Abstract

Memenangkan persaingan perusahaan maskapai penerbangan, terutama perusahaan yang dikelola oleh pihak swasta pada saat ini memang harus mampu bersaing dengan ketat. Persaingan itu tentu saja tidak hanya berlaku bagi perusahaan maskapai antar swasta, akan tetapi juga harus berhadapan dengan maskapai-maskapai milik negara yang memiliki fasilitas lebih kuat, serta kelebihan kemudahan yang tidak akan dimiliki oleh maskapai penerbangan swasta. Maskapai penerbangan Sriwijaya Air menerapkan salah satu strategi dengan cara memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas. Karena dengan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, peluang memberikan jasa penerbangan sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan akan mudah dicapai.Permasalahan penelitian ini yakni apakah ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dan responsiveness, empathy, tangibles, terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari responsiveness, empathy, dan tangibles, terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.Analisis yang dipakai untuk menganalisis masalah penelitian ini yakni analysis path. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan terhadap responden sebanyak 100 orang. Data pendukung dilakukan dengan menggunakan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang dilihat dari dimensi indicator responsiveness, empathy, dan tangibles, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Dari keseluruhan variabel eksogen yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini, variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya adalah variabel responsiveness.Key Word: Responsiveness, Empathy, Tangibles, Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of operational reliability the responsiveness on customer satisfaction. Coincidence sampling technique was used to obtain a sample of 85 respondents. The terms of the instrument test use validity and reliability tests. The requirements are normal liliefors, homogeneity, linearity, and regression significance must be met while the analysis of the model used is a structural equation, namely Structural Equation Modeling.The findings of this study are that there is a direct positive effect of operational reliability on responsiveness, there is a direct effect of operational reliability on customer satisfaction, and there is a direct effect of responsiveness on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find the relationship between work motivation and employee performance. This research  used survey method. The total population is 86 employees. Based on Slovin method, samples taken by random sampling are as much as 70 respondents. The analytical tool used is Rank Spearman correlation, by using hypothesis testing of distribution Z. Based on the calculation results obtained that the work motivation has a significant relationship with employee performance. It means that the higher the motivation of work, the higher the performance of employees.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research was to examine 1) the influence of prudence to the information asymmetry, 2) the effect of the earning quality as a moderating variable between prudence with information asymmetry. The research object was the ILQ45 company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for 3 years (2013-2015). Samples were 70 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 for Windows that consists of two types of analyze are multiple linier regression and analyze are Simple linier regression. Testing the hypothesis in this test using the t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on test result found that the prudence variable has no effect on information asymmetry. But prudence and moderating variables earning quality has effect towards the information asymmetry.Keywords: prudence, information asymmetry, earning quality, bid ask spread.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Leadership Style on Employee Performance in Koperasi District of East Lampung regency. Type of research is descriptive qualitative research procedures that produce descriptive data based on the results of a quantitative analysis of the variables of the study. The technique of collecting data using interviews, documentation and questionnaires using a questionnaire. The analysis tool used is to use data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The method used in this research is explanatory survey method . This type of research is quantitative research with the object of research is the Work Motivation , Leadership Style and Employee Performance. The study population is Source of Koperasi District of East Lampung district are 33 people with the number of samples taken as many as 30 customers were taken using techniques pourpisivesampling. Decision-making research results based on the results of the analysis using multiple linear regression analysis .In conclusion, the results of the analysis of motivation have a significant impact on employee performance. Leadership styles have a significant impact on employee performance. Motivation and leadership styles simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. Seeing these results it can be said that the independent variables are positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya minat berwirausaha pada kalangan mahasiswa di lingkungan universitas dimana mahasiswa lebih memilih untuk menjadi karyawan atau PNS setelah lulus dimana tingkat persaingan yang cukup tinggi sehingga mengakibatkan pengangguran bertambah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data, serta mengetahu ipengaruh self efficacy, lingkungan dan pendidikan kewirausahan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Popoluasi didalam penelitian ini adalah mahsiswa FEB. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Accidental Sampling dengan menggunkan rumus proporsi binominal dan didapatkan sampel sebesar 150 orang responden mahasiswa FEB UM Metro.Pengujian persyaratan instrument yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji normalitas liliefors, uji homogenitas, uji linieritas sebagai pengujian persyaratan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), diperoleh self efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha, lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha, pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha, self efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap pendidikan kewirausahan, self efficacy berpengaruh terhadap lingkungan. Kata kunci: self efficacy, lingkungan, pendidikan kewirausahan, minat berwirausaha.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan metode explanatory survey dan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa accidental sampling terhadap 80 orang responden menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Pengujian persyaratan instrumen yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linieritas dan keberartian regresi sebagai pengujian persyaratan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) diperoleh kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand images dan fashion involvement terhadapbuying decision. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan metodeexplanatory survey dan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa accidental sampling terhadap 160 orangresponden pelanggan sepatu Bata menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Pengujian persyarataninstrumen yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji normalitas, uji homogenitas,uji linieritas dan keberartian regresi sebagai pengujian persyaratan analisis SEM (Structural EquationModeling), dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM (Structural EquationModeling). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural EquationModeling) diperoleh brand images berpengaruh terhadap buying decision, fashion involvementberpengaruh terhadap buying decision, dan brand images berpengaruh terhadap fashion involvement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Postgraduate Program's service quality at Muhammadiyah University of Metro Lampung, which consists of tangible assurance, empathy, reliability, and responsiveness to the Postgraduate Program's student loyalty Muhammadiyah University of Metro Lampung. This research's research type is quantitative research, namely research by obtaining data in the form of numbers or estimated quantitative data. According to Sugiyono (2014: 38), this study aims to determine the effect of service quality at the Postgraduate Program, Muhammadiyah University Metro Lampung on student loyalty in the Postgraduate Program at Muhammadiyah University Metro Lampung.The result of this research is that the tangible variable ξ1 has a significant effect on the variable η1 reliability with the value of tcount= 0.516 at a = 0.05 where the ttable = 1.67 is obtained because the tcount> of the ttablevalue, the ξ2 assurance variable has a significant effect. Directly to the variable η1 reliability with a value of tcount= 0.111 at a = 0.05, it is obtained t table= 1.67, variable ξ3 emphaty does not have a direct influence on the variable η1 reliability with a value of tcount = 0.108 at a = 0.05 is obtained t table= 1.67, the ξ1 tangible variable has no influence on the η2 responsiviness variable, with the value of tcount= 0.936 at a = 0.05, obtained t table= 1.67, the ξ3 emphaty variable has a direct significant effect on the η2 responsiviness variable with the tcount= 0.021 at a = 0.05 is obtained ttable= 1.67, variable η2 responsiviness to variable η3 loyalty has a direct influence from the calculation of tcount= 0.00 at a = 0.05 is obtained t table= 1.67, variable ξ1 tangible to the direct significant effect on the loyalty variable η3 with a value of tcount= 0.30 at a = 0.05 obtained t table= 1, 67, variable ξ3 empahty to variable η3 loyalty from the value tcount = 0.02 at a = 0.05 is obtained t table= 1.67, variable η2 responsiviness has a direct significant effect on the loyalty variable η3 from the value tcount= 0.42 in a = 0.05, the obtained ttable= 1.67. Thus, these results indicate that the empathy variable has no effect on reliability in the Postgraduate Program, Muhammadiyah University of Metro Lampung. The tangible variable does not affect responsiveness in the Postgraduate Program, Muhammadiyah University of Metro Lampung.
