Abstract

This exploration is persuaded by the low learning results of understudies in grades VIII.7 and VIII.8 in scout extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 7 Padang, this is apparently in light of the fact that it has something to do with internet learning media. This review expects to portray the utilization of web based learning media and see the connection between web based learning media and learning results for grades VIII.7 and VIII.8 in scout extracurricular exercises at SMP Negeri 7 Padang. This examination was directed utilizing a quantitative methodology with a correlational sort. The populace in this review were 62 understudies of class VIII.7 and VIII.8 who partook in scout extracurricular exercises. Abstract

This research was motivated by the large number of youth with social welfare problems who managed to have the provisions and abilities through social service programs and skills services held by the Panti Sosial Binan Remaja Harapan Kota Padang Panjang, regardless of their slightly problematic social status.This study uses a qualitative approach, with data sources consisting of research subjects, namely the manager of the Harapan Adolescent Social Institution in the City of Padang Panjang, and research informants, namely students at the Panti Sosial Bina Remaja Harapan City of Padang Panjang. This study uses data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation, using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions as data analysis techniques, as well as triangulation of sources and methods for data validity techniques.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Social Service and Skills Program for Children with Social Welfare Problems (PMKS) at the Panti Sosial Bina Remaja Harapan City of Padang Panjang, namely: the social service program contains entrepreneurship, social and community relations, ethics and behavior change, religious guidance, women's jurisprudence guidance, psychological guidance, art guidance, sports and others. Meanwhile, the skills service program includes sewing and embroidery skills. Overall, the implementation in the field went smoothly, and was in accordance with the expectations of the Padang Panjang City Community Development Center for Youth Hope. The results of the program are also in accordance with what has become the target of the program itself, such as students who have the courage to socialize with local residents by showing good ethics, have been able to produce clothes for everyday use, and some have started to open businesses. sew yourself and even sell the stitches

Abstract

The research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students who were suspected of having a relationship with participating in the PIK-R organization at State High School 3 Padang Panjang. The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) To describe the activity of students in the PIK-R organization at the State Senior High School 3 Padang Panjang. (2) To see an overview of the learning outcomes obtained by the students of the State Senior High School 3 Padang Panjang. (3) To find out the relationship between the activeness of the PIK-R organization and its learning outcomes at State Senior High School 3 Padang Panjang.This type of research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The aim is to examine the correlation between PIK-R's organizational activity and learning outcomes. The population of this study was 36 people, the sampling technique was Stratifide Random Sampling and taken as many as 70%, namely as many as 26 people. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire and using the Rank Order formula.The results and discussion of this study are as follows: (1) The description of the organizational activity of PIK-R students at the State High School 3 Padang Panjang is categorized as low. (2) The description of student learning outcomes of State Senior High School 3 Padang Panjang is categorized as medium. (3) There is a significant correlation between PIK-R's organizational activity and student learning outcomes of State Senior High School 3 Padang Panjang. It is hoped that it can increase activeness in organization for State Senior High School 3 Padang Panjang

Abstract

The research is the low learning outcomes of students in economics at SPNF SKB Solok City. This condition is believed to be due to the low self-concept of students. This study has the objectives to: 1) see a description of the students' self-concept in the economic learning package C program at SPNF SKB Solok City, 2) see a description of their learning outcomes in the economic learning package C program at SPNF SKB Solok City 3) see the relationship between self-concept students with their learning outcomes in economic subjects Package C Equivalence Program at SPNF SKB Solok City. This research was conducted with a quantitative approach of correlation type which aims to examine the relationship between self-concept and learning outcomes. The research population is all students registered in Package C 2021 at SPNF SKB Solok City as many as 31 people, the sampling technique is stratified random sampling and taken as many as 80%, namely as many as 25 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a statement list format as a data collection tool, the data were analyzed using the percentage formula and to find the correlation using the Spearmen Rho formula. The results of the study prove that 1) the description of the self-concept of students in the economic subject of the Package C Equivalence Program at SPNF SKB Solok City which is still relatively low 2) the learning outcomes of students in economic learning are low, and 3) there is a significant relationship between self-concept of students with student learning outcomes in economic subjects Package C Equivalence Program at SPNF SKB Solok City. It is hoped that tutors can develop a positive self-concept for students who take part in the economics subject of the Package C Equivalence Program, the next researcher to examine other variables that can improve the learning outcomes of equivalence education

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of activeness of students in learning science subjects in the Package B Equivalence Program because the media used by tutors does not vary. This results in low student learning outcomes. This study aims to describe student learning outcomes by applying video media to science subjects and to see the effect of applying video media to learning outcomes in the Package B Equivalence Program. The approach used in this research is a quantitative experimental type with a posttest-only control group model. . All students of the Package B Equivalence Program at PKBM Sentosa Hati class IX became the population in this study. The samples were taken using simple random sampling technique from class IXA and IXB. Researchers collect data using tests. Data analysis using t-test technique. The results of this study are: 1) the learning outcomes of students who do not use video media have a low average; 2) the learning outcomes of students who were given video media treatment had a high average; and 3) there is a significant effect between the use of video media on the learning outcomes of students' science subjects in the Package B Equivalence Program

Abstract

Tutoring institutions are part of the educational path outside the school which aims to serve the community. The role of tutoring institutions is very important, especially among school students, ranging from elementary school, junior high school, final high school. As well as any factors that affect the management of learning at the Exis Kota Padang Tutoring Institute. The sub-variables are focusing on learning planning, learning organizing, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. This research uses a quantitative descriptive type approach. The population taken in this study is students who follow tutoring at the Exis Kota Padang tutoring institution. Sampling technique is random sampling, the sample taken is 20% of each level of education in the study institution Exis Kota Padang which amounted to 42 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. Then the data collection tool used is through questionnaires and google form. In data analysis techniques use percentage formulas. The results of the research obtained, namely first, in the learning planning made by the institution proved to run well and correctly it can be seen from the alternative answers given and most respondents answered very satisfactorily. Second, in organizing the learning made by the institution proved to run in accordance with expectations it can be seen from the alternative answers given and most respondents answered very satisfactorily. Third, in the implementation of learning carried out by institutions proved to run well and there are no obstacles that can be seen from the alternative answers given and most respondents answered very satisfactorily. Fourth, in the evaluation of learning conducted by the institution proved to be going well and correctly it can be seen from the alternative answers given and most respondents answered very satisfactorily.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students' skills in participating in extracurricular activities in randai skills at SMA Negeri 1 Padang Ganting, Tanah Datar Regency. The cause of the low learning outcomes of this skill is due to the low professional competence of the instructor in learning activities. This study aims to describe the relationship between professional competence, describe student skills learning outcomes, and see the relationship between professional competence and randai skills learning outcomes in extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Padang Ganting, Tanah Datar Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a correlational technique. The population of this study were all students who took part in Randai extracurricular activities and the research sample used the Random Sampling technique. This is done through the use of a technique in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is the percentage formula and Spearman rho correlation. The results showed that the professional competence of instructors in Randai extracurricular activities was low, and student learning outcomes in Randai extracurricular activities were still low, and there was a significant relationship between professional competence and randai skills learning outcomes in extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 1 Padang Ganting. Where in order for instructors to be able to develop professional competence in the process of randai activities so that the achievement of learning outcomes for students' skills is increased

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low interest in reading in TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang, Padang City. This is thought to be caused by the lack of availability of reading materials based on the needs of children at TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang, Padang City. The objectives of this study are 1) to see the description of the availability of reading materials based on the needs of children in TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang, Padang City. 2) to see a picture of the reading interest of the residents studying at TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang, Padang City. 3) to see the relationship between the availability of reading materials based on children's needs and their reading interest in TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang, Padang City.This research is a quantitative research with correlational type which aims to examine the correlation between the availability of reading materials and reading interest. The population in this study were 28 people, the sampling technique was cluster random sampling and taken as many as 60%, namely 17 people. Techniques in data collection using questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique used the percentage formula and the rho sperm formula.The results of this study indicate that: 1) the description of the availability of reading materials based on the needs of children in TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang Padang City is categorized as incomplete. 2) the description of children's reading interest in TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang Padang City is categorized as low. 3) there is a significant relationship between the availability of reading materials based on children's needs and their reading interest at TBM Kaba Cambodia Batipuh Panjang, Padang City. It is hoped that the TBM manager will increase the number of reading materials according to the children's needs

Abstract

This research was motivated by the good implementation of the Gada Pratama security unit training program at PT Wiratama Jaya Perkasa. The purposes of this study were 1) to see the participants' perceptions of the opening of the implementation of education and training, 2) to see the participants' perceptions of the education and training learning activities, 3) to see the participants' perceptions of the closing activities of the education and training implementation process.The type of research used is descriptive, with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were trainees from batches 45 to 50. While the samples were taken using the cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. As for the data analysis technique used the percentage formula.The results of this study indicate that the perception of participants in the Gada Pratama security unit training at PT Wiratama Jaya Perkasa is very good. It is shown that: 1) participants' perceptions of the opening of the implementation of education and training at PT Wiratama Jaya Perkasa are categorized as good. This is proven that in the implementation of the opening the instructor is able to influence the participants who take part in the training process; 2) participants' perceptions of learning and training activities at PT Wiratama Jaya Perkasa are categorized as good. It is proven that the instructor is able to carry out learning activities well so that participants are able to receive the material or training provided; 3) participants' perceptions of the closing activities of the education and training implementation process carried out at PT Wiratama Jaya Perkasa were categorized as good. It is proven that the closing activities carried out by the instructor have an influence on the participants who take part in the training

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning participation of students at the Natsuka Gakkou Japanese Language Course Institute in Padang City caused by low learning experiences. The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the learning experiences of students at the Natsuka Gakkou Japanese Language Course Institute, Padang City. (2) describes the learning participation of students at the Natsuka Gakkou Japanese Language Course Institute, Padang City. (3) describes the relationship between the learning experience and the participation of students at the Natsuka Gakkou Japanese Language Course Institute, Padang City. This research is a quantitative research with the type of correlational research which aims to examine the correlation between the independent and dependent variables. The population in this study were 28 students. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster random sampling. The sample in this study was 21 students or the sample in this study was 75%. techniques in data collection using written statements (questionnaires) and data collection tools in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique uses the percentage formula and data processing uses the Sperman Rho formula. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the learning experience of students at the Natsuka Gakkou Japanese Language Course Institute in Padang City is categorized as low. (2) learning participation at the Natsuka Gakkou Japanese Language Course Institute in Padang City is categorized as low. (3) there is a significant relationship between learning experience and participation in learning at the Natsuka Gakkou Japanese Language Course Institute, Padang City.It is hoped that further researchers will be able to examine new variables so that they can complete the variables in existing research.
