Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 5 orang pegawai pada kantor Kesbangpol Kabupaten Kaur, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis deskriptif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor motivasi yang dapat dilakukan oleh Kantor Kesbangpol Kabupaten Kaur dengan cara memberikan supervisi kepada para pegawainya dan juga memberikan jaminan kerja dengan cara promosi jabatan. Hal ini dapat memotivasi seseorang dalam bekerja karena dengan adanya promosi jabatan dan supervisi pegawai akan berusaha meningkatkan prestasi kerja.Faktor kepemimpinan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kesbangpol Kabupaten Kaur, karena sikap seorang pemimpin yang selalu menjaga hubungan baik dengan para pegawainya akan meningkatkan kinerja seorang pegawai dalam bekerja, selain itu adanya arahan dan dukungan dari pimpinan terhadap bawahannya akan memudahkan pegawai dalam bekerja.Lingkungan kerja yang aman dan nyaman akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, begitu juga pada Kantor Kesbangpol Kabupaten Kaur lingkungan kerja yang diberikan adalah lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik. Lingkungan kerja fisik dapat dilihat dari peralatan dan perlengkapan serta suasana yang ada ditempat kerja sedangkan lingkungan kerja non fisik dapat dilihat dari hubungan antara sesama pegawai, saling bekerjasama dan saling menghargai dalam bekerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of civil servant recruitment on improving the performance of Bengkulu Province civil servant employees. The method used in this study is a descriptive method using a qualitative approach. Data acquisition techniques were conducted by interviewing, observing, and recording documents related to the civil servant recruitment process carried out by Bengkulu local civil servants. The data acquired will be investigated and qualitatively analyzed for all the data collected, and an interview with Duncan's theoretical approach to stress, whose effectiveness can be seen in three indicators: goal achievement, integration, and adaptation Supported by the results of. The results of the field survey came to the correct conclusion as the implementation of labor recruitment carried out by local civil servants in the Bengkulu Province is more transparent and responsible.

Abstract

Based Health Profile of Indonesia, the coverage JKN of December 31, 2014 reached 53%, while the growing phenomenon today is the difficulty of access to health services for the poor, it is because of membership standalone increasing inconsistent with compliance in paying dues JKN. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of knowledge and ability to pay the premium payment compliance self JKN-KIS in district Pringsewu. The design used in this study is an analytic using cross sectional method. The population in this study were all participants who came to pay a premium self JKN-KIS in office BPJS district Pringsewu with a sample size of 90 people. The bivariate analysis in this study using chi square test. The survey results revealed between knowledge and ability to pay the premium payment compliance self JKN-KIS in district Pringsewu with p value = 0.001 and 0.043. It is necessary to review the regulations or policies that have been implemented, in the implementation process and in the formulation of plans related to the National Health Insurance program. The study must be sourced directly from the field whether it is the fee for fees, registration procedures, payment procedures, membership, quality of service or the willingness or ability to pay the community. The local government should record the poor citizens so that interventions can be made in data collection. So that it is hoped that the public will be exposed to information about health protection so that increasing awareness of the independent JKN-KIS premium payment can run well

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of the work productivity of honorary employees at the Seluma Irrigation Water Observers Regional Office. The method of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires to 42 honorary employees. Analysis of the data used is quantitative analysis, with the method of multiple linear regression, determination test, t test and F test. The results of SPSS analysis for windows version 16.0, obtained the regression equation Y = 2.239 + 0.231X1 + 0.653X2 + 0.378X3. The regression equation shows that there is a positive influence between morale, work discipline and organizational commitment to the work productivity of honorary employees at the Seluma Irrigation Water Observers Regional Office, and work discipline variables have the strongest influence on work productivity because it has the greatest regression coefficient value, namely .653. From the results of the determination test it is known that 85.3% of the work productivity of honorary employees at the Seluma Irrigation Water Irrigation Area Observers Office is influenced by morale, work discipline and organizational commitment. The t-test results showed that morale, work discipline and organizational commitment partially had a significant effect on the work productivity of honorary employees, because of the probability value of sig. 0.05. While the F (Anova) test results showed that work morale, work discipline and organizational commitment simultaneously had a significant influence on the work productivity of honorary employees at the Seluma Irrigation Water Irrigation Area Observers Office, where Fcount Ftable (80,169 2,850).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Non Performance Loans (NPL) and Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. The sample in this study is the financial statements at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk for the period 2010 to 2019 The data collection method uses the documentation method. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression, coefficient From the calculation of the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen  that the results of the regression test: Y = 14.944– 1.072 X1 - 0.099X2. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.846. This means that X1 (Non Performance Loan (NPL)) and X2 (Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR)) have an effect on Return on Assets (ROA) (Y) by 84.6% while the rest (100% - 84.6% = 15.4%) is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the t test show that there is a significant effect between NPL and LDR on Return on Assets (ROA) (Y) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk partially or separately The results of the F test show that there is a significant influence between NPL and LDR on Return on Assets (ROA) (Y) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk simultaneously or collectively.of determination and hypothesis testing.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan usaha bisnis Suka Sari Coffee menggunakan Business Model Canvas. Selaras dengan amanah Undang-undang No. 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa Pasal 87 ayat 2, maka metode yang digunakan adalah partisipatif yang melibatkan para pemangku kepentingan di desa, mulai dari pengelola unit usaha, BUM Desa, pemerintahan desa, dan perwakilan petani. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh sembilan isian elemen Business Model Canvas, diantaranya dengan contoh; (1) segmentasi konsumen; warung kopi, dan eksportir, (2) nilai produk; kadar air maksimal 2,5 % dan kopi dataran tinggi  di atas 1000 m dpl, (3) jalur distribusi; promosi di media sosial dan market place (4) hubungan konsumen; layanan via media sosial, dan diskon, (5) aliran pendapatan; robusta bubuk dan roast bean, (6) sumberdaya kunci; kebun kopi + 600 ha dan tenaga kerja terampil, (7) aktivitas kunci; pelatihan pengolahan dan pendampingan mitra, (8) mitra kunci; 14 kelompok tani dan perguruan tinggi, dan (9) struktur biaya; pembelian bahan baku dan pengolahan. Kesembilan komponen tersebut merupakan solusi sekaligus bentuk penyederhanaan atas masalah Suka Sari Coffee secara terstuktur, terukur dan dinamis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioners and audit committees on financial distress in companies in the automotive industry sector and their components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2019 period. The sample used was 7 companies in the automotive industry sector and their components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the number of observations during the 2014-2019 period so that the total research data was 42. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that managerial ownership had an effect on financial distress. Institutional ownership has an effect on financial distress. Independent commissioners have an effect on financial distress. The audit committee has an effect on financial distress. Managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioners and audit committees have a joint effect on the financial distress of companies in the Automotive Industry Sector and its Components Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014 – 2019 period.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Quality of Work Life and Employee Engagement on Organizational Commitment. With employees at Anita Phoneshop Baturaja which is used as a case study. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. Secondary data were obtained from various sources such as journals, books and other related publications. Primary data was obtained by using a questionnaire distributed to respondents who were targeted. By using the slovin technique, the total sample obtained was 53 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis method with SPSS 26 program was used to analyze the data. The results showed that Quality of Work Life and Employee Engagement had a positive and significant impact on Organizational Commitment, contributing 70.1% with the variable Quality of Work Life having a more dominant influence. This shows that the company should focus on maintaining and improving the organizational work climate technically and humanely in order to lead to a better quality of work life.

Abstract

This research examine the effect of perceived ease of use and service quality on customer loyalty and test whether repurchase intention acts as an intervening variable for the effect of perceived ease of use and service quality on Gofood customer loyalty in Yogyakarta City. This research is quantitative by taking 120 samples from Gofood customers in Yogyakarta City. The sampling method is non-probability and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data was collected by sending a questionnaire link that was sent online to respondents. The data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the variable perceived ease of use (X1) has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (Z) with a value of 0.000. Then the service quality variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (Z) with a value of 0.000. The repurchase intention variable (Z) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) with a value of 0.000. Furthermore, the variable perceived ease of use (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) with a value of 0.008. And the service quality variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (Y) with a value of 0.000. In addition, the results of the study also show that repurchase intention is able to act as an intervening variable for the influence of perceived ease of use and service quality on Gofood customer loyalty in the city of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Vehicle taxes include first-rate or local taxes controlled by the provincial government. Together with the Motor Vehicle Tax Agency, the local government built an office in Samsat. This bureau offers a number of services, one of which is E-Samsat. This study looks at the impact of E-Samsat on Motor Vehicle Tax receipts at UPT. North Sumatra Regional Revenue Service Support Center. The method of analysis uses descriptive quantitative methods. The results showed that E-Samsat had an impact on motor vehicle tax revenues at UPT. North Sumatra Regional Revenue Support Center.
