Abstract

This shortage of human resources in health-care hospitals affects the national health system, but there is little research on how these HR issues affect medical workers. Understanding the impact on the health conditions of medical personnel is very important in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak that is still sweeping the world. With the empirical literature, we have succeeded in summarizing the impact of the role and function of HR on the health of medical personnel. This study confirms that the role and function of human resources is transmitted to medical personnel through several models: (1) decreasing the quality of health services; (2) the impact of inadequate service measures; and (3) increasing demand for health services from patients; (4) A wave of public protests for treatment; (5) service and budget inefficiency

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Fixed Asset Turnover on firm value (Tobins-Q). The sample used in this study was a mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2018. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that the selected samples were 11 companies. The method of data analysis in this research is panel data linear regression analysis using Eviews version 8 software. The results showed that the Debt to Asset Ratio variable partially had a negative and significant effect on firm value (Tobins-Q). While the Return on Asset, Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover and Fixed Asset Turnover variables do not affect the value of the company (Tobins-Q)

Abstract

Corona virus 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by acute corona virus 2 respiratory syndrome (SARS-CoV-2). So that the impact on the community and students can not meet directly on campus or in public places. Based on Nielsen's research entitled "Race Against the Virus, the Indonesian Consumer Response towards COVID-19" revealed that as much as 50% of Indonesian people began to reduce activities outside the home, and 30% of them said that they planned to shop more frequently online he temporary closure of all educational institutions as an effort to prevent the spread of an outbreak of Covid-19 worldwide has an impact on millions of students, including in Indonesia. Abstract

Sumber daya terpenting bagi organisasi adalah sumber daya manusia, yaitu orang-orangyang memberikan tenaga, bakat, dan kreatifitas mereka kepada organisasi. Kualitassumber daya manusia harus selalu ditingkatkan seiring dengan tuntutan pekerjaan. Olehkarena itu kinerja sebuah perusahaan tidak terlepas dari kinerja para pegawainya.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh KesesuaianKompetensi dan Motivasi Kerja secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan,mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kesesuaian Kompetensi dan Motivasi Kerjasecara parsial dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis variabel yang mempunyaipengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Rutan SurabayaPengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada karyawan dan wawancaraserta penelitian dokumen di kantor PT Rutan, Jl Ikan Dorang Surabaya.Motivasi kerja menjadi kontributor terbesar pada kinerja karyawan PT Rutan Surabayayaitu 69,7%, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja pegawai berpengaruhdominan terhadap kinerja PT Rutan Surabaya.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Motivasi dan Kinerja karyawanAbstractionThe most important resource for organizations is human resources, namely people whoprovide their energy, talent and creativity to the organization. The quality of humanresources must always be improved along with the demands of the work. Therefore theperformance of a company is inseparable from the performance of its employees.The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of Competence and WorkMotivation simultaneously on Employee Performance, knowing and analyzing theinfluence of Competence and Work Motivation partially and to find out and analyzevariables that have a dominant influence on PT Rutan Surabaya Employee PerformanceData collection by distributing questionnaires to employees and interviews and researchdocuments in the office of PT Rutan, Jl Ikan Dorang Surabaya.Work motivation is the biggest contributor to the performance of PT Rutan Surabayaemployees, which is 69.7%, so it is concluded that employee motivation motivates theperformance of PT Rutan Surabaya.Keywords: Competence, Motivation and Performance of employees

Abstract

Business competition in the banking industry is getting sharper. Each bank is competing to create and introduce products and services with the marketing system that is owned. A bank must be able to guarantee the survival of the bank, and a bank must be able to compete with the main objective to satisfy the needs of society. Because people have more diverse needs, they will be more selective choose a bank that is able to provide the best service quality. This is an impact of the increasing demands of customers to obtain maximum satisfaction. For that marketing efforts will be bank products are not easy, meaning that a bank is constantly reviewing the marketing strategy that has been determined by the current conditions. The banking sector must be aware of the importance of marketing a product, because marketing is a tool for introducing bank products that we offer to potential customers. So the better the effort marketing, will also increase the development of these product customers. In terms of the customer itself with developments information and technology makes customers smarter, and more thorough in finding good services at relatively competitive prices

Abstract

Koperasi merupakan salah satu pilar perekonomian Indonesia. Koperasi adalah badan usaha yang beranggotakan orang-seorang atau badan hukum koperasi dengan melandaskan kegiatannya berdasar prinsip koperasi, sekaligus sebagai gerakan ekonomi rakyat atas asas kekeluargaan. Azas kekeluargaan menjadi kata kunci di dalam Pasal 33 ayat 1 Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 dan di Pasal 1 UU Nomor 25 Tahun 1992 tentang Perkoperasian. SAK ETAP atau Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Tanpa Akuntabilitas Publik merupakan standar yang diterapkan untuk entitas tanpa akuntabilitas publik. Pelaporan keuangan koperasi mengikuti prosedur dan standar SAK ETAP. Pelaporan keuangan berupa Neraca, Laporan Laba Rugi, Laporan Perubahan Ekuitas, Laporan Arus Kas, dan Catatan Atas Laporan Keuangan, Koperasi Simpan Pinjam PGRI Ranting I Pondok Ranji secara umum sudah menyajikan komponen laporan keuangan yang mendekati klasifikasi dari SAK ETAP, hanya masih butuh penyesuaian dan pemahaman yang lebih mengenai penyajian dan pelaporan yang sesuai dengan SAK ETAP.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan industri properti yang cukup pesat saat ini banyak memberikan pilihankepada calon konsumen. Pilihan-pilihan yang ditawarkan pengembang saat inimemberikan kemudahan kepada calon konsumen untuk memiliki rumah.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menguji pengaruh lokasi terhadap keputusanpembelian pada perumahan Metropolitan Land Menteng. 2) Untuk menguji pengaruhharga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada perumahan Metropolitan Land Menteng. 3)Untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian padaperumahan Metropolitan Land Menteng. 4) Untuk menguji pengaruh lokasi terhadapkepuasan konsumen pada perumahan Metropolitan Land Menteng. 5) Untuk mengujipengaruh harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada perumahan Metropolitan LandMenteng. 6) Untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumenpada perumahan Metropolitan Land Menteng. 7) Untuk menguji pengaruh keputusanpembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada perumahan Metropolitan Land Menteng.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Teknikpengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, dari jumlah populasi 230 orang dengantingkat kesalahan 10%, maka didapat sampel sebanyak 70 orang konsumen.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Pengaruh Lokasi (X1) terhadap KeputusanPembelian (Y). 2) Pengaruh Harga (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). 3) PengaruhKualitas Pelayanan (X3) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). 4) Pengaruh Lokasi (X1)terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Z). 5) Pengaruh Harga (X2) terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen(Z). 6) Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan (X3) terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Z). 7) PengaruhKeputusan Pembelian (Y) terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Z).

Cooperative is a business entityconsisting of individuals or legal entities of cooperatives by basing their activities based oncooperative principles, as well as the people's economic movement on the principle of kinship.The principle of kinship is the key word in Article 33 paragraph 1 of the 1945 Constitution andin Article 1 of Law Number 25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives.SAK ETAP or Entity without Public Accountability Financial Accounting Standards is astandard that is applied to entities without public accountability. Financial reporting ofcooperatives follows SAK ETAP procedures and standards.Financial reporting in the form of a Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Changesin Equity, Cash Flow Reports, and Notes to Financial Statements, PGRI Branch Savings andLoans Cooperative Branch Ranji I has generally presented financial report components thatare close to the classification of SAK ETAP, only still need adjustments and a betterunderstanding of the presentation and reporting in accordance with SAK ETAP.Keywords: Cooperative, SAK ETAP

Abstract

Service quality in banking is very important considering it can affect customer satisfaction and loyalty. Many strategies are used by the bank for service quality, including the dimensions of security service quality related to guaranteeing the confidentiality of customer data, the absence of data manipulation, security using Mobile Banking services, the dimensions of speed of Mobile Banking services related to the provider operator network and quality of network maintenance, dimensions of accuracy related to the suitability of information received by customers, clarity of information received, dimensions of trust related to customer trust in using services, banks gain loyalty from customers for Mobile Banking products, and dimensions of education related to the educational process between the two sides of employees and customers regarding the explanation of information about Mobile Banking service products. The quality of BRI Mobile Banking services through the dimensions of security, speed, accuracy, and trust and education has an important role in customer loyalty in using service products from BRI. in fact in the field of security and education to customers is an important priority in the development of Mobile Banking services. customers need a sense of security when using Mobile Banking transactions and customers need education from BRI as they experience difficulties when operating. BRI makes efforts to protect customers when conducting online transactions. Strategy is centered on security and education. Security and education are considered quite important because the gate makes customers feel safe and gets rewards from the education system. This element can encourage other elements in meeting the needs of BRI customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the occurrence variable underpricing. These factors are underwriter’s reputation, return on asset, debt-equity to ratio, and firm size. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia stock exchange 2015 – 2018. Sampling using purposive sampling is the selection of the sample with certain criteria so that the sample obtained in this study was 57 companies. Multiple regression analysis was employed to analyze data. The result showed that underwriter’s reputation, return on asset, and debt-equity to ratio, while firm size does not affect underpricing. The result obtained simultaneously underwriter’s reputation, return on asset, debt-equity to ratio, and firm size significantly affect underpricing
