Abstract

The purpose of study are: 1) Describe the leadership style, organizational culture, infrastructure and quality of education at SMPN 1 Omben, Sampang Regency; 2) Test and analyze the partial influence of the leadership style, organizational culture and infrastructure on the quality of education at SMPN 1 Omben, Sampang Regency; 3) Test and analyze the simultaneous influence of the leadership style, organizational culture and infrastructure on the quality of education at SMPN 1 Omben, Sampang Regency. The number of research samples as many as 34 people, the sampling methods using the census sampling method. Analysis tools Using SPSS. The results showed that: 1) Partially, leadership style, organizational culture, and infrastructure have a significant influence on the quality of education at SMPN 1 Omben, Sampang Regency. So that in this case the first hypothesis is accepted and its validity is proven; 2) Simultaneously, leadership style, organizational culture, and infrastructure have a significant influence on the quality of education at SMPN 1 Omben, Sampang Regency. So that in this case the second hypothesis is accepted and its validity is proven

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of prices, service quality, and repeat purchases on product sale decisions simultaneously, partialy, and significantly. And to determine which variables have a dominant influence. Methods of research using quantitative methods in the study population are consumers Gamis Afifathin Surabaya. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling and accidental sampling with a sample size of 95 respondents to the formula Slovin. Technique uses multiple linier regression analysis. The variable is the prices, service quality, repeat purchases, product sale. Result were obtained value of F count 41,563 with a significance of 0,000, t value of each variable of prices 1,094 > 1,98638, variable service quality 10,757 > 1,98638, and variable repeat purchases 0,437 > 1,98638 Based on the result of research in Product Gamis Afifathin Surabaya to the simultaneous effect of three independent variables, partial and significant impact on Product sale. The Independent variable of Service Quality has a dominant influence on the Product Sale which has a Beta value of 0,597.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 150 employees. The purpose of this study is 1). To find a description of the organizational culture, work environment, work experience and employee performance of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 2). To prove and analyze whether organizational culture, work environment and work experience simultaneously and significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 3). To prove and analyze whether the organizational culture, work environment and work experience partially and significantly influence the performance of the employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep. 4). To analyze which variables among the organizational culture, work environment and work experience have a dominant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep.The results showed that 1). Simultaneously, organizational culture, work environment and work experience responded very well by respondents so that it has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, proven the truth and accepted the hypothesis. 2). Partially, organizational culture, work environment and work experience responded very meaningfully / very well by employees so that it has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, proven the truth and accepted the hypothesis. 3). Work experience has a dominant influence on employee performance at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep, proven the truth and accepted the hypothesis.

Abstract

This research was conducted St Bank Jatim, Sumenep Branch, with a total sample of 57 people. The purpose of this study are: 1) To find out how the description of compensation assistance, work motivation, and work performance at Bank Jatim, Sumenep branch; 2) To support and analyze participation in the provision of compensation and work motivation on employee work performance at Bank Jatim, Sumenep branch; 3) To support and analyze compensation complaints, work motivation and organizational work simultaneously on the work performance of employees at Bank Jatim, Sumenep branch. Data analysis using SPSS, this type of research is explanatory research using quantitative research. The results showed that: 1) Compensation (X1) at Bank Jatim, Sumenep Branch can be expressed according to employee expectations, namely the existence of all kinds of rewards in the form of money such as salaries, various benefits, THR, incentives, commissions and others. Motivation (X2) of employees at Bank Jatim, Sumenep Branch, have had such a strong drive, desire or interest in them to achieve organizational goals. This system of shared meaning already has a number of key characteristics that the Sumenep Branch of the Bank Jatim organization is upholding; 2) Simultaneously, Compensation and Motivation have a significant influence on Employee Performance at Bank Jatim, Sumenep Branch.

Abstract

Fixed assets are long-term assets or assets that are relatively permanent. They are tangible assets because they are physically visible. The purpose of this study is to determine which method of depreciation of fixed assets is more appropriate for PT. Karya Jaya Lestari Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that the companies concerned have not implemented a depreciation method in accordance with the type of business of the company concerned. Therefore, this study provides suggestions and reconstructs the depreciation of fixed assets in accordance with the type of business of the company concerned, which can provide a fair presentation of the depreciation method for fixed assets in the financial statements.

Abstract

Abstract The results showed that: 1) Reward had a significant positive effect on work performance with an original sample value of 0.566. 2) Reward has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior with the original sample value of 0.330. 3) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on work performance with the original sample value of 0.643. 4) Work discipline has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior with an original sample value of 0.632. 5) Organizational citizenship behavior has a significant negative effect on work performance with an original sample value of -0.196. 6) Reward has no significant negative effect on work performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior with an original sample value of -0.065. 7) Work discipline has a significant negative effect on work performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior with an original sample value of -0.124.

The results showed that 1.) Education level had a significant negative effect on employee performance with the original sample value of -0.302. 2.) Education level has a significant positive effect on work ability with the original sample value of 0.406. 3.) Work enthusiasm has a significant positive effect on employee performance with the original sample value of 0.703. 4.) Work enthusiasm has a significant positive effect on work ability with the original sample value of 0.498. 5.) Work ability has a significant positive effect on employee performance with the original sample value of 0.517. 6.) Education level has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by work ability with an original sample value of 0.257. 7.) Dwi Budiyatno, 2022. The Effect of Work Ability on Employee Performance at the Sampang District Office, Sampang Regency Mediated by Motivation, Postgraduate Program at Wijaya Putra University. This type of research is explanatory, namely to test hypotheses between hypothesized variables that will be tested for truth. by using a quantitative approach, the research sample was 94 respondents. In this study, the data will be processed using SEM-PLS data analysis. The aims of this research are: 1). To determine the significant effect of work ability on employee performance. 2). To determine the significant effect of work ability on employee motivation. 3). To determine the significant effect of motivation on employee performance. 4). To determine the significant effect of work ability on employee performance mediated by motivation. The results showed that: 1). Work ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.436 and the p-values ​​of 0.000. 2). work ability has a positive and significant effect on motivation. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.358 and the p-values ​​of 0.002. 5). Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.502 and the p-values ​​of 0.000. 6). Work ability has a significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by motivation. This is evidenced by the original sample value of 0.179 and p-values ​​of 0.022.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To examine and analyze the effect of education on employee performance in Tlanakan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency; 2) To test and analyze the effect of education on competence in Tlanakan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency; 3) To test and analyze the effect of competence on the performance of employees in Tlanakan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency; and 4) To examine and analyze the effect of education on the performance of the employees of the Tlanakan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency which is mediated by competence. The research method used is quantitative method, with a sample of 62 employees. Based on data analysis using PLS, the results showed that; 1) Education has a significant effect on employee performance, with the original sample value of 0.319; 2) Education has a significant effect on competence, with the original sample value of 0.545; 3) Competence has a significant effect on employee performance, with the original sample value of 0.338; and 4) Education has a significant effect on employee performance mediated by competence, with the original sample value of 0.184. The significance value of all research variables at = 0.05 with a 95% confidence level. The variable that has a significant dominant effect is education on competence.
