Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Covid-19 berdampak pada kinerja keuangan perusahaan otomotif yang diukur dengan menggunakan Net Profit Margin, untuk mengetahui apakah Covid-19 berdampak pada kinerja keuangan perusahaan otomotif yang diukur dengan menggunakan Return On Total Assets, untuk mengetahui apakah Dampak Covid-19 terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Otomotif yang diukur dengan menggunakan Return On Total Equity. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 193 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 perusahaan manufaktur. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji deskriptif, uji peringkat bertanda Wilcoxon, dan analisis model pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian adalah tidak ada perbedaan Return On Assets (ROA) yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah Covid 19 tahun 2020, Return On Equity (ROE) tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah Covid 19 di tahun 2020 dan terdapat tidak ada Net Profit Margin (NPM). perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah covid 19 pada tahun 2020.

Abstract

This study describes a training needs analysis for training and technical advice in the City of Sidenreng Rappang. This research reveals that there are 12 priority programs that the Sidenreng Rappang government must immediately implement for its government apparatus. Some of them train how to prepare proper financial reports and train how to use social media for government agencies. This only aims to improve the quality of the state apparatus which ultimately leads to satisfactory public services. This study uses the concept of human resource management and training of government officials. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The purpose of this training is for Sidenreng Rappang city officials to be able to prepare official letters in accordance with statutory regulations. This is Government Decree No. 80, issued in 2012 by the Minister for Strengthening the State Apparatus and Forms of Bureaucracy. Specific topics and speakers according to their performance

Abstract

The main research problem is the relationship between the executive and the legislature in the process of formulating the issuance of Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2016 concerning the Wajo Regency APBD. Then, data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, then the data sources used are, 1) Primary Data, primary data is a source of research data obtained directly from the original source. 2) Secondary data, secondary data is a source of research data obtained through media or intermediaries or indirectly in the form of books. The purpose of this research is to, 1) to describe and analyze the relationship between the legislature and the executive in the process of formulating the issuance of Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2016 concerning the Wajo Regency APBD, 2) to express Community Responses to the realization of the formulation of the Regional Budget Regional Regulation of the Regency of Wajo. Wajo. The result of this study is that the formulation of the issuance of the Wajo Regency APBD shows that the executive role dominates the issuance of the Wajo Regency Regional Budget Regulation and in the making of the Regency Regional Regulation. Wajo The enactment of the APBD regional regulation did not encounter obstacles that could burden the issuance of the APBD regional regulation which was carried out by the Regent or the executive. The stipulation of the APBD regional regulation occurs as a conspiracy or a clash of political and economic interests between the executive and the legislature. It can be seen that the power relationship between the executive and the legislature is driven by the executive or in this case the Regent of Wajo.
