Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Tri Putra Mandiri. This study uses 2 independent variables, namely work discipline and compensation for employee performance. This research uses census method with 35 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression and simple. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In testing classic assumptions, the regression model is problem-free multicollinearity, does not occur heteroscedasticity, and is normally distributed. The results showed that the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the compensation variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This research is expected to bring benefits to companies, and for academia and for future researchers to be developed by looking at other variables.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the compliance of individual taxpayers in the West Bekasi City Area, using several variables, such as the effectiveness of the modernization of the tax administration system, the level of understanding of tax regulations, and tax sanctions. The method used in this research is quantitative methods. Quantitative methods is a method  that analyzes  numbers or calculating primary data (questionnaires) obtained from  the respondents.The results of this research prove that the variables, namely the effectiveness of the modernization of the tax administration system and the level of understanding of taxation regulations has a positive and significant effect, while for the tax sanctions variable it proves that there is no significant effect on taxpayer compliance in implementing taxation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction at the Jatiwaringin Branch of Family Dental Clinic. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were customers of the Jatiwaringin Family Dental Clinic branch for one month, namely 250 customers. The sampling technique used in this study is a probability sampling technique. By using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 70 respondents. The method of analysis used is simultaneously regression. The conclusion simultaneously service quality, price and promotion can contribute to customer satisfaction. it means that the better the quality of service, price and promotions provided, the customers will be satisfied to do dental care at the Jatiwaringin branch of Family Dental Clinic.

Abstract

PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) runs its business in the construction field, of course it has goals and targets to be achieved. Achievement of company goals can not be separated from what is given or the contribution of the work of each individual employee in it. Discussing a person's performance according to Payaman (2005) there are three factors that affect the performance of employees or employees, namely individual factors, organizational support, and management support. Research by Riri, and Anita (2016) and I Wayan Sutya Kumara and I Wayan Utama (2016) revealed that training affected employee performance. Then Watie (2016) and Fernanda M.B, Christoffel, and Frederik G. (2017) revealed that motivational training is also important for shaping employee performance.

This study aims to find out whether factors such as compensation, job certainty, career path, communication, relationships with superiors, and work-life balance affect job satisfaction in three health clinics. In this research is descriptive quantitative. The results show that compensation, job certainty, communication, and work-life balance affect job satisfaction. Abstract

This research was titled "Influence Analysis of Training and Work Environment To Employees Performance at PT Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia”The purpose of this research was to obtain the information about ralationship between independent variable which is training (X1) and work environment (X2) with variable dependent which is employees performance (Y), either through partial and also by simultan. Research method that was used is with approach of Explanatory Analysis that was explained relationship of causality between variableSampling techniques can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of the 1400 respondents, by using the formula Slovin, samples can be used only 93 employees.Results of this research are: 1). Simultaneously training and work environment have a positive impact, relatively strong and significant to work employees performance at PT Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia. This is indicated by acquisition of R-Square amount of 78% and the remaining 22% is influenced by other factors which not examined, those are leadership and motivation. 2). Partially training has a positive effect, relatively strong and significant to work employees performance at PT Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia. This is indicated by acquisition of R-Square amount of 66%.      3). Partially work environment have a positive impact, relatively strong and significant to work employees performance at PT Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia. This is indicated by the acquisition of R-square amount of 47%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial skills and business experience on entrepreneurial success (Case study of the food and beverage sector in Bojong Rawalumbu village). The number of population used was 158 taken from the food and beverage sector entrepreneurs in the Bojong Rawalumbu village and the number of samples used in this study was 97 respondents. This research is a quantitative study, using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study were obtained simultaneously showing a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial skills on entrepreneurial success and simultaneously business experience had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial success. Partially, there is a positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial skills and business experience on entrepreneurial success. And there are suggestions given, namely in the Bojong Rawalumbu village so that entrepreneurs in the food and beverage sector are more concerned with holding routine skills development training programs in order to gain more business experience, to achieve entrepreneurial success.

Abstract

The aim of the company is to get a profit, so the company can be run properly as it should. The management of the company cannot necessarily do various ways to achieve this goal by itself, there are internal and external interests that will directly or indirectly affect the management. Companies are required to follow applicable rules to minimize conflicts of interest within the company. These rules are outlined in the Implementation of Corporate Governance. It is expected that with the implementation of Good Corporate Governance, it will improve the company's performance, especially the financial performance and performance of the company's shares. Therefore, this study aims to look at the influence of good corporate governance on financial performance and the performance of the company’s shares. This research used a purposive sampling method in selecting samples and research samples are 45 companies indexed by LQ45 shares in the period of August 2016 - January 2017. Data used are secondary data and the variables used in this study are the financial ratios of DAR, DER, NPM, ROA, ROE, EPS, and PBV. In addition, the variables of Good Corporate Governance consist of Size of Commissioners, Independent Commissioners, Concentrated Ownership, and Proportion of Independent Commissioners. The relationship between variables of Corporate Governance, Financial Performance, and Stock Performance was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results found that Corporate Governance did not have a significant effect and positively related to the Financial Performance and Stock Performance of the LQ45 index company for the period of August 2016 - January 2017. While the Financial Performance significantly affected the direction of the positive relationship to Stock Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how strong the influence of compensation and leadership style partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Laundry Business 99 in Arcamanik District, Bandung, West Java. The research method used a survey with a quantitative approach that is correlational with the sampling technique is simple random sampling with the number of samples in this study were 28 respondents. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that: a) There is a positive and significant effect of compensation on employee performance, b) There is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance and c) There is a positive and significant influence on compensation and style joint leadership on employee performance at Laundry 99 Business in Arcamanik District, Bandung, West Java. This means that high compensation will be part of an effort to improve employee performance. A good leadership style is a style that is formed to foster clarity of goals and objectives, a work structure to achieve goals and objectives, and an effort to foster relationships between employees

Abstract

The position of human resources as an organizational partner can be realized through the extent to which the company or organization is able to develop the capabilities and skills of all members in the organization or company. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of training and placement on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Oerlikon Balzers Artoda Indonesia. This study involved 42 respondents. The results showed that training and placement had a partial and simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction.
