Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai saluran pemasaran karet yang terdapat di Desa Tebing Batu, yang mana Desa Tebing Batu masyarakatnya bermayoritas sebagai petani, salah satunya yaitu petani karet. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) untuk menganalisis saluran pemasaran karet, 2) untuk menganalisis farmer’s share, 3) untuk melihat tingkat efisiensi pemasaran pada saluran pemasaran karet yang terdapat di Desa Tebing Batu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survei dengan sampel 72 orang petani karet dari populasi 257 orang petani karet. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung kepada petani dan pedagang sampel dengan menggunakan daftar pertanyaan atau kuesioner. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari literatur-literatur yang terkait dengan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu 1) terdapat dua saluran pemasaran yang digunakan yaitu saluran pemasaran I (petani menjual langsung kepada konsumen/pabrik) dan saluran pemasaran II (petani menjual karet kepada pedagang pengumpul lalu ke konsumen/pabrik), 2) Adapun farmer’s share adalah sama untuk kedua saluran pemasaran, 3) hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kedua saluran pemasaran yang ada sudah efisien, dilihat dari tingkat efisiensi pemasaran dibawah 33%, yaitu saluran pemasaran I dengan tingkat efisiensi pemasaran 10,63% dan saluran pemasaran II dengan tingkat efisiensi pemasaran 9,18%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan prinsip-prinsip GCG melalui program CSR dan mencoba menelaah berbagai kebijakan yang diterapkan di berbagai negara dalam penerapan CSR sebagai gambaran bagi Indonesia dalam menerapkan kebijakan agar CSR dapat fokus dan terarah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kajian literatur. Penelusuran literatur melalui mesin pencari online dari database Google Scholar, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), Elsevier, dan Wiley Online Library. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah Indonesia tepat menggunakan system mandatory, apabila CSR hanya didasarkan pada prinsip sukarela, hal ini tentu tidak dapat dijalankan dengan efektif dan terukur dalam penerapan CSR. CSR sebaiknya memiliki kekuatan hukum yang mengikat dan kepastian legal serta menjadi sebuah kewajiban yang harus dijalankan perusahaan. Kewajiban yang harus dijalankan perusahaan berupa kewajiban dalam mengeluarkan hasil laporan kegiatan CSR kepada masyarakat. Selain itu perlu langkah awal yang juga penting dalam penerapan GCG, pemerintah Indonesia dapat membentuk badan ataupun lembaga khusus yang bertugas dalam menjalankan konsep GCG dan pengimplementasian CSR di Indonesia. Sehingga diharapkan penerapan CSR akan lebih terfokus dan terarah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk HP merek iPhone di Kota Sukabumi. Jenis penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian yang bersifat deskriftif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna HP merek iPhone di Kota Sukabumi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 orang responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian kualitas instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Pengujian berikutnya adalah pengujian pemenuhan asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, mencakup pengujian statistik t dan statistik F. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Responden memandang kinerja HP merek iPhone sangat baik, harga telah sesuai dengan kualitas dan manfaat yang diberikan.

Abstract

Return merupakan hal yang diharapkan para investor yang menanamkan modalnya. ROA digunakan untuk mengetahui kinerja perusahaan berdasarkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam memanfaatkan aset yang dimiliki, hal ini dapat menyebabkan apresiasi dan depresiasi harga saham. NPM menghitung sejauhmana kemampuan perusahaan menghasilkan laba bersih pada tingkat penjualan tertentu. Rasio yang tinggi memberikan keyakinan kepada para investor untuk memiliki saham perusahaan yang nantinya dapat meningkatkan return saham di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh return on asset (ROA) terhadap return saham, (2) pengaruh net profit margin (NPM) terhadap return saham, dan (3) pengaruh return on asset (ROA) and net profit margin (NPM) terhadap return saham secara simultan. Subyek penelitian adalah perusahaan manufaktur subsektor makanan dan minuman di BEI periode 2012-2016. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) return on asset (ROA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham. (2) net profit margin (NPM) tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham. 3) return on asset (ROA) dan net profit margin (NPM) secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap return saham.

Abstract

Trust is the main capital for the success of online buying and selling transactions because buyers have limitations to directly reach the physical conditions of the goods being traded and cannot meet face to face with the seller directly. This research was conducted to dig deeper and present empirical data, whether consumer trust affects online purchasing decisions. The research method used in this research is quantitative, by conducting explanatory research to determine the causal relationship between the variables studied. Data collection was carried out by survey techniques through a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire and addressed to 100 UMMI student respondents. Testing the quality of the instrument was carried out through validity and reliability tests. Hypothesis testing is done using regression analysis test tools. The test results show that consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on students' online purchasing decisions. The dimension of integrity underlies respondents' trust in e-commerce transactions or online buying and selling.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee discipline on work productivity at PT Glostar Indonesia 1 Cikembar Sukabumi. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection methods to obtain primary data in the field using a questionnaire. The quality of the questionnaire data obtained from the respondents was tested to prove its validity and reliability. Furthermore, to test how the influence of employee discipline variables (independent) on work productivity variables (dependent) was carried out using regression analysis test tools. Respondents in this study were 50 employees in the B3 Building (Automation Floor) PT Glostar Indonesia 1 Cikembar Sukabumi. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, the authors found that there was a positive influence between employee discipline and work productivity at PT Glostar Indonesia 1 Cikembar Sukabumi. To be able to increase employee discipline, it is necessary to consider the provision of a comfortable and conducive workspace, not too many rules for employees, and the application of a fair reward and punishment scheme. Meanwhile, to increase work productivity, in addition to building employee discipline, it can also provide a good work environment and provide training or training to employees.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of net income, cash flow from operations, and company size on dividend policy on basic and chemical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2016. The test was carried out using multiplle linear regression test with SPSS version 21. The study was conducted on 35 observations from annual reports of 7 companies samples from the selection by purposive sampling. Independent net income (X1), cash flow from operations (X2), and company size (X3) to dividend policy (Y). Companies that earn profits do not directly distribute dividends but are used for reinvestment. Companies with a limited amount of cash can distribute dividends in the from of stock dividends and large companies do not always distribute dividends because the economy is not stable so that the management of company funds is not effective. This situation makes the company prioritize the company’s growth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of ease of use and customer trust on online purchase intentions on the Lazada Indonesia e-commerce platform. The research method used is quantitative. Data collection techniques through surveys. The research location is in Sukabumi City, West Java. Research respondents consisted of 100 visitors to the Lazada Indonesia e-commerce platform. Information was collected from respondents using a questionnaire. Testing the quality of the instrument (questionnaire) using the validity test and reliability test. Hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analysis, consisting of t test and F test. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the ease of use and customer trust variables had a positive and significant effect on the purchase intention variable. Respondents stated that Lazada Indonesia's e-commerce platform is easy to use. Respondents also stated that Lazada Indonesia is able to provide the products needed and Lazada Indonesia will always protect its reputation (integrity).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of sales promotion and direct marketing on the sales volume of Yammy Babeh's cassava chips products. The research method used is a quantitative method with associative research type. Respondents consisted of 100 people who followed Krispy Yammy Babeh's Instagram account, had made purchases, and were fully willing to be involved in the research process. Based on the findings, analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously there is a significant influence between the independent variables, namely sales promotion (X1) and direct marketing (X2) through social media Instagram on the dependent variable, namely Sales Volume (Y). Sales promotion activities to introduce products can be carried out massively and continuously to make it easier for customers or potential customers to know more details about the products being sold. Yammy Babeh's online direct marketing activities in all online media, including Instagram, are able to attract consumers to make purchases.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Ambassador on OPPO Smartphone Purchase Decisions in Sukabumi City. This type of research is categorized as a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The population of this research is OPPO smartphone users in Sukabumi City. The research sample was 100 respondents who had purchased the product. Selection of the research sample using purposive sampling technique. The data was collected using a questionnaire instrument. Testing instruments using validity and reliability tests. Meanwhile, the data analysis was carried out by using classical assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the brand ambassador variable had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. Dominant respondents pay attention to the factors of visibility and attractiveness of the brand ambassador.
