the approach management in increasing production and sales results in 3 (three) stages of program implementation, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation.

Abstract

Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Ceria Desa Pagersari Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten KendalUsaha merupakan salah satu Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) yang ada di Kabupaten Kendal. Anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Ceria Desa Pagersari Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal belum mempunyai skill dibidang keuangan khususnya pengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) berupa penyuluhan tentang literasi pengelolaan keuangan keluarga bagi anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Ceria Desa Pagersari Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal, dengan tujuan agar anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Ceria Desa Pagersari Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal mampu mengelola keuaangan keluarga dan menyusun laporan keuangannya. Metode kegiatan dalam bentuk pendekatan participatory training, yaitu : penyuluhan dan monitoring serta evaluasi. Adapun hasil kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Semarang (FE USM) berupa penyuluhan tentang literasai pengelolaan keuangan keluarga bagi anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Ceria Desa Pagersari Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal adalah kegiatan PKM telah terlaksana dan diketahui bahwa ternyata anggota Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Ceria Desa Pagersari Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal sudah mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilannya dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga.
