Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pelaksanaan PP 2411997 dalam proses pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah karena warisan berdasarkan Surat pernyataan ahli waris pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Makassar dan mengetahui mengapa proses pendaftaran peralihan hak karena warisan pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Makassar tisak menggunakan Akta Pembagian Hak Bersama seperti ketentuan dalam PP 24/1967, tetapi menggunakan dasar surat penyataan Ali Waris. Populasi atau universe adalah seluruh objek atau seluruh individu atau seluruh gejala atau seluruh kejadian-kejadian atau seluruh unit yang diteliti.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kantor Pertanahan Kota Makassar dan Notaris/PPAT Kota Makassar.Hasil panelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah karena warisan yang diterapkan kantor Pertanahan Kata Makassar dapat dilakukan hanya dengan membuat surat pernyataan ahli waris dimana dengan dasar surat pernyataan ahli waris yang Isinya menunjuk salah satu ahli waris sebagai pemegang has pendaftaran peralihan hanya dapat langsung dilakukan tanpa ada satu perbuatan hukum dihadapan pejabat yang berwenang yaitu PPAT dengan membuat akta pembagian hak bersama. Proses pendaftaran peralihan hak karena warisan pada Kantor Pertanahan Kota Makassar tidak menggunakan Akta Pembagian Hak Bersama. Kata kunci: Pendaftaran, peralihan hak, ahli waris

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process and results of using Self Regulated Learning in increasing motivation to learn Arabic in the online learning system during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Mataraman, Banjar, South Kalimantan. The research uses a qualitative approach designed in the form of action research. While the steps used refer to the Mertler model (2011), namely: (1) identification of initial ideas, (2) analysis of general problem finding, (3) general planning of action, (4) developing and implementing action steps (5) evaluating and revise the general design, and (6) develop in the second step of action and so on. The results of the study found that in Cycle I the point of conformity reached 67.7% so that it was certain that students agreed with learning using the concept of Self-regulated learning. However, the acceptance of Arabic lessons is still low, some students still consider Arabic as a difficult subject. While in the second cycle the point of conformity reached 76.5%. Higher than the first cycle after improving the learning pattern in the personal evaluation system section by providing a standard format provided by the teacher. Thus, it can be concluded that students feel enthusiastic in carrying out Arabic learning with an online system if it is done using the concept of self-regulated learning. The theoretical findings in the research are: (1) learning activities that provide wider opportunities for students or are more student centered (student centered learning) provide more opportunities for students to actualize themselves and develop themselves to be better, and (2) student satisfaction in solving their own problems and sharing with friends are important factors in online learning to foster high learning motivation. While the practical findings are (1) it is necessary to make other efforts to make Arabic lessons more interesting for students, even though the average results of the questionnaires are positive but some say they don't like Arabic lessons, and (2) cooperation in problem solving and Freedom in learning is an important thing that must be maintained, because it becomes a dominant factor in the motivation to learn Arabic. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the world of education, so it has to adapt to doing virtual class (online) learning. Like learning yoga asanas at SMA Negeri 3 Palu, which must apply virtual class learning models with practical materials, they will find serious problems. The formulation of the problem is: 1. How is the virtual class model learning on yoga asanas at SMA Negeri 3 Palu? 2. How is the learning process through a virtual class model in learning yoga asanas at SMA Negeri 3 Palu? The method in this study is a qualitative descriptive method as an assessment of the problem in this study. The results are 1. In learning the virtual class model, the teacher uses online applications such as google meet, whatsapp group, and quizizz and is balanced with the provision of yoga asanas tutorial videos. 2. The learning process of the virtual class model consists of several stages, namely the planning or preparation stage and the implementation stage. The planning stage consists of the process of making lesson plans, Flyer invitations to enter learning, teaching materials or materials in the form of power points, and quizzz as the evaluation stage.

Abstract

Gamification is the comprehensive use of game features with the aim of improving student’s performance and motivation in learning. The purpose of this present research is to conduct a systematic review of previous relevant research using the Quizizz and Kahoot! in learning English during 2021. The research method employed a Literature Study through a search on the Google Scholar page. Synthesis of literature data was analyzed from various components of students’ needs in learning English using Quizziz and Kahoot! The results point out that the online learning application Quizizz and Kahoot! have various advantages for learning English, among others, increasing the students’ ability and motivation in participating in the process of learning English actively and communicatively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan karakter dalam pembelajaran PPKn bermuatan karakter nasionalis siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain fenomenalogi. Subyek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa. analisis data menggunakan Miles dan Huberman, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan atau verikasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena rendahnya hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia di SD Negeri 064954 Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan belajar bahasa Indonesia peserta didik yang diajarkan dengan perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik yang memiliki gaya belajar auditori, visual dan kinestetik; untuk mengetahui interaksi antara Strategi Pembelajaran dengan Gaya Belajar peserta didik dalam mempengaruhi hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia. Populasi Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 90 orang yang terdiri dari 30 dari kelas Va dan 30 dari kelas Vb dan 30 dari kelas V c SD Negeri 064954 Kota Medan. Teknik penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan cluster random sampling. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 60 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran PBL dengan siswa yang diajarkan dengan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil ANAVA bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan yaitu rata-rata 84,00 pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari rata-rata 75,33 dibandingkan kelas kontrol. (2) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia peserta didik yang memiliki gaya belajar auditori dan visual, hal ini terlihat dari hasil ANAVA bahwa rata-rata 88,18 pada visual lebih tinggin dari rata-rata 82,73 pada auditori. (3) Terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether the CTL model is effective on the learning outcomes of Class X students of SMK Yapis Timika. The type used in this research is experimental research. This research was conducted at Yapis Timika Vocational School, Mimika Regency as a place for the implementation of the CTL model and the class used was class X Accounting with a total of 13 people. Research results and application. (1) based on the results of the normality test using statistical software on the pretest value and posttest value with a level of = 5% is a normal distribution where the pretest value is 0.200 < 0.234 and 0.040 < 0.234 (2) based on the effectiveness test using the One-Sample T-test, the application of the CTL model is effective on learning outcomes of the Three-variable Linear Equation System for Class X students of SMK Yapis Timika, where the value of Sig.(2-tailed) = 424 0.05. Thus the CTL model is effective on the learning outcomes of SPLTV students of SMK Yapis Timika class X Accounting, mathematics teachers should use the CTL model as an alternative in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perceptions of parents of elementary school (SD) students towards learning in the new normal era in Melawi Regency. Data collection in this study used an online questionnaire with the Google form application which was given to all parents of elementary school students in Melawi Regency as many as 31 people. This study uses mixed method which is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. The subjects of this study were 31 people. Data collection techniques used parental perception questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study obtained data that with regard to face-to-face learning in the New Normal era, the majority of parents agreed at 96.8%. While the rest stated disagree as much as 3.2%. Overall, based on parental responses regarding perceptions of the new normal era learning process, its advantages and convenience compared to online learning, it was obtained that an average of 87.1% of parents agreed and 12.9% of parents stated that they did not agree with the consideration that there were still concerns. against the pandemic that occurred, and the implementation of the shift process of learning hours which was felt to be useless because it was too short. In addition, the parents' perception of their participation in children's learning assistance was on average 59.37% in the frequent category, 36.12% in the occasional category, and 4.51% in the never category.

Abstract

This article discusses about Kopi Sekanak tradition. This research is a qualitative research with oral history method. Data collected through interviews and literature study. The result shows that Kopi Sekanak is the heritage from Melayu royal government in the past. There are local wisdom in Kopi Sekanak which is described in this article. Kopi Sekanak also include in intangible cultural heritage category.

Abstract

Korean dramas are very popular with audiences from various mass media and social media. With a very interesting storyline, it is able to hypnotize Indonesian audiences to become active viewers and bring up various assumptions about Korean drama content. The Korean drama adopted in this study is entitled The World of the Married. The drama that was broadcast by Trans TV a few months ago was very successful in anesthetizing the general public and making viewers adopt drama in their daily lives. This study aims to describe the female self-image of the main character, Ji Sun Woo’s in the Korean drama entitled The World of the Married which raises the issue of divorce and shows the value of feminism as shown by Ji Sun Woo as a strong figure and a brave female character who can make her own decisions to seek justice. By using qualitative research, data was collected using reading and note-taking techniques. The Korean drama The World of the Married discusses gender inequality, work, and social group problems and indirectly harms society as a whole, such as the social inequality on Lee Tae Oh's part between men and women in terms of leading and working..
