Abstract

This research is motivated by the ability of service or football in the game of sepak takraw, the students of State MTs are still low, with indications that the football is still easily accepted by opponents, the ball concerns the net or gets out of the field. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of soccer soccer service training on the ability of the service to play football takraw for male students of class VIII. This research was an experimental study. The population in this study were male students of class VIII.A and VIII.B of State MTs Model Cigugur Kuningan, amounting to 30 students. The sampling technique used was total sampling by determining the population to be used as research samples to obtain male students of class VIII.A and VIII.B State MTs Model Cigugur Kuningan, amounting to 30 students. The data collection technique used is a service test on sepak takraw games. The data analysis technique in this study is the normality test and hypothesis test (z test) which is used to determine the effect of soccer soccer service training depending on service ability in football takraw VIII male students. Based on the statistical calculation obtained by Z Hit (10,037)> Z daf (2,35) then the hi received means that there is an effect on soccer soccer service training depending on service ability in football takraw VIII male students in the State Cigugur Kuningan MTs at the level of trust (α) 0.05 is acceptable. The conclusion of this study is that there is the effect of soccer soccer service training hanging on the ability of service in football takraw VIII male students.

Abstract

The effect of straight-forward step shooting practice and sideways prefix on the accuracy of penalty kicks on soccer extracurricular members in Junior High School, Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program, 2015, 103 pages. This research is motivated by the level of accuracy or accuracy of student kicks in soccer games is still low. This is evidenced by students shooting or kicking not in accordance with the target or target, the kick out and the direction is not certain. This is evidenced from the results of the accuracy of the penalty kick test with the lowest score of 7, the highest score of 15 and obtaining an average of 10.133 including the category still low with interval distance 5 - 11. The purpose of this study is to compare data on the results of the initial step shooting exercise straight with a sideways prefix on the accuracy of penalty kicks on soccer extracurricular members in junior high. The population in this study were 30 students participating in soccer extracurricular activities in junior high school. The sampling technique used was total sampling by determining the population to be used as research samples so that students from the extracurricular football teams in junior high school were numbered 30 students. The data collection technique used is the test of shooting the ball to the target (shooting). The data analysis technique in this study is the normality test and hypothesis test (t test) which is used to compare data from the effect of the prefix straight step shooting practice with a sideways prefix on the accuracy of penalty kicks on soccer extracurricular members in junior high school. Based on the results of statistical testing with t test obtained t hit (14,669)> t daf (1,70), then accept Hi means that there is a comparison of the effect of the prefix straight step shooting exercise with a sideways prefix on the accuracy of penalty kicks on soccer extracurricular members in junior high. The conclusion of this study is that there is a comparison of the effect of the prefix straight-step shooting practice with the sideways prefix on the accuracy of penalty kicks on soccer extracurricular members in junior high school.

Abstract

The long jump material, has been taught at the high school, junior high school level even at the elementary level, although the level began to be taught in grade IV elementary school. This makes the teacher must be more observant and creative in choosing a method and model of learning that is good for students, so that students can know, practice safely, and have enthusiasm in learning long jumps. As for the purpose of this study is to prove the truth Game Tournament Team learning model on learning outcomes squat style long jump in fourth grade students of SDN I Purwawinangun Kuningan Regency. The method of research used in this study is the experimental method, because this method is considered valid by some experts to uncover causal relationships. The Experimental Method is interpreted as a research method used to look for treatment effects on others in controlled conditions. Samples of Class IV male students at SD Negeri I Purwawinangun Kuningan Regency were 20 experimental groups and 20 control groups, and were selected using purposive sampling techniques technique. The conclusion of this study is that based on the results of processing and analysis of the research data and in accordance with the hypothesis that the authors propose, the results of the study can be discussed as follows. The first hypothesis states, "there are significant differences between before and after applying the Team Games learning model Tournament on the learning outcomes of the long jump on students of Purwawinangun 1 Elementary School Kuningan District. The results of the hypothesis are accepted, this is evidenced by the results of the data after testing the hypothesis in the final test, showing a significance value of 0,000. This does not mean that the study failed because the significance value was "0", but 0,000 was smaller than 0.05 (0,000 <0, 05). Because 0,000 is smaller than 0.05 means that there is a significant difference between before.

Abstract

The problem that is the focus of this research is the low availability of dribble balls in basketball games for seventh grade male students of basketball dribbling skills in seventh grade male students. The purpose of the study was: To find out the basketball dribbling skills of students before learning using mini-size balls on male students of class VII and To find out basketball dribbling skills of students after learning using mini-size balls on male students of class VII. The method used in this research is the experimental method. Sampling in this study was taken by probability sampling technique. The population in this study were class VII male students totaling 129 people. The sample set is class VII B (20 students) and VII C (20 students). Based on the results of calculations and data analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) There is no increase in basketball dribbling skills of students before learning using mini-size balls on male students of class VII; 2) There is an increase in basketball dribbling skills of students after learning using mini-size balls on male students of class VII; 3) There is a significant effect of learning to use mini-size balls on basketball dribbling skills in class VII male students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of satisfactory top service proven by being inaccurate in directing service to the opponent's field, serving out of the field or being easily accepted by the opponent because it is aimed directly at the opponent without having to change direction from the opponent. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accuracy training on the accuracy of top service in volleyball games at male volleyball extracurricular members at SMK Negeri 1 Japara. This research is an experimental research. The population in this study were male extracurricular participants at SMK Negeri 1 Japara which numbered 30 students. The sampling technique used was total sampling by determining the population to be used as research samples so that male extracurricular members were obtained at SMK Negeri 1 Japara, amounting to 30 students. The data collection technique used is the top service test. The data analysis technique in this study is the normality test and hypothesis test (z test) which is used to determine the effect of accuracy training on the accuracy of top service in volleyball games on male volleyball extracurricular members at SMK Negeri 1 Japara. Based on the statistical calculation obtained by Z Hit (13,213)> Z daf (2,35) then the Hi received means that there is an effect of accuracy training on the accuracy of top service in volleyball games at male volleyball extracurricular members at SMK Negeri 1 Japara. The conclusion of this study is that the accuracy training influences the accuracy of the top service in volleyball games for male volleyball extracurricular members at SMK Negeri 1 Japara.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent to which the modification of the rubber aids increases the ability to pass under the volleyball extracurricular members of the One Roof Patala Junior High School, using the RnD from Borg and Gall. The sample in this research amounted to 20 people, which began with giving instructions to perform the pretest. After that, he was given a volleyball underpass exercise model with rubber modifications for 14 times, then his under-passing skills were again tested. The results of the study obtained test, then performed the pre-post test normality test and paired sample T-test data. The results of the study before the sample were given treatment, the average value of the treatment group was 11.20 and the control group was 8.90, while after being given the training model the results of the treatment group were 16.50 and the control group was 8.90. The results of the Paired Sample T-Test treatment class data obtained show that the pre-test and post-test results on the Braddy Volley Ball Test obtained Asymp values. Sig. (2-tailed), which is equal to 0,000, less than α = 0.05. This result is smaller than α = 0.05, so the research data is significant.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the students' learning motivation at eleventh grade students of science in following the learning process of physical education with the implementation of outdoor education at the Senior High School plus NU Panguragan. This study used experimental method under quantitative approach and the technique of collecting data used questionnaire. The subject of the study was 30 students of science class in Senior High School plus NU Panguragan. Tha sampling technique used non probability sampling or totally sampling and the data was analyzed using quantitative data analysis in the form of normality test, homogenity test and hypotesis rest (T Test). The result of the study showed that the implementation of outdoor education can increase Students' motivation in learning physical education at Senior High School pkus NU Panguragan based on the result of normality test, homogenity test with the significance value > 0.05 and hypotesis test states that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of mental imagery training on shooting accuracy in men's futsal extracurricular at SMK Negeri 3 Kuningan. This type of research is an experiment with the design "The One Group Pretest-Posttest Design". The population in this study were 30 male futsal players at SMK Negeri 3 Kuningan. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with the following criteria: (1) had participated in a district / city level tournament, (2) the players were students of SMK Negeri 3 Kuningan with an age range of 16-18 years, (3) were male, ( 4) the minimum length of exercise is 6 months. Based on these criteria, 15 people are eligible. The instrument used to measure the accuracy of shooting was shoot on target. The data analysis used the 5% significance level test. The results showed that "there is a significant effect of training on the accuracy of shooting at the men's futsal extracurricular at SMK Negeri 3 Kuningan"

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and test a circuit training method designed to improve the biomotor components of basketball athletes in the 16 year age group. The research method used in this research is an experimental method, with a 2x2 factorial design. The subjects in this study were basketball athletes aged 16 years in the city of Cirebon, who have been training for two years and have participated in regional championships. Preliminary test and final test research data were obtained from the results of treatment in the form of circuit training, for 6 weeks, 18 meetings, 3 meetings a week. The result of this study is that circuit training can effectively improve the biomotor components of basketball athletes aged 16 years.The purpose of this research is to find out: "The Effect of Sport Massage on Anxiety Before Facing Match Test on Athletes Pencak Silat STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan Facing Match Test. This research method is an experimental method with one-group pretest-postest design research design. The samples used were 15 athletes of Pencak Silat STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan. The results of the study obtained by researchers from the calculation of T paired test samples explained that there is an influence of sports massage on anxiety before facing the match test

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the significant relationship between perceptions of trainer and student's training motivation in women's basketball extracurricular activities at SMPN 1 Singaparna. The method that is used is descriptive with correlational techniques. The population and sample of the study were 20 students who participated in extracurricular basketball activities at SMPN 1 Singaparna. The instrument is used a questionnaire or it is also called a questionnaire taken from Arikunto (2002). Processing and data analysis in research using statistical methods. The results of data processing and data analysis for each component of the questionnaire distribution of students' perceptions from the trainer's task component had an actual score of 78.00% with 10 statement items, the trainer's personality component had an actual score of 78.25% with 8 statement items. The students' training motivation from the external motivation component had an actual score of 79.24% with 17 items. The intrinsic motivation component had an actual score of 80.32% with 19 statement items. The conclusion of this study can be concluded that the perception of the trainer had a significant relationship with students' training motivation in extracurricular activities for women's basketball at SMPN 1 Singaparna.
