Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work facilities on employee performance. The important role of work facilities can be divided into two aspects namely physical and non-physical facilities to facilitate organizational activities. The research method used is a verification method. The sample used is an employee at one of the government agencies in Bandung Regency. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study prove that there is an influence of physical and non-physical facilities on the performance of 67.9%. Keywords: work facilities, employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership functions on job satisfaction. Theoretically, the leadership function divided into 3 (three), namely the instruction function, delegation function, and control function. The research method used is the quantitative verification method. The sample used is an employee at the Department of Industry and Trade and SMEs in West Bandung Regency as many as 90 employees. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study prove there is an influence of the leadership function on job satisfaction by 52.0%. Abstract

Competition in the business world today is increasingly competitive; this is also felt by business people in the hospitality sector who demanded to have better service quality and reasonable prices to satisfy customer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on hotel visitor satisfaction. The analysis used in this study is verification analysis with path analysis. I am using a sample of visitors at one of the 3-star hotels in the city of Bandung as many as 99 visitors. The results showed that there was an influence of service quality and price on visitor satisfaction by 0.77.1%, while the remaining 22.9% was influenced by other factors not examined. Abstract

This study aims to analyze employee work motivation. Work motivation analyzed is based on Theory Mc Cleland, which consists of 3 (three) dimensions, namely the need for achievement, the need for affiliation, and the need for power. The research method used is descriptive. The sample used is an employee at a government agency in Bandung Regency. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The results of the study illustrate that employee motivation is sufficient. Keywords: work motivation, employees.

Abstract

Research on mutual trust and collaboration has been proven by previous studies that show positive and constructive behavior related to work. Some studies use instruments of mutual trust and collaboration but have not yet tested how much influence cultural variables have on each other on collaboration. Therefore this study investigates the effect of the variable of mutual trust on the collaboration variable by using multisample in several industrial sectors in the Greater Bandung Region, Indonesia. The method used is a simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17. The research results show that the instruments adopted from both variables show valid results and can replicate in multiple samples in several industrial sectors in the Greater Bandung Region, Indonesia. Furthermore, the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of mutual trust on collaboration. Keywords: mutual trust, collaboration.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and commitment on teacher performance. The important role of competence can be divided into four aspects namely Personality Competence, Pedagogical Competence, Professional Competence, and Social Competence. While commitment is divided into three parts, namely affective commitment, normative commitment and continuous commitment. The research method used is a verification method. The sample used was a private primary school honorary teacher in Bandung Regency. Data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of the study prove there is an influence of competence and commitment to teacher performance by 83.3%. Keywords: competency, commitment, teacher performance.
