Abstract

CV Royalty Natural Indonesia is a company engaged in cosmetic products and is a subsidiary of PT. Green Angelica, which was founded in 2011. CV Royalty Natural Indonesia provides several beauty products including royalty day cream, royalty night cream, royalty bust-up cream, royalty cleansing soap, royalty hair tonic, royalty hair shampoo, royalty hair serum, royalty hair removal, royalty mustache cream and royalty beard serum. The marketing has constantly been done through e-commerce and existing social media. However, some obstacles emerge that may cause difficulties in managing data and information, and analyzing which products that are not optimal or the most favorite. Hence, it is not possible to identify the highest and lowest demand of their products which can adversely affect the company's sales target. In view of these problems, the objective of this study is to monitor and evaluate product sales performance in order to reveal which products have the highest and lowest demand and to be able to manage product data, sales data, and customer data. Based on the results of the application testing, it can be utilized by marketing managers in managing sales and customer data. Marketing managers are also able to specify which products have the highest or lowest demand and generate the product sales reports. In addition, this platform can be used to identify further pertaining to sales reports, reports per product, product lists, and sales performance reports. The results of this study showed that Tactical Dashboard can assist the marketing managers in monitoring and evaluating product sales and the target.

Abstract

PT Cahaya Surya Jaya Sentosa Demands for goods (sales) is the driving factor of a company. If the company can meet customer demand well, then the company can run well. The company should be able to provide the goods for sale of the next period. PT Cahaya Surya Jaya Sentosa is a distributor of Lang Balm that provides three kinds of balsam, namely 10gram, 20gram, and 40gram. PT Cahaya Surya Jaya Sentosa serves 1500 stores with detail of 225 wholesalers, 450 semi wholesalers (self-service), and 825 retail. With a considerable demand scale, the company has problems in determining the number of products (goods) for the next period of sales. By using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, it is expected to build an application that can predict the demand for goods at PT Cahaya Surya Jaya Sentosa. The algorithm used in forecasting is the simple averages method. Simple averages use a number of new demand actual data to generate forecast values for future requests". This method is effectively applied if it is assumed that market demand data on the product will remain stable at all times. This method has two special properties, namely to make forcasting require historical data in a certain period of time, the longer the moving average will create a smoother moving average. This study used balsam product data in the period January 2015 to July 2020. So the results obtained for the next month are Rp.62.471.022.0 for balsam products 10gram, Rp. 112.705.696.5 for balsam products 20gram, and Rp. 18.889.530.9 for balsam products 40gram. Keywords: Balsam, Sales, Forecasting

Abstract

Dinamika university  is one of the private campuses in Surabaya that has implemented a attendance management system with attendance recording tool that can be used with biometric validation of faces and fingerprints. The review recording tools available today take a long time for data integration between the tool and the Dinamika university attendance management system, besides the intergration process is not done in real time. The number of tools used is not proportional to the number of employees, causing queues of employees when conducting a review. This final task provides a attendance application development solution that combines two methods namely local binary pattern histograms as biometric validation of face matching and geofencing as validation of restrictions on employee's perspective area, the two methods will be applied to mobile-based applications to overcome queues and record reviews in real time with the Dinamika university attendance management system. The results of the trial of all functional using black box testing showed 100% results. Based on the results of the test, it can be concluded that the local binary pattern histograms and geofencing based on the overall function has been running well.

Abstract

Puskesmas Glagah is a health service facility located at Jalan Raya Glagah, No. 61, Kepuh, Bapuh Baru, Lamongan Regency. Drug demand planning has a big impact on the availability of drugs in puskesmas. There is a method that can help health centers plan their drug needs for the coming year, this method is the consumption method. The consumption method is based on pharmaceutical consumption data so it is often used as the most accurate estimate in pharmaceutical supply planning. During its development at the Glagah Puskesmas there were problems, especially in the planning of drug stock supplies. The stockout occurred because in planning the RKO was not monitored and only approved requests from each department of poly, when policemen submitted requests for drugs, they were immediately received by the pharmacy department without monitoring how many drugs were needed in a certain period, causing the business process at the puskesmas to be hampered.Based on these problems, a system that can calculate drug planning is needed so that it can help the health center in minimizing the losses caused by drug vacancies. The results showed that the consumption method was successfully applied to the planning function of drug needs with a comparison of the data for the last 3 years that went well and allowed the health center to control the availability of drug stocks.

Abstract

UD. TBRK Roastery a private company engaged in the manufacture and sale of local and imported coffee beans. The company was founded in 2016 and the founder of the company is Bowo Sundoro. The center of the company is located at Jalan Manukan Dalam Blok 14 J No. 12 Surabaya. One of the processes is a performance appraisal due to the employee development monitoring mechanism for each period (2 weeks). In conducting the assessment process, problems often occur such as the loss of the performance appraisal file in the previous period or during the ongoing period, the absence of a specific value range at the time of the performance appraisal, the calculation of the assessment which is often wrong, such as a mismatch with the content of the performance appraisal.Based on the problems described above, the solution needed is the creation of a website-based performance appraisal application using a paired comparison method that uses several criteria, including: efficiency, concern, enthusiasm, greeting, ethics, estimation, honesty, completeness, cooperation and passion. Application development uses the system development life cycle (SDLC), which consists of four stages, namely communication, planning, construction, and deployment. The results obtained from this study are in the form of a website-based performance appraisal application using the paired comparison method. This application can perform an appraiser selection process, performance appraisal using paired comparison, namely by performing automatic calculations when the owner or supervisor enters the value into the system. This application generates a performance appraisal report.

Abstract

Hang Tuah 4 senior high school is an agency engaged in education, located at Jalan Bogowonto 18, Surabaya. As an institution engaged in education, Hang Tuah 4 high school has supporting facilities for teaching and learning activities, namely a library. The problems that exist in the library of SMA Hang Tuah 4 Surabaya, among others. Lack of information about the amount of book information during the borrowing process, difficulties in checking borrower data, and events in information delivery. Meanwhile, in the process, errors occur when checking data. There is accumulation of data in recording the number of visits, because it is done once a week. The operator must adjust the loan data to the level of the fine amount. The above problems are solved by designing a web-based library circulation application. Applications can record loans and visits, library visits, and calculate fines automatically. In addition, this application also features a collection search and report generation. The method used in application development uses the System Development Life Cycle using the Waterfall model. The stages carried out include communication, planning, modeling, and construction. Tests carried out using the black box testing method on 45 test cases, obtained a 100% conformity level. This shows that the circulation of web-based applications runs according to its function.

Abstract

In order to achieve the company's business objectives, namely the distribution of sea transportation between islands throughout Indonesia and contribute economically and socially to the country and include the wider community with middle to lower economic class. PT Dharma Lautan Utama provides the DLU Ferry website with the address tiket.dlu.co.id. Based on the results of interviews with the IT/EDP Division and supported by the results of questionnaires based on the System Usability Scale (SUS) method for customers, it is known that the DLU Ferry website has a "Good" rating with a score of 52.3. From these results, an evaluation and design of a new website display was carried out to improve usability by using the User Centered Design (UCD) method. The design process uses a wireframe and produces a prototype. The results of the UI/UX design have succeeded in producing 6 main needs, namely the home page, login, account registration, ticket reservation, my order, and profile. The initial and final evaluation uses a usability scale system with the calculation of the SUS score, the color scheme for the prototype display is inspired by the basic colors of the PT DLU logo, namely blue, light blue, and red. For the contents of the content, menus, and buttons use the “Mulish” font, while for the motto text use the “Sarina” font. The results of the design are then carried out a final evaluation to determine the increase in website usability with an average SUS score of 82.7 with an "Excellent" rating, which means that the website looks better and meets customer needs.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 3 WARU is a Ministry of Education-accredited junior high school in the Waru District of Sidoarjo Regency. With the Covid-19 pandemic, academic activities must be conducted online or via the internet. Being online necessitates the application of technology, one of which is the employment of SBS Exam. After conducting interviews and observations, it was discovered that the prototype of the SBS Exam application had various flaws, including a lack of a user-friendly display, high lighting and contrast, unappealing application colors, and several inconsistent and inaccessible buttons. To address this issue, interviews and assessments of the SBS Exam application's operation were conducted, and the problem was then solved by rebuilding the interface on the prototype using the Double Diamond Design approach and usability testing. A usability testing measuring instrument with indicators of learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, and satisfaction is used to calculate the initial evaluation. The results reveal that the average data is low at 2.89, which is considered poor. As a result, the best answer to these issues is to rebuild the SBS Exam application's interface using the Double Diamond Design technique, which consists of four stages: explore, define, develop, and deliver. Questionnaires were provided to 30 respondents, 15 teachers and 15 students, during the testing of the prototype on the SBS Exam application. The average after redesigning the application is 4.24 with an 84.96 percent percentage, indicating that the redesign solution in the SBS Exam application is able to convey the interface design extremely well.
