Integritas Jurnal Manajemen Profesional [IJMPro] adalah jurnal ilmiah yang concern dalam penelitian teoritik dan masalah-masalah seputar bidang manajemen. IJMPro dikelola dan diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Manajemen Program Magister Universitas Indo Global Mandiri Palembang. Artikel yang dimuat dalam jurnal IJMPro adalah penelitian asli dalam bidang manajmen dengan fokus pada manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen pemasaran, manajemen keuangan dan manajemen operasi. IJMPro tidak akan menerima artikel penelitian atau naskah yang telah dikirim dan dipublikasi di tempat lain dan juga ulasan buku, evaluasi program atau artikel penelitian yang hanya menjelaskan tentang manajemen atau diluar fokus tersebut. Abstract

This research is a qualitative method research, it is conducted to analyze brand awareness and customer satisfaction from one of the FINTECH OVO electronic payment application systems. In analyzing the brand awareness, there are top of mind indicators, brand recall, brand recognition, and unware brand. Meanwhile, to analyze customer satisfaction with 5 indicators namely, tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Those are analyzed by using direct interviews to customers and in analyzing companies, namely PT. International Visionet uses SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix. In this research, there were 100 samples, with the location of the distribution of questionnaires dissemination in several locations of shopping centers, offices and universities in Palembang city. Based on the results of interviews with OVO customers, the results on brand awareness and customer satisfaction were divided into several groups, namely from the grouping of respondents by age, occupation, education address and gender. In the brand awareness variable, 70% of customers were aware of the product in terms of top of mind indicators, 77.25% brand recall, 93% brand recognition and 73.5% unware brand. Meanwhile, for the customer satisfaction variable the results obtained were tangibles 83%, reliability 95.75%, responsiveness 74.5%, assurance 94% and empaty 55%. For the analysis at PT. Visionet International, the results of a SWOT analysis using the SWOT matrix and Cartesian diagrams, the results of the analysis showed that an X axis was 0.8 and a Y axis was 0.7. Therefore, based on the research findings, it showed that the strategy which must be done by the company was to use the company's strength strategy and to take advantage of opportunities that exist in the company.

Abstract

Riset with the title Effect of Work Motivation and Discipline and Leadership Style on Police Performance in Banyuasin Regional Police. The purpose of this study answers the problem formulation, which is first to analyze the effect of motivation, discipline and leadership style together (simultaneously) on the performance of the police in the Banyuasin Regional Police. Second, analyze the effect of motivation on police performance. Third, analyze the effect of discipline on police performance. Fourth, analyze the influence of leadership style on police performance. The design of this study is an associative type of research, which is to find out the relationship between two variables X (motivation, discipline, and leadership style) and Y (performance). The population of 462 people, with a sample of 82 respondents Banyuasin Police Personnel with an error rate of 10%. The F Test result states that there is a significant relationship between Motivational Variables (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Leadership Style (X3), on the Bound Variable, namely Police Performance (Y). T-test results of the three independent variables have a Sig coefficient value, namely that there is a significant relationship between Motivational Variables (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Leadership Style (X3), on the Bound Variable, namely Police Performance (Y1). The results of the multiple regression equation Y = 0.503 + 0.190X1 + 0.188X2 + 0.440X3. The three coefficients of the free variable are positive, this shows a positive linear direction (unidirectional) between Motivational Variables (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Leadership Style (X3), on the Bound Variable, namely Police Performance (Y). This study concludes first, work motivation, work discipline, and leadership style together have a significant effect on the performance of the Banyuasin Regional Police. Second, work motivation, work discipline, and leadership style partially have a significant effect on performance. Third, the leadership style contributed greatly to the Banyuasin Police Performance, while the lowest was the Work discipline towards the Banyuasin Police Performance (Y).

Abstract

The company's policy on financial decisions taken by the company will determine the company's performance reflecting in the results of performance ratios will ultimately increase or decrease the firm value. The manufacturing sector in financial decisions is taken by manager focused on improving the company's internal performance and measured through profitability risk ratios through the Return on Assets (ROA) ratio, liquidity risk ratio through Current Ratio (CR), and leverage ratios through the Debt Equity Ratio (DER) so that achievement of the three ratios is expected to increase investor trust to increase the company value. This research was aimed to determine the ROA, CR and DER of Firm Value (FV). The population of this research was the automotive manufacturing company listed on the IDX. The method of determining the sample used purposive sampling based on the criteria determined with 12 automotive manufacturing companies as the sample. The secondary data research data was obtained from IDX (www. Idx.co.id). The hypothesis testing used was multiple analysis techniques with the SPSS version 23 application. The data testing used was t test, that ROA had a negative effect on FV with t count -4.333 <t table 2.0141, CR had a negative effect on FV with -5.632 <2.0141 and DER had an effect on FV with 9,289> 2.0141 and ROA, CR, and DER had an effect on FV with F count 51,872> F table 4.0670. The results proved that partially ROA had a negative effect on FV, CR hada negative effect on FV, DER had a positive effect on FV. While simultaneously ROA, CR and DER had an effect on FV.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini Dilakukan Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan Dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2013 – 2017. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui (1) Pengaruh Debt To Equity Ratio Terhadap Harga Saham (2) Pengaruh Return On Asset Terhadap Harga Saham (3) Pengaruh Earning Per Share Terhadap Harga Saham Dan (4) Pengaruh Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Earning Per Share Secara Simultan Terhadap Harga Saham. Metode Penelitian Yang Digunakan Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Pendekatan Kuantitatif. Teknik Sampling Yang Digunakan Pada Penelitian Ini Ditentukan Dengan Metode Purposive Sampling Dengan Sampel 10 Perusahaan. Metode Analisis Data Dalam Penelitian Ini Yaitu Analisis Regresi Berganda Dan Uji Asumsi Klasik Yang Terdiri Dari Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikoleniaritas, Uji Heteroskedasitas, Uji Autokorelasi, Uji T, Uji F Dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan (1) Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) Berpengaruh Negatif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Harga Saham, (2) ROA Tidak Berpengaruh Secara Signifikan Terhadap Harga Saham, (3) EPS Berpengaruh Positif Dan Signifikan Terhadap Harga Saham. DER, ROA, EPS Berpengaruh Secara Simultan Terhadap Harga Saham. Hasil Uji Koefisien Determinasi Diperoleh R2 Sebesar 0,896 Atau 89,6% Yang Berarti Bahwa Kemampuan Variabel Debt To Equity, Return On Asset Dan Earning Per Share Dalam Menjelaskan Variabel Harga Saham Sebesar 89,6% Sementara Sisanya 10,4% Dijelaskan Oleh Faktor-Faktor Lain Yang Tidak Dimasukkan Dalam Penelitian.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine and analyze how the effect of Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio and Debt To Asset Ratio on Return On Assets of Cooperatives in Palembang City. The research sample comprised of 30 cooperatives financial reports with a total of 6 observations for 5 years and selected by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used was linear regression analysis techniques. In this research, the liquidity variable was measured using the Current ratio, debt was measured using Debt to Equity Ratio, debt ratio was measured using Debt to total asset ratio and Profitability was measured using Return On Assets (ROA). The hypothesis testing used was multiple analysis techniques with the SPSS version 23 application. The results showed that CR partially had a positive and significant effect on ROA. While partially DER had a negative and significant effect on ROA. Partially DAR had a negative and significant effect on ROA Simultaneously, the effect of CR, DER, and DAR had a positive and significant effect on ROA with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 67.2% while the remaining 32.8% was affected by other variables.

Abstract

The research purpose was to determine the effect of coordination, interpersonal communication and competence on the employees performance of the SPAM Development Unit in South Sumatra Province. The collected data was primary data with 50 respondents as the sample. The quantitative data was displayed in the form of table and analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 24.0. The analysis results revealed that: (1) it was obtained a significance level of 0.001>0.05 and t. 1.750<t.table 2.0086 it therefore can be concluded that there was a significant effect between coordination and performance; (2) it was obtained a significance level of 0,000<0,05 and t. 1,401<t. Table 2.0086 it hence can be concluded that there was a significant effect of interpersonal communication on performance; (3) it was obtained a significance level of 0,000<0,05 and t. 4,384> t. Table 2,0086, it then can be concluded that there was a significant effect of competence on performance and; (4) it was obtained a significance level of 0,000 <0.05 and F. count 23,044> F. table 1.599. It ultimately can be concluded that there was a significant effect coordination, interpersonal communication, and competence simultanously on the employees performance of the SPAM development unit in South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Promotion Mix on Sales Volume of Jtrust Bisnis Savings Products at Bank Jtrust Indonesia Tbk Palembang Branch. This research instrument uses a questionnaire, then uses multiple linear regression to process data that has been tabulated from the results of respondents' answers. The results of the study concluded, first, the advertising variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y). Second, the sales promotion variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y). Third, public relations and publication (X3) variables have a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y). Fourth, personal sales variables (X4) have a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y). Fifth, the direct marketing variable (X5) has a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y). The six advertising variables (X1), sales promotion (X2), public relations and publications (X3), personal sales (X4), direct marketing (X5) have a positive and significant effect on sales volume (Y). This means that the independent variable (X) together increases, so the sales volume (Y) increases.

Abstract

Purpose. Formulations of the problem in this research is there any influence leadership style and discipline to employee performance. Design/methodology. This research was associative. The location of this study addressed at Jalan Sudirman No. 01 KM. 10 Village Cambai District of Cambai Prabumulih zip code 31141. The sample in this study as many as 50 people, with saturated Sampling analysis techniques. The data used are primary data. Data were collected through questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is the qualitative and quantitative analysis. Techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial). Finding. Results of the testing that has been done from this study indicate that the multiple linear regression calculation results obtained Y = 1.881 + 0,391X1 + 0,354X2, for the F test obtained Fhitung (9.175)> F table (3.20), meaning that there is influence leadership style and discipline work on employee performance SDOs Cambai Prabumulih, for the t test of leadership style variable (X1) obtained t (4.333)> t table (2.011), meaning that the leadership style partially influence on employee performance. T test variable work discipline (X2) obtained t (2.545)> t table (2.011), meaning that the work discipline partially influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem study was how the influence of Influence Service Quality Tax on Land and Building Tax Revenue in Rular and Urban Sector in the Gelumbang sub-district of Muara Enim. This study was aimed to find out the service quality tanx on land and building tax revenue in rural and urban sector in the Gelumbang sub-district of Muara Enim. This study was type associative research. The research sample in this study used 99 samples with a purposive sampling technique by slovin formula. The data used in this study was primary data taken by questionnaire. The techniques analysis used were regression linear simple and test the hypothesis. The results of the research found that the Service Quality Tax gave an influence on Land and Building Tax Revenue in Rural and Urban Sector in the Gelumbang sub-district of Muara Enim.

Abstract

The research purpose was specifically to analyze and assess the effect of recruitment, training, and placement of experts on the capacity building of regional representatives council partially and simultaneously. The research method used an associative survey approach, the collection of field data used questionnaires and interviews,analyzing data used quantitative techniques (tools, spss 23). The research population was 114 DPRD secretariat employees with 60 employees as the sample. The t-test results implied that partially recruitment affected on capacity building with t count 2.511 > t table 2.003, while partially training had a positive and not significant effect with t count 0.200 < t table 2.003, and partially placement had a negative and not significant effect on capacity building. The results of the F test revealed that simultaneously recruitment, training,and placement had a positive and significant effect on capacity building with F count 2.809 > F table 2.76.
