Keywords : Influence of Training, Motivation, Expertise, Work discipline, Employee Performance. This study aims to analyze Influence of Training, Motivation, Expertise, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 159 employees registered at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Metro, only 114 samples were used in which were in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data used are secondary data distribution questionnaire in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is the multiple linier regression analysis test and tested using the statistical package for the social science (SPSS) version 21 program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi, keahlian dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi 159 karyawan yang terdaftar di PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Metro, hanya 114 sampel yang digunakan yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder pembagian kuesioner berupa daftar pertanyaan-pertanyaan dengan beberapa alternatif jawaban bagi responden. Uji statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji analisis regresi linier berganda dan di uji menggunakan program statistica packages for the social science (SPSS) versi 21. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, motivasi, keahlian dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR Yogyakarta, (2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR Yogyakarta, dan (3) pengaruh beban kerja terhadap turnover intention Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR Yogyakarta. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh sampel sebanyak 45 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR 1,848 < t-tabel 0,242 dan nilai sig 0,072 > 0,05; (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR 2,770 > t-tabel 0,242 dan nilai sig 0,008 < 0,05; dan (3) beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan Perusahan Persewaan Alat Pesta OR; 3,014 > t-tabel 0,242 dan nilai sig 0, 004< 0,05. Abstract

The purpose of research into the influence of e-wom and trust affected the purchasing decision with interest in buying a variable intering in Monokrom Store Yogyakarta. The population in this study of Monokrom Store in yogyakarta, with a total of 120 respondents. Data collection methods use the questionnaire method distributed using the Accidental Purposive Sampling Technique. Research shows; (1) e-wom has a positive and significant impact on purchasing intentions, (2) trust has a positive and significant impact on purchasing intentions, (3) e-wom does not have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions, (4) trust has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, (5) the purchase intention has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions. In the test F acquired a value of 64.696 with significant 0,000 < 0.05 therefore e-wom and trust simultaneously affected the interest of the purchase. In the F test produced a value of 52.399 with the significance of 0,000 0.05 hence e-wom, trust and interest buying simultaneously affected the decision of the purchase.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that earnings management has a significant effect on return on assets. It can be seen from the tcount value of 2.436 and t table 2.179, which means that t count is greater than t table. So it can be explained that profit management in the food and beverage industry sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2019 has a significant effect on financial performance. Where earnings management describes the effect or effect of cash income and expenditures to ensure that the business generates net operating income.Keywords: Earnings Management, Financial Performance, Return On Assets (ROA)

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan metode explanatory survey dan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa accidental sampling terhadap 80 orang responden menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Pengujian persyaratan instrumen yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linieritas dan keberartian regresi sebagai pengujian persyaratan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) diperoleh kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan, kecerdasan emosional, terhadap perilaku produktif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan metode explanatory survey dan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa accidental sampling terhadap 36 orang responden menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Abstract

Based on field findings, it was found that the problems often experienced by employees at the Metro City BPKAD Office during the recent pandemic were work pressure increased when the pandemic situation worsened, this made it difficult for many employees to divide work time both at work and at home. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Life Balance, Burnout and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction in Metro City BPKAD employees.This research is quantitative research. With this type of explanatory survey research. The sampling technique is a saturated sample technique with the determination of the sample used as a whole from a population of 56 employees. As a measuring tool used 80 questionnaire items with Likert scale measurements and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation.The results of the study using the t-test (partial) showed a positive value of the effect of work life balance on job satisfaction, namely tcount> ttable (1,724>1,675), the negative value of the effect of burnout on job satisfaction was tcount> ttable (1,447<1,675), and a positive value from the work environment to job satisfaction that is tcount> ttable (1,966>1,675). While the f (simultaneous) test shows the value of the effect of work life balance, burnout, work environment simultaneously on job satisfaction, namely fcount > ftable (27.662 > 2.56). From the calculation of the value of R square, the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variance of the dependent variable is 61.5%, which means that there is 38.5% of the variance of the dependent variable explained by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between work discipline, job satisfaction, work environment, and professionalism on the performance of the Banjarrejo Village apparatus, Kec. Batanghari. From these problems, this study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction, work environment, and professionalism on the performance of the Banjarrejo Village apparatus, Kec. Batanghari, East Lampung Regency. The population in this research is all the apparatus of Banjarrejo Village, Kec. Batanghari totaling 45 people using saturated samples so that all populations are sampled. The research method used is quantitative with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and testing the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that work discipline, job satisfaction, work environment, and professionalism simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Banjarrejo Village apparatus, Kec. Foreign and domestic companies are trying to establish businesses and create types of products that will be favored by consumers in Indonesia. The number of these companies creates a tight business competition This study aims to determine 1) To find out whether product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions. 2) To find out whether there is a promotion effect on purchasing decisions. 3) To find out whether there is an influence of distribution channels on purchasing decisions. 4) To find out whether product quality, promotion and distribution channels affect purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population was the consumers of the Mama Alya restaurant. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total sample of 75 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant influence between product quality on purchasing decisions. 2) there is a positive and significant influence between promotions on purchasing decisions. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between distribution channels on purchasing decisions. 4) there is a positive and significant influence between product quality, promotion and distribution channels on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted at PT. Great Giant Pineapple Central Lampung is engaged in pineapple plantations. Where its operational activities require competent workers, therefore human resource management must be improved. This study aims to determine the effect of tenure, discipline, motivation and work performance on the career paths of employees at PT Great Giant Pineapple Central Lampung in 2020. about distributing questionnaires in the form of tenure, discipline, motivation and work on employee career paths. Then processed with SPSS version 21 with the classical assumption test approach with the methods of normality, linearity, homogeneity. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis, partial test, F test, determination to determine the effect of tenure, discipline, motivation and work performance on the career path of Great Giant Pineapple employees. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously the tenure, discipline, motivation and work performance of employees' career paths. Partial research shows that tenure has a positive and significant effect, discipline has a positive and significant effect, motivation has a positive and significant effect, and work performance has a positive and significant effect on employee career paths.
