Abstract

Management of liability assets must be managed properly and correctly by using the right method, so that banks can obtain greater profits in a lawful way, without strangling customers. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the alma of Islamic banks in Indonesia before and after the merger. This research was conducted on three large banks that have merged into one, namely Bank Syariah Indonesia with qualitative methods, data collection through library research, namely library research. In the management of Liquidity and Capital Management in conventional banks, the value is greater than the management of Liquidity in Islamic banks. Meanwhile, in asset liability management, price management, Islamic banks have a higher level of price management than conventional banks. Post-merger in Indonesian Islamic banks is a very significant determining factor. , because if there is accumulation of optimal input is expected to provide maximum output as well so that efficiency occurs. On February 1, at the beginning of its operations, BSI was able to become a magnet for business players and investors in the stock market as indicated by a significant increase in share value. As of December 2020, BSI's assets have reached Rp239.56 trillion.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of an Arabic-Indonesian Pocket Dictionary for class VIII MTs Ma'arif 1 Jombang as a support for the use of textbooks. Equipped with Mufrodat, Qiroah, 'Ibarot and Qowa'id. The research model used is the Research and Development model. Data collection methods were in the form of pre-test, post-test and questionnaire using research instruments in the form of validation sheets, assessment sheets, and student response sheets on small-scale trials and large-scale trials. The results of this study are (1) has succeeded in developing a Pocket Arabic-Indonesian dictionary product for class VIII MTs Ma'arif 1 Jombang, (2) based on the assessment of experts consisting of material experts, media experts, this dictionary has very good quality ( SB), (3) based on the small-scale trial, the student's response to the developed product was agree (S) and in the large-scale trial the student's response to the Arabic-Indonesian dictionary for class VIII MTs Ma'arif 1 Jombang was strongly agree. (SS), based on the results of field tests, student responses to the product developed were categorized as strongly agree (SS). This shows that they strongly agree that the Arabic-Indonesian pocket dictionary can improve Arabic writing skills for class VIII at MTs Ma'arif 1 Jombang.

Abstract

This research was comducted with the aim of improving the Arabic speaking skills of seventh grade students at MTs Al-Ikhlas Lamongan by using the brainstorming method. This research was conductes from March to April 2021. The subjects of this study were all seventh grade students consisting of 10 female students and 10 male students. The form of research conducted by this research is research with the experimanl method, this method of application divides the class into 2 namely the experimental class and the control class. because of the lack of mastery of Arabic vocabulary, interest in learning Arabic, especially in speaking skills, is very minimal which makes the learning atmosphere in the classroom very quiet. Researchers try solutions by implementing the brainstorming method to MTs VII graders in improving Arabic speaking.

Abstract

Learning can be said to be successful if the objectives have been achieved. To achieve this goal, various strategies and methods are needed that are relevant and in accordance with the times. This research was conducted to find out how the achievements of SMPN 3 Peterongan students both in the religious and non-religious fields as well as in the academic and non-academic fields because it is known that SMPN 3 Peterongan is one of the schools that has various kinds of achievements in all fields. In addition, it is also to find out how the process of the strategies and methods used and how to solve the existing obstacles. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method which assigns the researcher as the main tool to search for all data from various available sources. One of them is by way of researchers going to the research site and conducting interviews with informants, then the results of the interviews are reported descriptively and narratively. The results of this study are SMPN 3 Peterongan can achieve various achievements, especially in the field of religion, one of which is by integrating two curricula at once without any differences or ruling out one another. The curriculum is an official curriculum and a religious curriculum that always goes hand in hand. By merging the two curricula, students will not only excel in the religious field but also excel in the non-religious field. And all kinds of obstacles that occur in the process of developing this learning will also be resolved properly by means of deliberation to reach consensus in order to achieve our common goals.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of student learning outcomes in PAI (Islamic Religious Education) lessons which are under KKM, so the author took the initiative to research and propose solutions by applying bandicam media. The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes by applying bandicam media with a realistic approach to PAI lessons in class XI at Plandaan State Senior High School Jombang. This type of research is classroom action research with research subjects in class XI IPS 3 SMA Negeri Plandaan, and the object of this research is the use of videos recorded through the bandicam application to improve student learning outcomes in PAI lessons. The research was conducted from March 1 to March 31, 2021. The action was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of one meeting. The research procedure includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed a significant increase. Data collection techniques using tests, observations, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative data analysis method. The average score obtained at the end of the first cycle was 69.82 with the number of students who reached the KKM as many as 21 students (63.64%), then at the end of the second cycle the average score of students increased to 80.30 and as many as 31 students ( 93.94%) obtained a score of reaching the KKM.

Abstract

Analysis of Tarbawi Hadith on Learning Materials (study of Contemporary Hadith) in the world of education needs to be applied and accustomed in the school environment, as well as in the university, as well as in the community. The concept of character education in the Analysis of Hadith Tarbawi Hadith perspective is the transformation of values ​​from educators to learners directly or indirectly. In the science of Ushul al-Hadith, in terms of Hasbi al-siddieqy, the science of hadith as knowledge related to the hadith of the Prophet. As the hadith of the Prophet about the method of learning, the author uses the method of reading books about hadith and the classification of hadith. The method used by the author is qualitative. In this research method, the author found that in the book/book of tarbawi hadith written by Bukhari Umar, M.Ag, there are eight kinds of methods of learning Islam. In the method of learning Islamic education, it explains how the emotional differences need to be understood by the educator so that he is not reckless in responding to the actions of his learners, the educator should not overcome the emotional turmoil of the learners with emotional outbursts as well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the validation of herbarium experts and learning media experts on the developed plant herbarium. The types of plants used as herbarium specimens are plants used in the Tingkeban traditional ceremony carried out by the community in Jombang Regency. This research is a development research that refers to the R&D model which consists of 10 stages, but only the first five stages were carried out in this study. The five stages are potential and problems, information gathering, product design, design validation, and design improvement. The instruments used are interview guides and validation sheets that are adjusted to the expertise of each validator. There are two validation sheets used, namely the herbarium expert validation sheet and the learning media expert validation sheet. The data that has been collected was analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the developed herbarium obtained a score of 80 with the criteria quite feasible from the herbarium expert, and obtained a score of 95 with the criteria very feasible from the learning media expert. This shows that the herbarium developed can be used as a medium for learning biology, after going through a process of improvement based on suggestions from the two validators.

Abstract

In order to develop students' mathematical abilities, a learning should not only emphasize mastery of the material, but mathematical activities should also support the development of students' ability to think mathematically. This due to mathematical thinking is important for a student's academic success and is also an ability needed in the role of each individual in society. One of the mathematical activities that support students' mathematical thinking skills is PISA like mathematics problems. One of the mathematical content in PISA is about space and shape. However, several previous studies have shown that many Indonesian students have difficulty in solving PISA like mathematics problems of space and shape content Therefore, in this study, PISA like mathematics problems of space and shape content was developed for students at the SMP/MTs level. The product is used as a mathematical activity in learning at school as an effort to support students' mathematical thinking. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. The product trial results show that the product developed is valid and appropriate to support students' mathematical thinking. The final product received a response with "Good" criteria from students.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the steps for using the MURDER learning strategy and to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the MURDER learning strategy in PAI subjects at Roudlotun Nasyi'in Vocational School in Mojokerto. The background of the problem in this research is that the teacher in carrying out learning has not fully implemented the appropriate learning model and is in accordance with the student's way of learning. This raises problems when the teacher applies a monotonous learning model and does not match the student's learning style, so the learning process does not attract students' interest in learning so that students find it difficult to understand the material being taught. The problems in this research are: 1. what are the steps in using the MURDER learning strategy. 2. the advantages and disadvantages of the MURDER learning strategy. How is the level of students' ability to express ideas, thoughts and experiences through this learning model. The method used during the research was: an approach to the pie teacher at Roudlotun Nasyi'in Vocational High School in Mojokerto. Data analysis techniques are describing phenomena, classifying them, seeing concepts. This type of research is qualitative research. The research subjects were PAI teachers at Roudlotun Nasyi'in SMK Mojokerto. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and documentation to complete the revealed data. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the application of the MURDER learning strategy can improve students' thinking skills so that students are able to understand the MURDER learning strategy very well.
