COMSEP : Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat , berisi berbagai kegiatan tenaga pengajar dalam menangani dan mengelola berbagai potensi, kendala, tantangan, dan permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat berkaitan dengan multidisiplin ilmu. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelayanan juga melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan mitra kerja. Kegiatan pelayanan disusun menjadi kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

<![CDATA[Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini ditujukan kepada pengelola KUBE. KUBE adalah salah satu program pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk memberdayakan kelompok masyarakat miskin dengan pemberian modal usaha untuk mengelola usaha ekonomi produktif. Di Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai terdapat 10 Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) penerima bantuan dana usaha dari Dinas Sosial, dengan masing-masing anggota kelompok terdiri atas 10 orang dan dana yang diterima sebesar Rp. 15-20 juta/kelompok. Pelatihan ini diperlukan agar produk KUBE bisa memiliki daya saing tinggi dalam memasarkan produknya sehingga memperoleh peningkatan dalam penjualan dan pengentasan kemiskinan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Serta diharapkan peserta dapat menghitung biaya produksi dan membuat laporan keuangan dalam menghitung laba/rugi yang diperoleh dari kegiatan usahanya. Metode pelaksanaan dengan memberikan Pre Test, selanjutnya materi pelatihan dan terakhir Post Test. Hasil dari Pre Test menunjukan bahwa masih rendahnya pemahaman pengelola KUBE mengenai strategi pemasaran baik dari segi produk, harga, tempat dan promosi serta tentang penyusunan laporan keuangan. Pada hasil Post Test dapat diketahui adanya peningkatan pengetahuan pengelola KUBE setelah diberikannya pelatihan. Diharapkan setelahpelatihan ini, ilmu yang diperoleh dapat diaplikasikan dalam usaha KUBE sehingga dapat meningkatkan penghasilan dan taraf hidup pengelola KUBE.]]>

<![CDATA[This implementation of community service activities (PKM) is carried out for the members of the IKM HPR Palm Sugar farmer in Kaiti Village in Rambah District, Rokan Hulu distict, Riau Province. This activity is a service aimed at fostering farmer groups in terms of making financial reports. The limited knowledge of farmers in preparing financial reports especially in sharia accounting has made farmers unable to calculate with certainty the price of palm sugar. The purpose of this activity is to aims knowledge and understanding for the member so they can apply Islamic accounting financial reporting that correctly accordance with Islamic principles. But in reality, IKM members only record in the form of daily notes (in the form of receipt of basic raw materials, cash income and disbursements, accounts receivable and payable). His dedication method is socialization, material presentation, and discussion with IKM members. The conclusion is that HPR IKM members are still lacking in recording and management in their business, especially sharia accounting financial reports. So this PKM was held to provide socialization on the importance of recording financial statements in running a business, so that the financial management of IKM members can be carried out correctly and according to Islamic sharia in the Islamic accounting financial statements. <![CDATA[The implementation of the 2013 revised 2017 curriculum in Vocational High Schools has introduced the field of government accounting in the SMK curriculum with the subject "accounting practicum for government institutions / agencies". The 2013 curriculum introduces the terms remedial and enrichment in the learning process. The challenge in the future of professionalism faced by teachers is how teachers can develop the existing potential for students who can quickly understand the material that has been given considering that the field of government accounting is a new field of accounting for SMK accounting teachers. This PKM aims to provide material enrichment for the subject of "practicum accounting for government institutions / agencies" consisting of PPKD financial report preparation and government financial report consolidation. The implementation method applied in this PKM is capacity building and workshops. At the end of the activity the participants were able to understand 73.65% of the important material for PPKD accounting and consolidation of regional government financial reports and were able to solve cases of PPKD financial report preparation and consolidation of regional government financial statements independently and correctly]]>

<![CDATA[Agriculture is a strategic land for economic development. This is supported by the fact that Indonesia had around 8 million hectares of paddy fields in 2017, which has not been added to the area of land, and land that is temporarily not being cultivated. With this area, of course, it can be calculated the amount of agricultural products obtained. But in reality, the level of poverty in Indonesia is still dominated by rural communities which incidentally are farmers. This also happened to the people in Desa Ngembal, Kecamatan Tutur, Kabupaten Pasuruan, where the economic development of the village had not been significant for the last ten years. The socialization carried out aims to provide knowledge to the people of Desa Ngembal in developing village potential that is still minimal in utilization. The socialization explained about how to turn agricultural products into business products that have a selling power so that they can support the welfare of the community. In this socialization it was also conveyed about the procedures for managing business finances, including marketing business products and digital-based marketing strategies that could reach more consumers so as to expand market share.]]>

<![CDATA[Pekanbaru City, as a city that has a high business climate, also has a fairly good MSME business development. However, the Covid-19 pandemic that has plagued the last few months has had a negative impact on the economy, including the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) sector. Therefore, MSME needs to regulate its financial and marketing strategies by taking advantage of the digital-based EMKM product marketing and financial reporting system so that MSME's business can continue during this corona pandemic. The implementation of service activities is carried out by providing direct counseling and conducting questions and answers as well as discussions with MSME actors regarding the Socialization of Financial Reporting and MSME Product Marketing through Social Media and Marketplace. After providing counseling on MSME financial reporting and digital-based marketing, the people of Kota Tinggi Pekanbaru District have knowledge and can apply SAK EMKM-based bookkeeping and digital product marketing.]]>

<![CDATA[Higher education has a role to motivate students and undergraduates to become young entrepreneurs and is part of one of the factors driving entrepreneurial growth. The purpose of this activity is to produce independent science and technology-based entrepreneurs who are ready to work in society. The approach method in the KDP program is the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS). The targets that were the main targets of PPK UMN Al Washliyah activities were students, PKM and Alumni of UMN Al Washliyah. Entrepreneurship Development Program activities by providing entrepreneurship guidance, motivation, training, mentoring, and consultation. The PPK UMN Al Washliyah activity in 2020 is the third year of carrying out PPK activities and has carried out activities including introducing entrepreneurship and motivating students to become entrepreneurs in Islamic entrepreneurship public lectures, recruiting tenants for PPK UMN Al Washliyah participants, entrepreneurship training, enhancement entrepreneurial skills with internships, practice and visits to business premises, providing business capital in the form of supporting equipment and consumables, product exhibitions, and evaluation of tenant work activities. The PPK UMN Al Washliyah activity in the third year has produced 20 (twenty) independent entrepreneurs. Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al Washliyah has collaborated to facilitate the development of tenant entrepreneurship with several institutions or businesses. Muslim Nusantara Association (UMN) Al Washliyah to produce independent science and technology-based entrepreneurs who are ready to work in society.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service is motivated by the many assets of Tanjung Lago Village that have been built by the Village Government through the Village Fund but have not functioned optimally for the village community. Tanjung Lago Village is one of the oldest villages located in Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. This service aims to help Tanjung Lago Village officials in making the concept of a tourist village by utilizing existing village assets. This activity is carried out in three stages, namely analysis of the protection of village assets, making the concept of optimizing village assets, and presentation of concepts. Analysis of the potential of village assets using the SWOT analysis approach. The result of this activity is the concept of optimizing the assets of Tanjung Lago village towards a tourist village.]]>

<![CDATA[The role of women in improving the family economy is not in doubt. The increasing need demands an increase in the income that the family must earn. With the improvement of technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, it can boost the performance of women who have limited time in promoting their businesses. This entrepreneurship training invites participants to increase promotion in overcoming and participating in business competition. Participants are also invited to be able to use their income to start investing for business development. From the health side, the participants were invited to identify good habits and bad habits. To increase creativity, participants are invited to develop the use of mineral drink bottle caps so that they become marketable products. The method used in this service is by holding a training / workshop where the participants will receive material from the speaker / instructor and be actively involved in activities. ]]>

<![CDATA[Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini berupa penyuluhan tentang melawan bullying di sekolah dengan melatih siswa tentang pelatihan teknik konseling asertif. Pengabdian ini dilakukan selama dua bulan mulai juli sampai agustus 2018. Pengabdian ini akan bermanfaat bagi para siswa untuk melawan kasus bullying yang mereka alami di sekolah. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup: a) pengertian bullying; b) Jenis-jenis bullying; c) faktor penyebab bullying; d) dampak bullying ; e) orang-orang yang berpotensi menjadi pelaku dan korban bullying; f) konseling asertif ; g) metode role playing; h) praktek/simulasi teknik konseling asertif. Hasil kegiatan psikoedukasi ini adalah: 1) lebih dari 80% peserta/siswa memahami bullying dengan skor lebih dari 7. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat khususnya dengan sasaran siswa/siswi kelas X Mia 1 dan XI Mia 1 mencapai target; 2) lebih dari 75% peserta/siswa mampu mempraktikan teknik asertivitas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Barumun telah berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa tentang melawan bullying dengan teknik konseling asertif.]]>

<![CDATA[Training on the care and post-harvest management of oyster mushrooms has been carried out for the community in Gandatapa Village to strengthen the program of activities of mothers and youth groups at Grumbul Sirapan Kidul. This effort was made to increase the knowledge and skills of the target audience, which at the same time was a means of supplementing income during the impact of Covid-19. The training was conducted in a participatory manner through tutorials, practice, and making demonstration plots. The activity's implementation stages are preparation, training on white oyster mushroom cultivation, evaluation, and program sustainability. Analysis of the data and information obtained was descriptively based on the target audience's activities in participating in the training and managing the demonstration plot. The results of the activity show that the movement can run well and smoothly. Individually, the target audience has increased their knowledge and skills with oyster mushroom cultivation. The demonstration plot results show that the target audience can care for and manage it, but the production of mushrooms after the first harvest is not optimal. There is still a need for continuous technical assistance to optimize production.]]>
