Abstract

In conducting research, using descriptive methods, where the sources and types of data used are quantitative data and qualitative data. The research design used by the author is a primary data research design and a secondary data research design. The data collection technique used is a field research technique which includes interviews and observations, while a library research technique includes data collection techniques by studying, reviewing and understanding existing data sources. in several books related to the research. In the presentation of the raw material inventory report still using manual recording using inventory cards and Microsoft Office Excel 2003 software, then the new information system will be used to create a system that includes making DFD, ERD, Normalization, context diagrams and physical design, namely output design and databases. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the existing system in CV. Adi Sejahtera Bandung there are several weaknesses, the system for recording transactions in and out of raw materials that is run manually is still not efficient, the occurrence of errors and the slow sales process is due to the slowness in receiving information on goods at this company. The author suggests using a computerized raw material inventory information system to help management control inventory transactions by improving the information structure in reports and making standardized reports to make work efficient and effective.

Abstract

Information technology that is used properly will have a good influence on the company, among others, can increase productivity, work efficiency and of course very useful for institutions such as Koperasi Kawi Mandiri Sentosa in facing competitive business competition. The determination and speed of data processing from Koperasi Kawi Mandiri Sentosa, the presentation of fast, precise and accurate information will make it easier for companies to make the right decisions as well. Koperasi Kawi Mandiri Sentosa has a variety of fund products which include Voluntary Deposits and Time Deposits. As well as credit products which include Monthly Loans and Term Loans, while the procedures to be processed consist of the savings section, and the credit loan section. If there is a deposit transaction, it can be recorded in the customer's proof of deposit and at the same time the data can be saved to the computer automatically. Likewise, if there is a loan transaction from a customer, the data on the computer can be known with certainty and accuracy. The program that will be developed by the author is a multiuser-based savings and loan accounting information system, the software used is Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0

Abstract

An expert system is a system that seeks to adopt human knowledge to a computer that is designed to model problem solving abilities like an expert (Durkin, 1994). The three main components contained in any expert system are the knowledge base, the inference engine, and the user interface. Forward chaining is a strategy to predict or find a solution to a problem that starts with a set of known facts, then derives new facts based on rules whose premises match the known facts. This process is continued until the goal is reached or there are no more rules whose premise matches the known facts. The system maker application media uses PHP and MySQL as databases

Abstract

Decision support system is defined as a system that supports the work of a manager or a group of managers in solving semi-structured problems by providing information or suggestions towards certain decisions. The design of this system used the R & D (Research And Development) method approach according to Borg & Gall (1983:775) and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as the calculation method, while what was taken into account were the criteria, where the criteria were: the number of consumers, center of crowd, access road, security, development potential. This application is made using the PHP programming language, MySql as the database, and the software used are: Adobe Dreamweaver and Apache. The choice of location for the construction of the right service center location is a problem that is being faced by PT. Eltra Various Techniques Semarang. Leaders feel confused in determining the right location for the construction of a service center because there are many things that must be considered so that the construction is not in vain and can overcome company problems. This decision support system is able to provide convenience for company leaders in determining the right service center location, through appropriate calculation processes and an integrated system with Geographic Information System (GIS) that can point to locations directly online. The results obtained are Tunjungan Elektronik Center with a value of 97.00, ITC Mega Wholesale with a value of 87.00, Galaxy Mall with a value of 86.00, Delta Plaza with a value of 85.00, Hi-tech Mall with a value of 84.00, Citra Wold Surabaya with a score of 83.00 so that the alternative chosen is Tunjungan Elektronik Center with the highest score of 97.00

Abstract

So far, the determination of recipients of direct public assistance funds (BLSM) is still not accurate. Therefore we need a decision support system application program that can assist in making a decision accurately and quickly to get accurate selection results. The method used in this application is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) where the classification process is carried out in a hierarchical manner, providing a comparison value for each criterion to determine the criteria value. This research resulted in an application of a decision support system for determining the receipt of direct assistance funds while the community used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. In this application the criteria and sub-criteria can be determined according to the indicators that exist in each region and can be grouped based on the selection period. The results of testing this application show a fairly accurate percentage and can be used to determine BLSM recipients.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Santika Premiere Hotel Semarang which aims to analyze and explain the effect of work discipline and communication on housekeeping performance at the Santika Premiere hotel where the communication dimension has the lowest score. This shows that in reality there are still criticisms and suggestions. This condition is always improved even though the communication is quite good, in order to improve house keeping performance in the future. The research data was obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The sample used in the study was 98 respondents. The results of the study are expected to provide useful information for the manager and guest satisfaction. The data obtained is processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. Quantitative analysis uses multiple regression analysis to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, model test, hypothesis test, and yet before the test is done, test the validity and reliability test first. The results of the regression analysis showed that there was an influence of work discipline and communication on housekepping performance at the Santika Premiere hotel. Then the results of the multiple regression analysis test showed a significant F value, with an adjusted R 2 square determination correlation value of 0.486. This shows that the influence of work discipline and significantly influence communication on housekepping performance in Santika Premiere Hotels together with a close relationship of 48.6%.

Abstract

The aim from this research analyzes work ethic and job satisfaction influence towards official job performance with leadership as moderating variable. Population that canvassed entire official at Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah with total as much as 342 person. In this research total sample taken 103 person with Slovin formula. Analyzer that used in this research moderated regression analysis Hypothesis testing 1 known that value t count = 2.832 > t table = 1.658 with number significance = 0.009 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thereby so hypothesis (H1) that work ethic excelsior so also official job performance proved. Hypothesis testing 2 be known that value t count = 2.854 > t table = 1.658 with number significance = 0.005 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thereby so hypothesis (H2) that job satisfaction excelsior so also official job performance proved. Hypothesis testing 3 known that value t count 2.527 > t table = 1.658 with number significance = 0.017 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thereby so hypothesis (H3) that existence better leadership will brace influence work ethic towards official job performance proved. Hypothesis testing 4 known that value t count 2,784 > t table = 1.658 with number significance = 0.012 < α = 0.05 (significant). Thereby so hypothesis (H4) that existence better leadership will brace influence job satisfaction towards official job performance proved.

Abstract

This study aimed at analysing the pricing strategy done by Wyndham Garden Kuta Bali as one of the strategies to survive during the pandemic. This was a qualitative research using interview and literature study to collect the data. The interview was done with the general manager of Wyndham Garden Kuta Bali, while literature study was done by analyzing several relevant literatures. Data gained from the interview and literature study were analyze qualitatively by doing data sorting and organizing. Based on the results of analysis, it was found out that pricing was done by the executive committee and owner. The re-pricing done by Wyndham Garden Kuta Bali affected the occupancy in which there was an increase in term of occupancy in 2022. Even though the increase was not that significant, it might be good indicator for the improvement of tourism and hospitality industry in Bali.

Abstract

This study aims at finding the existing business implemented by Pork Star Bali to survive during the pandemic of Covid-19. Besides, it aimed at exploring the business strategies that can be implemented by Pork Star Bali. The research method used was descriptive qualitative method by applying SWOT analysis to find out the strategies. Data needed were obtained through interviews and literature study. Based on the analysis, it was found that Pork Star Bali implemented rescheduling work time for all the employees to avoid any laid-off, waiting list strategy to accommodate customers’ interests to enjoy Pork Star Bali foods, and selling vacuum products via e-commerce and Instagram. Meanwhile, the strategies that can be applied in the future by Pork Star Bali are maintaining the quality of products, developing innovative menus and products by utilizing technology based on the market’s trends, opening branch outlets since the market is large, strengthening the online marketing, developing customers’ loyalty by improving the quality and services, and developing staff’s loyalty to avoid any hijacking.

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to determine the culinary mapping of Peranakan Chinese menu in Semarang City, Central Java. The specific objectives of this research are to find out how to provide Peranakan Chinese menu culinary based on the number and types that exist in Semarang City. Furthermore, to find out how to serve the Peranakan Chinese menu culinary provision and to find out efforts to preserve the Peranakan Chinese menu as a culinary speciality of Semarang City. The technique of collecting primary data is very useful for collecting information needed for analysis and decision making. Based on the results of the research, it is obtained that the provision of Peranakan Chinese menu culinary in the city of Semarang in several types of dishes and drinks still uses original recipes from ancestors, both cooking ingredients, spices and cooking techniques. The culinary presentation of the Peranakan Chinese menu in some culinary shows distinctiveness without leaving its authenticity even though there are several additional menu variants. Efforts to preserve the Peranakan Chinese menu as a culinary speciality of the city of Semarang have been made by culinary business people, families, communities and the Semarang City government.
