Abstract

This study aims to find out how the picture of a mother's resilience towards her child who is a Covid-19 patient in the city of Salatiga. This research is a type of qualitative research with purposive sampling. The number of research participants involved in this study were three mothers with an age range of 25-60 years and whose children were diagnosed with Covid-19. The results of the study found that the three participants had a different picture of resilience. The first participant (SM) showed that he managed to fulfill the seven resilience aspects). While in the second participant (SA) only four aspects of resilience were met, namely emotion regulation, self-efficacy, impulse control, and problem-analyzing ability. Then the third party (IP) fulfills six aspects, namely emotion regulation, optimism, empathy, self-efficacy, impulse control, and control. This study also found other supporting aspects of resilience besides those described by Reivich & Shatte (2002), in the form of aspects of social support (family and close people) and religion.

Abstract

Well-managed education program management will be able to improve the quality of education even though it is through a gradual process . The purpose of this research was to find out how the package C equivalence management process at SKB Tasikmalaya City in improving the quality of education. This research was conducted because several problems were found that could affect the quality of education, including only a few students who mastered IT, the learning process was not controlled, the dissemination of information on ICT-based learning was not evenly distributed, students wanted easy and fast services, and the difficulty of students adapting with other participants. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, which are problem solving obtained by describing the state of the object or research subject based on facts in the field. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data obtained from eight informants and institutional administrative data. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The instruments used are observation and interview guidelines. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the management of the package C equivalence education program which includes aspects of planning, organizing, actuating, monitoring and evaluating functions, Overall, it has been in accordance with and is running in a structured manner and has achieved the expected goals. It can be concluded that the management of the package C equivalence education program at the Tasikmalaya City SKB can gradually improve the quality of education.

Abstract

All religions teach their adherents to do good and create unity with solid brotherly ties in the life of the nation and state. In writing this article, several problem formulations are the subject of discussion, including; (1) the re-actualization thoughts of KH Hasyim Asy'ari on national unity; and (2) the urgency of national unity during the Covid-19 pandemic to reflect on the history of the founding of the Indonesian nation and state, which was built on unity and integrity with a complete sense of nationalism that accommodates common interests without discrimination. Then, this article is a study of library research with a qualitative type based on complex and comprehensively identified social phenomena through a descriptive-analytic approach. Furthermore, the results of this article state that KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is a national figure whose thoughts are widely used as the basis for acting in the face of various imperialist powers with the spirit of national unity, which different groups accept. Once fueled the nature of national unity. In today's life, KH. Hasyim Asy'ari can be practised and imitated to rise together against the Covid-19 pandemic by being united through the spirit of solidarity and national brotherhood to complement each other to create a good and prosperous order during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan kesalahan huruf kapital, kesalahan penulisan kata dan kesalahan pemakaian tanda baca pada spanduk iklan di kota Namlea Kabupaten Buru.Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tulisan pada spanduk di kota Namlea Kabupaten Buru, instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian sendiri dan peneliti menggunakan alat bantu berupa Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia (PUEBI) dan Kamus Besar Bahasa Indonesia (KBBI).Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi dan dokumentasi kemudian dilakukan identifikasi deskripsi dan klasifikasi data berdasarkan kesalahan yang terdapat pada spanduk iklan di Kota Namlea dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil Analisis dari data yang dikumpulkan terdapat kesalahan ejaan bahasa Indonesia pada spanduk iklan di Namlea Kabupaten Burusebanyak 51 kasus kesalahan yang terdiri. Kesalahan pemakaian huruf kapital, kesalahan penulisan kata, dan kesalahan pemakaian tanda baca.Selanjutnya implementasi spanduk yang terdapat pada setiap jalan merupakan peran penting bagi penunjang keberhasilan proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Karena spanduk merupakan komunikasi secara tidak langsung pada setiap orang maupun siswa, kemudian merupakan komunikasi satu arah yang tampak kita sadari, oleh karena itu jika penulisan pada spanduk iklan yang kita lihat atau kita baca mengalami perubahan huruf pada setiap kata maka, hal ini akan mempengaruhi pengetahuan bagi setiap orang yang membacanya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan bagaimana peran orang tua dalam membina akhlak anak pada masa pademi di RT 64 Gang Mawa IV Purwakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskritif. Teori yang digunakan untuk variabel peran orang tua adalah BkkbN delapan fungsi keluarga dan konsep akhlak al-Ghazali. Hasil penelitian pembinaan akhlak anak pada masa pandemi oleh orang tua adalah membiasakan dan mengajarkan anak melaksanakan shalat lima waktu, membiasakan anak untuk mengucapkan salam ketika hendak memasuki atau keluar rumah, membiasakan dan mengajarkan anak mengaji al-Qura’an, dan memberikan pengawasan dalam pergaulan anak. Faktor pendukung pembinaan akhlak adalah partisipasi tokoh agama dengan memberi teguran kepada anak yang berperilaku kurang baik, partisipasi tokoh agama memberikan penyuluhan kepada orang tua tentang cara melakukan pembinaan akhlak pada masa pandemi, keluarga yang turut mengawasi pergaulan anak. Indonesia merupakan suatu Negara kesatuan dengan pancasila sebagai ideologi Negara, hal ini mengandung konsekuensi bahwa segala tatanan kehidupan di Negara kesatuan Republik Indonesia ini harus didasarkan pada nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalam pancasila, termasuk didalamnya adalah tatanan dalam hubungan industrial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum dalam kaitannya dengan kegiatan yang bersifat akademik. Perselisihan PHK selalu berkaitan dengan pemenuhan hak, kompensasi atau pesangon atas pekerja dan kewajiban pengusaha untuk memenuhi kewajiban. Perselisihan hubungan industrial mencuat karena perbedaan pendapat yang berujung pertentangan. Baik itu dialami Pengusaha maupun gabungan pengusaha dengan buruh atau pekerja. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan yuridis normatif dan yuridis empiris. Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi adalah suatu keputusan memiliki sifat final dan mengikat serta langsung mendapatkan kekuatan hukum tetap dimulai sejak selesai diucapkan dalam sidang pleno terbuka untuk umum dan bersifat erga omnes (berlaku untuk semua orang) yang wajib dipatuhi serta harus dilaksanakan secara langsung (self executing). Abstract

When a pandemic occurs, it finally makes us learn how to learn and teach student. One of them is the online and offline model. Conditions during the pandemic are not allowed face-to-face learning in class, so it is only allowed in small groups. The strategy of mapping the area adjacent to where you live and then grouping it can be the right choice. Active Knowledge Sharing learning method is a cooperative learning activity and then group members share tasks with each other to solve problems. Through the Active Knowledge Sharing learning method, it is hoped that each student can provide input to other group members according to their experience and knowledge. The Active Knowledge Sharing method can encourage students' motivation to be more active and will be able to..encourage..students..to..improv..mastery..of the..material. Sharing experiences with fellow group members and sharing with the whole class will motivate students to learn. So the..Active..Knowledge.Sharing learning.method is a..cooperative learning activity, students are placed in heterogeneous groups and then group members share tasks with each other to solve problems. Abstract

Teachers play an important role in the world of education. For this reason, as a teacher, you must have the principle of lifelong learning in order to find the best way to educate. The teacher plays a role in controlling the course of the learning process, which is expected to carry out the task as well as possible. The reward method is one way to motivate students to achieve achievements. This reward method is motivated by the concept of behavioristic theory, namely that learning is a change in behavior as a result of the interaction between stimulus and response (Ginanjar. 2013:2). Motivated students are initiated and motivated by a need. According to Abraham Maslow reward (award) is one of the basic needs that encourage a person to actualize himself (Wantah. 2005:164). Human needs consist of five levels from the lowest to the highest, starting from physiological needs, security, belonging and being loved, self-esteem, and self-actualization. If, a level of need has been met, then the need no longer functions as a motivator. This will then be able to strengthen the teacher regarding the appropriate response so that it can stimulate students. In addition to the basic needs factor, the student's family background also affects the strength of the response given by the student.

Abstract

The success of producing the next generation of competent and reliable people begins with family education. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parental motivation on mathematics learning achievement for grade VI students at SD Negeri Lengahsari 01 for the 2019/2020 academic year. The approach in this research is to use the Simple Random technique. After the research data was obtained using a measuring instrument that was compiled, then a quantitative data analysis was carried out. This is done to answer the problem through testing the research hypothesis. Mathematics learning achievement of students is influenced by students' learning motivation. It can be seen from the simple ANOVA calculation that the p-value is smaller than 0.05, thus Ho is rejected, Y or X regression is significant or Learning Motivation has an effect on Mathematics Learning Achievement, with the equation Y = 48.673 + 0.351X, thus the hypothesis research is supported by empirical data. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Mathematics Learning Motivation has an effect on Mathematics Learning Achievement. Thus, if a teacher wants to be successful in carrying out learning activities, he must be able to provide stimulation to students to be interested in participating in the process of learning activities. If students are interested, they will catch and understand easily what the teacher is saying.
