Abstract

Syaria economy is part of global industry. Every country in the world has a different background in establishing the country, for instances different values, differences in natural resources, and others. For this reason, the approach used to elaborate each of the problems will be different because different country has different methods to face the economic globalization. Compromising the rationality of the cooperative economic thoughts and the sharia economics is a method to find a new balance point between local wisdom, national ideals, and the values of the Indonesian nation in responding to economic globalization. There are two approaches used in this paper. Firstly, "field study" or direct observation on the object of research which are the cooperatives. Secondly, approaching to the sharia economic agents and the academics, termed as "librarian study", in which to conduct a literature review with several book references in the author's personal library. The systematics used in this study are as follows; first, to formulate an academic study of the problems surrounding Indonesia's economic development and to formulate the contemporary economic challenges. Second, bring the formulation result to be a point for discussion in campus at undergraduate and postgraduate level. Third, bring the discussions result as a point for discussion and study among experts in cooperative economics and sharia economics. Fourth, find the references against the results of the study's third phase according to the literature study. Fifth, writing scripts or papers with various academic empirical studies. From the results of the study above, it can be concluded that Indonesian must formulate their own future steps to face economic globalization, based on their own national identity as formulated in the values contained in Pancasila and Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

Achievement in work is one of the needs that everyone wants to achieve at work. One of the factors that can affect one's work performance in achieving work targets by placing the right employees in accordance with the abilities and skills possessed and support from the work environment around the employees. This study aims to analyze the presence or absence of influence both simultaneously and partially placement and work environment on employee performance at PT. Archipelago Sea Exploration Jakarta involving 100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that there are influences both simultaneously and partially in the placement and work environment of the work performance of employees at PT. Nusantara Sea Cruising Jakarta.

Abstract

This Study aims to control the quality of power house production found in the Bantar Gebang Integrated Waste Management Unit (UPST). The Problem Faced is that there is still damage to the intercooler due to water entering the pipeline, so there is damage to the engine so that methane can not be produced into electricity. The method used is a statistical method and a quality control tool that is seven tools. The statiscal tools used in this study are : control charts and cause and effect diagram (fish bone).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on job satisfaction of employees PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Narogong. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population of all employees of PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Narogong with 93 employees. The technique used is simple random sampling using Slovin formula obtained a sample of 75 employees. Result compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Narogong both partially and simultaneous

Abstract

The position of human resources as an organizational partner can be realized through the extent to which the company or organization is able to develop the capabilities and skills of all members in the organization or company. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of training and placement on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Oerlikon Balzers Artoda Indonesia. This study involved 42 respondents. The results showed that training and placement had a partial and simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and communication on employee performance PT. Dyandra Promosindo. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population of all employees of PT. Dyandra Promosindo. The sampling technique of this study used simple random sampling. This study uses a sample size with the Slovin formula. Result work discipline and communication have positive and significant effect on the employees performance of PT. Dyandra Promosindo's, both partially and simultaneous.

Abstract

The background of this research was examined the influences of trust and affect on increasing likelihood to purchase luxury brands. The objectives of this research was analyzed the effect of utilitarian value on brand loyalty, the effect to hedonic value on brand loyalty, the effect of customer experience on brand loyalty, the effect of brand trust on brand loyalty. A sampling with purposive sampling techniques of fourty four customer of Sony Vaio as the respondents provided the data that were analyzed for this study. Using a sub-set of the sample consisting of fourty four customer of Sony Vaio was used to test four hypothesized relationships in the model. The result of this research conclude that the effect of positively and significantly utilitarian value, hedonic value, customer experience, brand trust toward brand loyalty on Sony vaio consumer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how strong the influence of compensation and leadership style partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Laundry Business 99 in Arcamanik District, Bandung, West Java. The research method used a survey with a quantitative approach that is correlational with the sampling technique is simple random sampling with the number of samples in this study were 28 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that: a) There is a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee performance, b) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance and c) There is a positive and significant influence on compensation and style joint leadership on employee performance at Laundry 99 Business in Arcamanik District, Bandung, West Java. This means that high compensation will be part of an effort to improve employee performance. A good leadership style is a style that is formed to foster clarity of goals and objectives, a work structure to achieve goals and objectives, and an effort to foster relationships between employees

Abstract

The aim of the company is to get a profit, so the company can be run properly as it should. The management of the company cannot necessarily do various ways to achieve this goal by itself, there are internal and external interests that will directly or indirectly affect the management. Companies are required to follow applicable rules to minimize conflicts of interest within the company. These rules are outlined in the Implementation of Corporate Governance. It is expected that with the implementation of Good Corporate Governance, it will improve the company's performance, especially the financial performance and performance of the company's shares. Therefore, this study aims to look at the influence of good corporate governance on financial performance and the performance of the company’s shares. This research used a purposive sampling method in selecting samples and research samples are 45 companies indexed by LQ45 shares in the period of August 2016 - January 2017. Data used are secondary data and the variables used in this study are the financial ratios of DAR, DER, NPM, ROA, ROE, EPS, and PBV. In addition, the variables of Good Corporate Governance consist of Size of Commissioners, Independent Commissioners, Concentrated Ownership, and Proportion of Independent Commissioners. The relationship between variables of Corporate Governance, Financial Performance, and Stock Performance was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results found that Corporate Governance did not have a significant effect and positively related to the Financial Performance and Stock Performance of the LQ45 index company for the period of August 2016 - January 2017. While the Financial Performance significantly affected the direction of the positive relationship to Stock Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial skills and business experience on entrepreneurial success (Case study of the food and beverage sector in Bojong Rawalumbu village). The number of population used was 158 taken from the food and beverage sector entrepreneurs in the Bojong Rawalumbu village and the number of samples used in this study was 97 respondents. This research is a quantitative study, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study were obtained simultaneously showing a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial skills on entrepreneurial success and simultaneously business experience had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial success. Partially, there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial skills and business experience on entrepreneurial success. And there are suggestions given, namely in the Bojong Rawalumbu village so that entrepreneurs in the food and beverage sector are more concerned with holding routine skills development training programs in order to gain more business experience, to achieve entrepreneurial success.
